Travelers with documents issued by the US Department of Homeland Security, US Customs and Border Protection, or US Department of State indicating that the traveler is exempt from the restriction;
B1 crew crewmembers that are engaged in lightering, Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) activity, wind farm activity, private air/sea crew and other similar crewmember activities;
Students with an F-1 or M-1 visa and their F-2 and M-2 dependents, if they arrive from or have been in Ireland, the UK or Schengen Area in the past 14 days.
All travelers, 2 years of age or older (including US citizens and transit passenger) must present a negative COVID-19 viral or antigen test result issued 72 hours prior to departure or have a proof of recovery from the virus within the last 90 days prior to boarding the plane.
Travelers must complete a disclosure and attestation form before departure.
Exemptions or waiver to the testing requirements may be granted by the CDC on an extremely limited basis when emergency travel (like an emergency medical evacuation) must occur to preserve someone’s life, health against a serious danger, or physical safety and testing cannot be completed before travel.
US citizens and permanent residents arriving from the UK must present a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test result issued within 72 hours prior to departure.
Travelers arriving in New York State must complete the Traveler Health Form.
Travelers arriving in Massachusetts must complete the Massachusetts Health Form.
Travelers are advised to get tested 3-5 days after travel and stay home and self-quarantine for 7 days after travel. Even if they test negative, they must still stay home and self-quarantine for the full 7 days. If the test is positive, isolate to protect others from getting infected.
Travelers who did not get tested, are advised to stay home and self-quarantine for 10 days after travel.

This caused many passengers to miss their connecting flight in Atlanta. When we arrived after midnight, one gate person was attempting to help 50 people with morning connecting flights and room accommodations. The airline knew 3 hours prior that they would have tired, hungry, frustrated passengers. To then have to wait more than an hour in a line to get a bed and or a meal was too much for most people. There were other smaller examples of how Delta's staff or procedures were not customer centric. I will avoid Delta for travel in the future, and I am getting out of their stock."

Once I got my seat assignment I thought I had a window seat: however, when I boarded the plane, I realized that I was in the very last seat of the plane in the window position, but no window. I was crammed in next to a wall and claustrophobic the whole way as I couldn't see anything, couldn't recline at all because behind me was the bathroom, and the engine roared at times in my ears to where I couldn't hear the passenger next to me when we tried to have conversation as the engine was right outside my "wall". We joked, when we could hear each other, that we must've pissed someone at Delta off the last time we flew them. I have no idea why I had to get my seat assignment at the gate for this particular flight, or why I was put in the 'flying coffin' seat, but it made for a very unpleasant experience. Why even have that seat in the plane? Everyone pays a lot of money to fly these days and deserves better than that seat when doing so. just take those two seats out and give everyone else a little more leg room = much better passenger experience for everyone...my suggestion if Delta really cares about the quality of passenger experience."

When I went to check in with the exact same airline that the 7 of us flew out on, Sun Country Airlines, I was told that my bag was suddenly 9 pounds heavier than when we left.... even though my bag was packed EXACTLY the same and nothing had been added. As we were finishing up paying, a random lady from the ticket counter stopped me and in a very snobby and aggressive way told me I needed to check an additional bag. I was BEYOND CONFUSED because this bag was considered a FREE "personal item" when we left Portland and now I'm being forced to pay an extra $40 dollars. She then started talking to me VERY aggressively and belittling me as if I couldn't afford the extra charges. That was not the problem! I wanted an explanation as to why the policies are suddenly different just 72 hours later? After I re-ran my card and paid the additional charge, we start to leave again, AND THE SAME GIRL tells me I need to check ANOTHER BAG that was considered a "carry on" when we left Portland. She was starring at my family, our belongings, not listening to what I had to say and continuing to harass us, while demanding I pay more money, without answering any of my questions! I spent $120 to check our bags just to get back home- $75 more than when we left! I asked for her badge number to reference my conversation with her when I call and speak to her manager and she refused to give it to me! Her body language was defensive, unapproachable and snobby- rolling her eyes multiple times.I was able to see read her name on her badge before she flipped it over, "Mika" who happens to be based out of Portland International Airport but working out of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport today, December 10th. Sun Country Airlines advertised themselves as "travel convenient and trouble free for all passengers"...... WHAT A JOKE! I will NEVER fly on this airline or recommend them to anybody ever in my life! Cons: "I was in the center bulkhead seat with an very oversized man on the aisle seat with a "service dog". It was not a service dog in the sense that it was all over the place--on my feet and in the aisle where it tripped a stewardess more than once and she told him it couldn't be in the aisle. So it pushed over to my seat because the guy was just to big to share his legroom. It shredded napkins the man dropped which a trained dog would not do. it bounced his tray table up causing him to drop his two vodkas. I had to have the stewardess tell him to move his arm and body out of my seat so I could stow my tray for landing. When waiting for my ride outside the dog was off lease and ran into the pickup lanes where the man had to chase him down. A true service dog would never behave like that."
