The crew was very nice and very attentive. However, I was surprised to find that they did not carry small throw-up bags. I got sick from the turbulence and they had to bring me a trash bag.😳 You can imagine how embarrassing is to lift a large trash bag with vomit over somebody else's head. Just bring this small discreet little bags back to the regular supply for the seats. Otherwise, I love Delta airlines.
Awful. Flight from Cape Town was cancelled, rebooked for another day through Johannesburg, was downgraded to economy
Really low quality food especially for an international flight. The crew also was surprisingly unpleasant except couple of ladies. I know we were not in first class but that’s no reason to treat customers as less.
The airport crew helped a lot, what I didn’t like? We were not informed that we needed to pick our luggage’s, if the crew at the luggage center didn’t tell me I would have been home without my belongings, I was heading out to my next connecting flight while looking for what gate to go to, I asked one of the crews for help, he told me and he also told me to not forget to grab my luggage’s which was chocking, because on my way out the country that wasn’t required, I just hope none of your customers lost their luggage’s because of this.
Three seats in first class were broken and while they were able to still acommodate us it was looking very touch and go and they had others they could not acommodate
Our seats were comfortable with adequate room to stretch out and recline. The food was tasty and served it just the right intervals. Our flight attendant was extra attentive and friendly. Flight arrived early. And the most turbulence. Overall that’s good and experience for an 11 hour flight as can be hoped for
They made us board and then deboard due to mechanical issue which delayed the departure by almost 2 hours and we barely made our connecting flight. These quality checks should've been done before boarding not after.

Flight was delayed, 30+ bags had to be gate checked. Crew were very friendly!
Everything was good until we were boarding our connection flight in Atlanta, we were told to gate check our carry-on, but when we got inside the plane, there was plenty of room in the overhead.
We spent too much time on board waiting for takeoff.
Very below average , plane from Dallas to Toyko was very poor designed plane. I had to sit for 13 hours next to fat man. Really bad seat and entertainment screen sucked
It was a red eye flight, so no meals were provided, but it was fine with snacks. The seats felt cramped and almost too narrow.
The Phildalphia to Allentown portion was a BUS, not a plane. All was as expected.

I was never aware that I had to pay $100 per luggage to them on the plane that are simply carry-ons. This is discriminatory and I’m going to be alerting my entire family and friends and my Instagram following up over 75,000 of this issue and misunderstanding, including mismanaging.
Very easy boarding! Crew was fantastic and offered us refreshments quickly and efficiently. Quick, nice flight!
My experience with spirit was not good at all! This was actually my first time flying with Spirit and it’s definitely my last, first of all that flight was delayed, plus I had to pay $99 dollars for my carry on, that’s insane I have never pay for my carry on, I’m definitely going keep traveling with JetBlue or American Airlines, you guys have horrible service.
My baggage broke and they did not offer me anything. No conversation
Had to deplane for undisclosed mechanical issue. Landed in Chicago 3 hours late. Food voucher at FLL came just as we were recording. Crew and agents were troopers--better than Spirit last night.
It was not good at all, I think the crew could be kinder
Great experience for my first time on Spirit. Wey clean plane, great staff, very smooth. Gave food and entertainment “poor” simply because there was no option for NA….i did not get food nor did I order WiFi….so not a fair assessment but neither would giving top marks without experiencing. Overall, great experience.
We sat on the tarmac for an hour waiting for a gate to deplane.
I've flown Spirit many times. However, they seem to be getting worse. I don't understand how the contracts with the gates at the airport works, but Spirit never seems to have a gate ready when we land. This happened again on this flight. And once again, baggage took forever to arrive at the baggage claim belt. This time it was about 45 minutes to an hour, late at night, when the airport was not crowded. On a previous trip, they lost the luggage cart and we were all waiting for about 3 hours for our luggage. Plus, I did get a deal through Kayak on a flight that was shown sold out on Spirit's site. However, by the time I added all the luggage, and didn't even pick seats, I could have taken any direct flight I wanted through Delta. I'm about done with Spirit.
I enjoyed my flight, it was pretty smooth and we landed earlier than eta.
