Starting on January 26, all travelers (including US citizens and transit passenger) must present a negative COVID-19 viral or antigen test result issued 72 hours prior to departure or have an evidence of having contracted and recovered from COVID-19 prior to boarding the plane.
US citizens and permanent residents arriving from the UK must present a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test result issued within 72 hours prior to departure.
Travelers returning to the US are advised to stay home as much as possible, avoid being around people and consider getting tested for COVID-19 after returning from travel and participated in higher risk activities.

Absolutely the worst seat ever that I have had flying. While it was a short flight we were supposed to get serviced during the flight, but there was no cabin service unless you were in 1st class. So much for the perks of Comfort Plus as there were none. Not even a glass of water. Wow! When we landed late obviously because we left late we were late and there was no ground crew to get our plane to the gate so we sat for over 1/2 hour on the taxi way waiting for ground crew to be available for us to get to the gate. To add insult of injury when we did get to go to the gate there was no gate available for use so we had to deplane in the rain down the emergency stairs. They said that if you had a problem with the steep stairs that they would make other accommodations. Probably would have been another delay so we all carefully went down the steep slippery stairs. I doubt that the stairs met any OHSA or safety requirements except for emergency issues. They were wet and slippery. This was the absolute worst trip that I have taken with Delta. It will seriously influence my future trip decisions."

Cons: "This is not Iberia's fault but AA - when we all got to the departure lounge (not check in) in Manchester we were informed there was to be a stop at Gander, Newfoundland, to refuel. Then I realized AA had put a Boeing 757 on flight AA55 instead of the usual 767 and it doesn't have enough fuel for the westbound flight against prevailing headwinds. When I got home AA had sent me 2 emails - 1 advising me of a delay on my AA55 flight MAN-YQX (Gander), despite the fact that the schedule calls for a flight MAN-ORD. The 2nd rebooking me on a later AA flight from ORD-SGF. AA are guilty of deception here and their sleight of hand caused me 4 hours delay arriving at SGF and a night in a hotel instead of driving home."

Pros: "American airlines is located in a small terminal at CDG which works to its advantage. Compared to other airlines, getting to the US from Paris is a lot easier. The airplane was brand new, entertainment on board is the best I've seen in a long time. In Chicago, clearing immigration and customs was a breeze, the airport is very well designed for international travelers."

I got to the counter to get on my second scheduled flight home, and it wouldn't let me on because something with my Rickey was not working on the computer. The person did not know how to fix it so I missed the flight. After calling a supervisor, and that said supervisor never showing up, someone else finally happened to walk by and helped the original person fix the problem. Finally after waiting 5 hours total, I was on my flight home. The first flight was amazing but this flight makes me question if I want to ever use American Airlines in the future."

They said that the TV issue that *some* of the people were experiencing wasn't able to be fixed by them and only by the company that provides it's service. So there wasn't anything that could be done. I know that at least the two guys that were traveling next to me had issues with the tv monitors as well. It was just driving it home that I will never fly on American Airlines again. I don't ask for much these days while flying, it's not like it's a luxury anymore. Cons: "I am almost always cold. Not so on this flight. The temperature on the plane was so miserably hot that I had sweat pouring down my face. Everyone around me was trying to open their air vents to get more cool air and/or fanning themselves. I asked the flight attendant about it and he said that the plane was just old and it would cool off eventually. It did, about 20 minutes before they cut the air down again for landing. By the time I got off the plane I was nauseated from the heat and stale air. It will be a long time before I fly United again if this is any indication of the condition of their planes."
