Passengers continue to bring luggage which takes up too much space in the overhead bins and have more items than permitted. I do not bring luggage on board because it is too hard to find space and it holds up the boarding process."

Hence there were a lot of empty seats. We asked if we or even one of us could move into the …at least three empty rows…and they would not let us as they were they comfort plus section and it cost more…NO ONE WAS USING THESE SEATS!! So they let the passengers be crammed together in the rest of the plane and left numerous empty seats that could have been used! It’s was just rude. They also served drinks and never checked back to pick up the garbage. Didn’t tell us to raise our seats or put up our table trays before landing. So, as I exited the plane I handed them my garbage! I wasn’t going to be rude and leave it in the seat pocket or my seat …where I found crumbs of food on when I boarded the plane. Was just very dissatisfied with this crew!! I have been flying a lot lately using delta. I’ve had some delays but they’ve always been accommodating, this crew was not! What a shame!"

Pros: "With all the competition among airlines and the cutbacks we suffer as customers Delta manages to make you feel like you matter still. Timely boarding, actual help with finding seats making boarding efficient (not just hurrying you along), updates from the cockpit that you could hear and understand, multiple choices in snacks-one even a healthy option, staff that was friendly and interested in making it a good experience not one that seemed bothered they had to work."

Cons: "One thing I didn't like is that this flight had three different numbers,. Aeromexico, Delta, and KLM. AND we didn't know which counter to go to to get our tickets ( it turned out Delta). There was not a single number to call to ask questions it get help....it turned out that JustFly was the contact, but we purchased through Kayak."

Cons: "What I did not like was the process to go to the assigned air terminal in El Salvador, the process was slow and we took the flight at the end of the last one. The same was the process from Los Angeles to Seattle that was our scale. Process too long and go back through security, the boarding gate was almost closed. I think that for these cases they should leave more time for the stopovers that come from international flights. For my part I did not choose this option, since I was traveling with a person with mobility problems and separated the group for admission to the process of entering the USA."

I Forgot to bring my iPad Pro with me on this trip...and had no adequate access to any entertainment content."

In fact, there was a whole group of passengers traveling on American from different US cities, switching to RJ in Chicago, whose luggage did not come on the flight to Amman. My advice: be sure to pack enough for a couple of days in your carryon - and don't accept an offer to check your carryon to its final destination!"

Cons: "We had five pieces of luggage lost during our flight from the U.S. to Spain. When we arrived in Madrid we were told that all five pieces had been located. When we went to pick them up the next day there were only four pieces at the airport. We were told the fifth suitcase would be delivered when it was located. It's ten days later and there's no sign of the luggage. It has taken multiple phone calls to get the information about the luggage correct. They assure me that they have everything correctly documented and then when I call back they haven't changed a thing. It has been a very frustrating process overall."

Then we couldn't get proper boarding passes and luggage tags until one of the crew members spent a significant amount of time untangling each leg of our trip so they were in the proper order. We got delayed by 4 hours in Chicago and missed our connection in Manchester. We had another 5 hour wait there. By the time we got to Dublin, our bags didn't also arrive. After almost 24 hours of travel, we arrived but without all of our stuff."

American airlines is not even offeri6mg any vouchers or anything. Worst flight ever."

Cons: "Our original flight was cancelled and on the rebook, which added a stop, my family of 4 which includes a 4mo and 5 yr old were all given separate middle seats. When we brought this up we were told only the gate agent could adjust. Although at the time there were seats together they were "economy plus." Not surprisingly the gate agent was very rude when we approached her with the issue, insinuated it was our fault, that we were extra trouble for traveling with 2 small children, and that we may have to be bumped. We were finally accommodated at the last second but it was unneeded stress. Also several flight attendants gave us a hard time for bringing aboard our infant car seat despite the fact it is FAA approved and we bought a seat for it and it is the current recommendation of the FAA to do so."

Cons: "I carry expensive equipment in my backpack and it's an accepted carry on but doesn't fit in the overhead bin of smaller planes. Can't afford to check it and have damage."

Cons: "When I went to the gate in Houston to get my boarding pass for my second leg, the lady at the gate counter yelled at me because I didn't know my seat assignment even though I had already explained that I didn't know because I didn't have a boarding pass. On my original booking, I had chosen my seat to be a window, but when they rebooked me they put me in a middle seat even though there was a completely empty row in front of me. Then, to top everything off, they forced me me check my rollerboard carry-on because they said there was no more room on the plane, but when I got on I could see multiple spaces were still available. Another passenger and I were left to wait nearly 5 minutes on the jetway while the gate counter rep went to print our checked luggage tags. I asked the stewardess why I had to check mine even though there was plenty of space, and she said "it's hard to tell sometimes how much room we're going to have left." She also didn't offer any apology. All in all it was a terrible experience. I had to wait unnecessarily at various points of the travel process, had to endure a layover that was more than double what I had planned for, was forced to check my carry-on at the gate, and worst of all I missed a really important meeting. United obviously does not care at all about economy customers. Don't trust this airline! Book on Southwest or JetBlue - they actually care about customer retention!"

Cons: "Our gate was changed multiple times with absolutely terrible communication. The computer system had gone yet and everything seems extremely disorganized. There were even flyers getting on the plane to TX when they were traveling to other destinations because of the lack of communication and the crew not throughly checking. The seating was the smallest space in all of the other airlines I have flown. The crew was less than friendly and yelling down the aisle about buying snacks and other drinks although it was a late night flight and many people were sleeping. Overall, it was an uncomfortable and frustrating experience. Luckily the flight crew had a smooth flight and got us safely to San Antonio. Only positive about the experience with United. This was all taking place along with our flight being delayed with out the monitors at the airport being updated and no notification via text or the United app."

When the seat in front of me leaned back, I had even less room to move so I was stuck seated upright for two hours. Very uncomfortable, very exhausting."

I have always flown United, this was the worst experience thus far. We should be offered some type of discount for a future flight or a refund for this flight."

Pros: "I really enjoyed the extra attention the staff provided. I got a bit injured during my trip thus had to walk with a cane. Mind you that is difficult with a cup of coffee and a suitcase - they gave me extra time to board and even made sure to put my bag in the overhead compartment."

Frontier charges for beverages, so a bottle of water or can of soda is 2.50-$3.00! Important to pay for all bags early as paying at the airport is more expensive, plus Frontier charges for carry-on bags. One free personal item only."

Cons: "I could not get online to get my boarding pass. (Twice) I had to pay for my luggage even though I only took one piece. It took me an hour to get my first boarding pass because I had to call and they had to walk me through it because it wouln't let me on. The second time the man told me the website was down which wasn't true. I had to get my boarding pass at the airport. Lastly, you have to pay for any drink or food you get on the plane. There is nothing cheaper about Frontier although it appears to be cheaper. With all these fees, it is more than say , Southwest."

Cons: "I had to bring my wedding dress and called ahead to make sure I had it figured out. Most airlines have a closet type storage area by the flight attendants and frontier does not. I was told over the phone I would have to buy a seat for my dress so I did that. Then when I went to the airport the lady was pretty rude and said that it was incorrect and it would be dumb to do that and I wasn't allowed. Then I had to pay an extra fee as well. Once to the gate we were delayed and the plane was there the entire time. We were scheduled to take off at 6:55 and boarded at 7. No reason for the delay and they didn't keep us updated. I was not very happy with Frontier this time."

Cons: "Seats are plastic that don't recline. Nickled and dimed for everything from bags to seat selection. Checked bags slow to baggage claim both ways. Horrible operation, stick with Southwest or Delta"

Pros: "The fight was on time and the fact it was direct was an added bonus. The price was fabulous and I felt I got a real bargain."
Cons: "The seats were plastic, seemed narrower than usual and did not recline. My flights were less than 2 hours but it would be uncomfortable to sit in them much longer than that. The charge for carry-ons seems excessive."

Pros: "The crew was awesome, especially on our return trip. I believe their names were Kris and Tait? They were hilarious, made the flight super fun! It was a flight and a show!"
Cons: "Our flight to Denver was delayed by 3 hours, there were no employees at the Frontier podium until about an hour before our flight was rescheduled to take off. So basically no one to answer any questions. Also, didn't really care for all the nickel and dimeing. I have never been charged for a carry on until I flew Frontier! And when I checked in I was charged to pick out my seats as well. After all was said and done, it doubled the price of my flight. I would rather they include those fees up front than hit you with them later. I like knowing how much I'm going to spend from the get go and pay once."

Pros: "Richard in Denver, while lacking in communication skills, actually set me up with two $50 taxi vouchers, $185 motel voucher, a $15 meal voucher, and a $50 future flight discount (which I'll never use). After waiting 3 hours in line, I'm glad I got some compensation."
Cons: "After missing my connecting flight in Denver because the SLC crew couldn't figure out how to fuel the plane for 2 hours, it took me 3 hours to talk to someone at the Frontier desk in Denver that was actually helpful and got me a flight booked to Austin (I needed to get to San Antonio), a hotel and taxi vouchers and a meal voucher. My flight to Austin consisted of a gate change, a snarky, rude attendant, an hour on the tarmac before take off and after landing, and lost luggage that I had to pay $85 in hidden fees to even get them on the plane in the first place. My luggage boarded the plane to San Antonio 5 days ago and they still can't be found anywhere. Don't trust the reps to place claims for you because they can't do it right. File claims for lost luggage yourself online. Better yet, NEVER EVER IN YOUR LIFE BOOK A FLIGHT WITH FRONTIER, EVER! Their CEO, Barry Biffle, doesn't even follow his own airline on Twitter. The customer service is complete garbage and you don't even get complimentary drinks on the flight besides water. The seats don't have any padding and there's enough leg room for a baby. The tray tables are large enough to hold your cell phone, but that's it. And don't expect to talk to any representatives because they either won't be at the desk, or you'll have to wait for hours on end."

Unexplained, multiple delays that inconvenience all the way around. TSA harasses you in front of everyone about even just having a regular size duffel bag. I can't even list everything. It was the worst flight experience I have ever had and I will never fly Frontier again."

Cons: "Every thing is an upcharge! Not even the carry-on bag is free! If you are in the habit of taking a carry-on when you travel (like most of us do), add another $80 charge to your round trip ticket. The only free drink on the plane is water. Soft drinks are $2, chips/peanuts/munchies are $2 and so forth! All window and isle seats are another $20-40 upcharge. I chose not to pay upcharge for an economy seat and ended up in a middle seat towards the tail of the aircraft! By the time I paid for my carry-on and premium seat on the return flight, my trip became as expensive as business class but got a very bottom deader service! Avoid this airline!"

Cons: "The 3 people in front of me must have chain smoked a carton of cigarettes on the way to airport with the windows up. Flight attendant would not move me-- they had serious attitude and clearly need some customer service classes. Had an allergic reaction from smokey smell sneezing and coughing. Nose burned and started bleeding from the airplane air (almost as if the filters were not changed on the a/c blowing on my face). Seats wouldn't recline. 30 min delay leaving airport (direct flight from Denver to San Antonio, but yet we sat on runway bc of storms in LA???) arrived to SA late at 10:15 pm. Stood and waited for another 30 min for bags to come out with ZERO communication from airline letting us know which luggage carrosel to stand at. Meanwhile the lovely folks at southwest had to finally make an announcement for Frontier to give us any amount of info. Doubt I will ever go this budget airline again. Awful. Saved $75 instead of flying southwest. Wasn't worth it."

Pros: "Once we landed in San Antonio we were forced to sit on the tarmac for 2.5 hours because there was another plane stuck at our gate. They turned off the AC and we sat in the sweltering heat. There should have been some other solution for this. Perhaps some stairs or moving the other airplane away from the gate for a short time so we could get off."
