The electric outlets at each of our first class seats were not functional, both the USB ports and the electric plugs did not work so we were not able to charge our phones during the flight. When I mentioned this to the flight attendant her response was that she had not received a report that the electric was not working. No other assistance was offered. There was very little legroom even though these were sold as first class seats. The plane was old and dirty, the armrests were sticky."

Cons: "I completely offended by the attitude of one of the flight attendants. As I am disabled, I choose the restroom that is closest to me for my use. I was seated in row 5, just behind First Class. In fact, I tried to upgrade to First Class when I checked in, but it was full. So when the seatbelt sign went off, I went through 1st Class to the restroom by the cockpit. I didn't take my cane. I have neuropathy in my feet and legs up to my hips, and given that I can easily lose my balance, I am much safer on airplanes when I hold onto the seats as I pass by. As it happens, the restroom was occupied and I had to stand in the area at the front of the plane that the flight attendants typically occupy. The snippy attendant saw me standing there and immediately walked in front of me to get her microphone and loudly announced to the entire airplane that NO ONE was allowed to use that restroom except First Class and people who arrived by wheelchair. I arrived by wheelchair. I have some real ethical issues with her behavior. First of all, I was embarrassed by her remarks. Secondly, one bathroom for 12 people and one bathroom for the 100-200 others that were on that flight is unconscionable!!!!!!!!!!!! There are two things that in my humble opinion can never be denied any human being are water under any circumstances and the right to a speedy and safe trip to the bathroom. I was deeply offended by her remarks and by her timing in giving the remarks. I told her that I had arrived by wheelchair, and would be leaving by one as I am disabled. She shined me on. Her behavior was rude and uncalled for. I will never fly Sun Country again, and she is the reason. Additionally, I will not fly with a company who operates under such an unethical agenda. Everyone has the right to a speedy trip to the bathroom. The plane was loaded with elderly "Snow Birds." The elderly are notorious for having special bathroom needs whether or not they are in first class or arrived by wheelchair. I think this airline is blatantly discriminatory."

Cons: "The daschund dog starting to bark on the ground, women picked the dog up and the dog snapped and tore skin off the first finger of the right hand. We did get medical attention and paramedics to assist."

Great crew both ways and consistent with their pleasant and positive approach to all passengers. Will use Sun Country again when the time avails itself/ Go USA . Winning the 41st Ryder Cup."

Cons: "I was blockaded from access to the bathroom(s). The first class dragon forbade access to anyone but 1st class and the rear bathrooms were blockaded bt workers handing out drinks. Very tough on us 75+ crowd.We don't get much time from urge to crisis."

The plane wasn't completely full, so there was an open seat in the middle of my section. That was really nice! I especially like Sun Country because the airports in both Phoenix and MPLS are smaller than the main terminals!!! I'll be back! :0)"

I really like terminal 2 or Hubert Humphrey terminal out of Minneapolis/St. Paul it is easy to get in and out of or get dropped off. Everything is laid out and well marked so I can figure out where to go when I arrive. Staff was friendly and helpful and understanding that flying and the rules for boarding etc., are something I needed explained to me. I found my gate with no issues, and the announcements of when we would board etc., was clear and easy to understand. Sun County Crew were courteous, and friendly. I wasn't all that hungry and it was not a long flight, but the food choices looked good and reasonably priced. If I fly again I will try to use Sun Country."

Pros: "Flight was delayed. booked another flight through Dallas with a 150 minutes layover there. That almost wasn't enough as we had an unscheduled 1 hour stop in Austi . In Dallas I had to run from one flight to the next. The only reason I made was because the connecting flight eas also delayed. In rhe end we landed at SFO (instead of OAK) over 2 hours later than originally scheduled. To make matters worse, there was a backup on the Dublin grade, making the drive home to Tracy over three hours long. arrived at SAT at 4:30 PM CDT and arrived home in Tracy after 3:30 AM OFT. oh yeah, and my luggage didn't make it at all..."

Cons: "I arrived at the airport and had already checked in and had m boarding passes. For some reason they could not find me when I went to check my bag. After 30 minutes they saw that my seat assignment had been changed and that is why my boarding passes that I had printed at home did not match what their computer showed. I booked this reservation in May and had a seat chosen fairly toward the front. I am 73 years old and the closer to the front I can be helps. When I finally got on the plane to my surprise my seat was the very last seat on the plane across from the restroom. People continued to leave the door open after using the restroom so had to get up and continue to close the door or look at the restroom the whole flight. There was never any explanation as to why they did this. As a result, being lst off the plane, I almost missed my connection as I had to go two terminals over for my connection. At my age I cannot run so I arrived as the last people were getting on the plane. I will never fly American Airlines again."

Made me wait until entire plane was disembarked and cleaned, and made me wait some more after. She was super snarky, made rude comments, and almost made my family miss our connection to EWN. I will never, ever, fly AA again. Worst customer service and tons of issues with maintenance, luggage handling, and delays."

Cons: "I called American Airlines as ssoon as I book my trip to set up and make sure my small dog could fly with me. They neglected to inform me their partner, jetstar, does not fly animals. My luggage did not arrive with me. Both of my suitcases were mangled and broken. Items in my suitcases were shattered and crushed even though they were well packed and protected. We got stuck on the terminal in MSP and missed our connecting flight. When we finally arrived the systems were down and could not get new flights or hotels. We were told we could not get hotels and had to argue for an hour. Even though it was a maintenance issue. I arrived a day late and had to take extra leave. The plane from LAX to Tokyo was horrific. I booked a window seat, was stuck in the very middle. There was no way to charge outlets devices. The screen did not work. And my new luggage was also damaged with even more items destroyed."

Cons: "Arrived in Phoenix and hurried to my next gate for the flight to Palm Springs only to discover a delay in the flight. No marguees were updated, no explanation just the plane had not arrived. Soon after we were told of a gate change, the marquee then said the flight would not arrive until 11 pm it is a one hour flight, so we actually arrived at 10 pm."

Also, I've never been to an airport where you exit the boarding doors in the terminal then head down stairs to the tarmac to board a bus that make a complete lap of the terminal going near every AA plane obviously trying to figure out which one they need to drop us off at. If can get this close to losing people I now understand how luggage gets lost so often."

She acted like I was stupid and said "well did you turn it down?" Of course I tried that. I was very taken back by how she acted."

The Mexican military gave American a very precise window in which they needed to take off from Hermosillo by, because of planned military maneuvers. The plan arrived on time but we missed our take-off window by 8 minutes. The ground crew and flt. crew showed no sense of urgency in getting the plane prepared to take off, the boarding of the plan etc. We could have easily taken off within the allotted window, except there was no sense of urgency or advance notice to any of the passengers. American in Phoenix made no attempt to accommodate us and we ended up having to buy tickets on Southwest in order to get home. Overall, a terrible experience."

Cons: "i had my boarding pass and chose my seat some time ago, in row 4. When I checked in, the AA representative switched my boarding card and I was told that my seat was no longer available. When I got to the gate, I spoke to the gate attendant. There were several people also speaking to them about their seats. I did not have a seat assigned to my boarding pass, so I stood until the entire plane boarded and the gate attendants could sort things out. In the end, I was given a seat at the back of the plane, even though booked my seat some time ago and am a Sapphire member. When I boarded, there was no room for my carry-on luggage. The flight attendant already understood what happened. She immediately took my bag, and found a space at the front of the airplane. This is the second disappointing flight in a row in 2 weeks I have had with AA. I'm not sure if it's just bad luck, or has something to do with the company. I had flown with U.S. Airways for years and never experienced any major issues."

Not the worst experience I've had flying but far from being a good experience. It probably isn't worth flying united unless it's 1st class. But even they had to wait 30+mins for luggage!"

Was he a prison guard in his previous job? On the way to Newark, I had an aisle seat. One of the stewardesses blazed by me with a cart ramming it into my shoulder without so much as a, "sorry." I'm not a big woman but maybe as I dozed off I leaned over a bit...There is no way she didn't feel her cart hit me. Rudeness, it seems is a part of the culture at United because the flight attendants coming back squeezed past the long line for the bathroom without saying, "excuse me." They did however, say, "I need to get by," and one of them brushed by the gentlemen sitting next to me and bumped his laptop and coffee. Overall it seems that the crew working these particular United flights have forgotten that we pay hard earned money to fly. Some of us are going on vacation, to see loved ones, and some are flying to deal with unpleasant circumstances. The staff may fly several times a day, but most passengers do not. There's a lot of prep and anxiety, that goes into taking a flight and a surly flight crew multiplies that anxiety. No one wants to fly with a crew that hates their job."

When I realized I would not get to the wedding I was trying to attend, they siad they wouldn't refund my money' When I insistedon a refund they then said there would be a $19.99 cancellation fee. Eventually, they agreed on a refund. Pretty poor way to run a business. On the other hand, when I needed to cancel my Enterprise car rental, I was able to do it in less than two minutes over the phone - no hassle."

That means roundtrip tickets can easily be 100$ more expensive than listed, making other, more reputable airlines actually cheaper. Not to mention they do not take electronic tickets like every other airline, and when the flight was delayed, I went to have my ticket printed and no one was staffing the desk and no automated kiosks were available. I managed to flag someone down and they wanted to refuse to print me one because "my flight was listed as earlier" despite me being emailed by them that the flight was delayed. I eventually got to my destination, but I will never book a flight with them again. Let's not even mention charging for water, the plastic seats on the plane, etc. Terrible airline."
