Cons: "Last minute emergency reservation so had to settle for what was available interns of travel class and seating. Could only get into economy and seated at the rear. However the flight was on time the staff very helpful and being a premium One World member really helped. Food was typical airline food,"

It was a 2 ½ hour flight so I could grin and bear the discomforts. Everything else went great ...baggage arrived an was in the carousel quickly although the $25 baggage fee slap is annoying on an already over priced flight. I still love Alaska"
Cons: "I am 6’2" and a difficult time with comfort in standard airline seats. Today’s flight with the family taking my assigned seat put me in the last row against the rear wall. Super scrunched for me then to have a very large couple flying non-revenue squash in next to me made it just that much more uncomfortable. I wish if you have kids you would go the extra mile and pre-pick seats like he rest of us .... not a hater people just like courtesy is all."

It may have been nicer to have more than one agent handling the International groupngogem the queue length and nature of the trips, which are generally more complex."

Cons: "I tried to print my boarding pass at home the day before the flight, with an error message "please see an Alaskan Clerk". I also tried to get my boarding pass via phone with the same error message. I also tried to go through Cathay's website, no luck. Cathays customer service is closed on Sunday, and Alaskan customer service said they cannot help me. I arrived 2 hours before my flight from SLC to LAX via Alaskan Airlines, and they were unable to print my boarding pass in time to make my flight. I waited 2 hours in line with other people also leaving at 6am, almost all of us missing our flight.... I am extremely disappointed and would like a refund for this trip. I ended up purchasing another one-way ticket to HKG, and will take the return flight home from Cathay."

Pros: "We had a flight attendant, by the name of Bob, on the flight from SLC to Sea-Tac. He was very animated and lively through the flight, for instance during the safety demonstration he would carry on conversations with those of us close to him seamlessly and effortlessly, plus make funny gestures -- such as a thumbs-up when the seat-belt was correctly fashioned -- during the presentation. His wife was the head attendant (?) who gave the instructions, and he had fun with that as well. These are two people who do their job well, enjoy what they do, and leave a positive experience in the hearts of those they serve. I think they would be a fantastic feature story in Alaska Airlines magazine in the future."
Cons: "I've never liked the limited food choices and entertainment on flights from SLC to Spokane or Seattle. I know they are short flights, but a little more could be put in. I know Delta has on-flight entertainment from LAX to SLC, perhaps this should be done."

Pros: "Most people get upset when a flight is delayed but I would much rather have a safe plane. I liked the way that customer care handled the situation. I recieved a text message, an apology email, and a follow up email a day or so after landing. I told my father (a much more frequent flyer) about the situation and even he was very impressed by the customer care."

First landing attempt had to be aborted, the landing not being cleared by the control tower. Then we cruised, circling over the Ocean, and the lights of the city again. Finally we landed. Taxiing on the tarmac was interrupted many times, and took overall 30 minutes. The pilot kept informing us. I was probably not the only passenger that had and urgent need to reach a bathroom... Of course, Delta should not be blamed"

When we checked in at SLC the agent used my last name, which showed me the extra mile Delta staff will go to make the travel with them professional and curious. The flight left on time and when we arrived in Detroit our bags were already there waiting for us. Couldn't have asked for more!"

Cons: "I was told that my flight had been overbooked from SLC to FAT and to check with the ticket agent in SLC for my boarding pass or the possibility of taking a later flight & receiving a voucher. When I did this the woman was quite short with me and quickly said "The flight is not overbooked!" I was not looking for a hand out - just following instructions as I was not able print my boarding pass in advance because the flight was, at that time, overbooked. She was a bit rude. Lastly, the flight attendant was not very attentive- she stood in the front ate food & was reading something on her phone the entire flight after delivering beverages. She suddenly realized we were making our descent and then came back through the cabin. I just thought this odd.."

Most importantly we all missed that our roll-on bags wouldn’t fight in the overhead bins. As a result many people pulled their bags on and fought and struggled to force their luggage above, only to give up. The on-board agents recognized early the problem and then proceeded to allow many other passengers to stroll by them with their large roll-on bags, only to delay the boarding process and frustrate everyone. When making their safety announcement the flight attendant was clearly competing for fastest speaking human and rushed through at blazing speeds. In all my 30+ years of travel, I’ve never heard anything like it."

We entered our passport info including our expiration dates and we’re given no warning. We even had our boarding passes prior to showing up at the airport. We will not use Kayak in the future and will book direct through the airline moving forward."

Cons: "charged a surprise of $175 for my third bag although Kayak mentioned i should be charged $75 at the time of booking. AA says it is due to Jordanyan Airlines, why was I surprised by this extra charge?!"

Streaming movies is still of a mystery to me, not an intuitive experience in any sense of the word. the sites AA provides to answer one's questions don't give any real guidance on 'how', just state what, kept pointing me to the app which doesn't have any menu item to view movies. took me well over ten minutes to find any helpful information."

Waiting time for retrieving these on the ramp at the destination was excessive."

Cons: "I was late to my first flight from Dallas to LR due to my flight from Spain coming in late. I got off the plane and there was also another connecting flight printed for me. I thought "wow that is amazing sevice! I am def going to brag on them." I should have done it myself... after a 30 hour traveling day.. I got to the counter to get on my second scheduled flight home, and it wouldn't let me on because something with my Rickey was not working on the computer. The person did not know how to fix it so I missed the flight. After calling a supervisor, and that said supervisor never showing up, someone else finally happened to walk by and helped the original person fix the problem. Finally after waiting 5 hours total, I was on my flight home. The first flight was amazing but this flight makes me question if I want to ever use American Airlines in the future."

We had upgraded for better seats but it turns out the seating wasn't better at all. The flight home in seats much further back were MUCH more comfortable. I'm thinking the airline shouldn't book the front seats by the panel as 'better' for the extra price as they were definitely not."

Customer service was unhelpful and rude until they found out that the issue was at the fault of united Airlines and not external circumstances."

Cons: "I am almost always cold. Not so on this flight. The temperature on the plane was so miserably hot that I had sweat pouring down my face. Everyone around me was trying to open their air vents to get more cool air and/or fanning themselves. I asked the flight attendant about it and he said that the plane was just old and it would cool off eventually. It did, about 20 minutes before they cut the air down again for landing. By the time I got off the plane I was nauseated from the heat and stale air. It will be a long time before I fly United again if this is any indication of the condition of their planes."

Pros: "There was a wonderful man named Mr. Hanson that helped me tremendously. This was the first time ever to fly and I was tremendously scared. He made my experience wonderdul. I intend to fly more often now. Thank you for hiring someone that loves his job."

Pros: "Got to our gate 5 min before departure. Door already closed. No staff to talk to. 5 of us were checked in and in the airport but the ticket agent chose no to wait. No announcement over the intercom to warn us as we were going through bumbling security. Agent said she did but I believe she was lying to cya. I would recognize my name over an intercom. Very unhappy with this result. She did get us a flight later that afternoon. Thanks."

Pros: "Had to de-ice and I think the pilot got lost looking for the pad. This added about twenty minutes to the "flight" before take off. Then in LA there was an issue with the plane at our gate this added another hour of tarmac time. I don't like being stuck in plane on the ground that is not moving any longer than I should have to be. There were some balls dropped on this flight. Makes me want to stick with Delta or Southwest."

Wouldve been enough to say it once during the flight, but instead they kept on talking about it for the whole flight, which was super annoying!"

Pros: "The plane was clean, and we arrived early on each leg of the trip by about half an hour, the staff were kind. Frontier does charge for bags either checked or carry on, and it was cheaper for us to check one bag rather than each carry on. I knew frontier charged for bags having flew with them a few times, so that wasn't unexpected. True it's not a first class experience, but it was exactly what I'd expect from a budget carrier, I got to my destination early and without hassles and that's really all I was looking for."

Pros: "I liked that the flight was short and cheap. The staff on the aircraft were very nice."
Cons: "I am not Active Duty military anymore, but I'm still a reservists and have the proper identification. I was traveling to Denver to continue on for a fellow military members memorial. I consistently got harassed about not having orders and paying for my carry on. Eventually, I was able to board the aircraft with my small carry on after begging for a good ten minutes. I feel like there are a million reasons for military members (and their families, for that matter) to travel. And most of the time, the free baggage is more important when you DONT have orders because we don't get reimbursed in times like these. We all travel all the time. I think your military customer base is something you DO NOT want to lose, and word of mouth is also an effective way to have that happen."

Cons: "They delayed this flight until 945, published it on the screen at the gate, we left to grab a drink, upon coming back to the gate at 9:20, the plane was GONE! Frontier is the worst consumer experience in any travel category I have ever had."

Pros: "I arrived alive physically. Emotionally I was dead. I will never fly Frontier airlines again. You get what you pay for."

Cons: "Arrived at baggage check 40 minutes before flight and no one was working the check in area. There was just a sign that said kiosk closes 45 minutes prior to boarding. Not take off but boarding. I had checked in online early so I had my boarding pass. Just needed to check my bag but there was no one there to do it. Then while looking for a new flight I hear my name called on the loud speaker to come to the gate for the flight which was just salt on the wound. I have never had any issue making it onto a fight on any other airline when I was 40 minutes early to boarding. Frontier just had no interest in assisting. Will not be flying with them again"

Pros: "The flight attendants were helpful with placing my wife's crutches in the overhead bins and getting them after we had landed."
Cons: "My wife was injured on our trip and was on crutches and using one of the wheelchairs. She was not offered a seat that would be easier to get to and was not offered to board early to make things easier. There was also a child in a wheelchair that did not board early. All of the passengers were very courteous but this is the first airline that I have ever flew with that did not offer the early boarding. I also felt that there are a lot of hidden fees with baggage that make your flights just as expensive if not more expensive as other airlines."

Cons: "I was charged $40 for a carry on bag. Of course I'm going to have a bag I should not be charged for it. I will not fly frontier again. I had a good tix but then almost 100$ to check a carry on. BS! !!!!!!"

Cons: "The flight was delayed, which is understandable. However, the lack of communication about the delay is frustrating for passengers. It started with a 30 minute delay and turned to a 120 minute delay on the monitor without any announcement. The only announcement they made is that they would only be assisting certain passengers with connecting flights. The flight left over three hours after the original departure time. The desk associates assisting other passengers had poor attitudes and communication skills. Also, $90 (round trip) for a carry on is absolutely ridiculous."

Then had to wait for a desk agent and then wait in the securit line again. Completely unacceptable all around. This is one of those nickel and dime you airlines. FORTY DOLLARS for a CARRY ON bag. Then had to pay for a seat even after paying for a ticket. That should be illegal. They aren't clear about seat fees up front. A ticket doesn't get you a place to sit on the plane?!? Come on."

Cons: "First, We never received an update the plane was delayed, which meant we would not get on our connecting flight. Was told this at the counter in Salt Lake, we drove 4 hours to get to the airport. Said we would have to fly out the next night at the same time. We needed to be in Orlando for court the following day,( we ended up going with Jet Blue.) The man at the counter must have been new or something. Seemed to be spacey and not sure what he was doing. He just told us I'm sorry. When we found a flight we asked if we could get a refund on the ticket going to Orlando and use the return ticket for coming back. He verified I had a ticket for return. Ended up that I did not have one and had to pay more for the ticket, to get back. On our way back to Salt Lake from Denver, we were delayed because the crew was not there. Once they got there, they complained during the flight about working a lot of hours on Thanksgiving. I would not recommend this airline to others. It was a terrible experience. Just not professional all the way around."
