We boarded on time and we departed on time. We got into Chicago 30 minutes early. We recently acquired a AA credit card and we got 2 checked bags free and priority boarding (Group 5). In today's world your need priority boarding of some sort on AA or you risk not being able to store you bags in the overhead and may have to get it checked free to your final destination. Also, one of our checked bags had a painting in it that we purchased and the bag and painting arrived unharmed. Good job by AA baggage handlers.

Cramped seating. Airlines seem to be moving seats closer together to be able to hold more passengers.

My chair was broken (arm rest padding came off and unable to recline) and flight was delayed. Buttons on the arm rest were not located well, my co passenger’s elbow kept changing the channel and volume. Free wings sticker for my child was poorly made

I didn't like much of anything EXCEPT THE FREE WIFI. While it's nice to have all the bells and whistles (free in flight TV/movies, snacks/beverages, etc.), the basics need to be met too - which they weren't.

I didn't like that the plane was delayed 1.5 hours for no good reason. Why have us sit on the plane in a cramped atmosphere instead of delaying it at the gate first until your ducks are in a row? Then the in-flight entertainment audio periodically cuts out, and they were resetting the TV system over 3 times. In addition, I had requested a price reduction when I booked the flight since JetBlue's website is buggy and the price went up $80 in front of my eyes while other people booked the seat I wanted, and they weren't willing to give me anything.

Quick, efficient processing at the airport.

The seating is very tight, even though I am only 5'4" it was too close. I felt sorry for the young man next to me who was approx 6' and very uncomfortable. For health purposes, foot rests should be installed to elevate the feet off the floor and offer differing positions help reduce the possibility of forming blood clots during flights.

Hailey and Sam were great. The other was fine but didn’t demonstrate same enthusiastic customer service. Sam gave my kids wings. Disappointed that Beef it Up isn’t an option anymore.

The crew was outstanding, polite, and professional.

Seats were comfortable, but much too crowded. The seating would have been very good for children but for adults it was much too crowded. My knees were up against the seat in front and my back is sore from having to spend most of the trip twisted to try to fit into the small space. Also, my seat was is row 16 and was called a “premium” seat and I was charged an extra $24 for it. I did not find it any different than all the seats around me. What was the extra charge for?

The final leg on a Delta flight was very pleasant.

My final destination had a total of two flights a day available on United. The first leg I originally booked was pushed back and back and back b/c of weather. I was stuck at the Houston airport for 12 hrs after agreeing to take another one-stop flight, making it a total of three flights taking more than 24 hrs. I then had to cry to even get food vouchers. Where would I sleep? On the flor in the Houston airport, the most inhospitable airport I’ve ever been in. They have a hotel *in* the airport, but because it was “weather” causing the delay they refused to put me up. There was a woman whose birthday it was and she was trying to get to her husband having surgery the next day and a double amputee all in the same boat. It was absolutely a nightmare. I got maybe 1 hour sleep the whole night despite trying for 5-6. Never again will I fly United unless under duress or some emergency.

No email notification that I was automatically rebooked onto United flight by frontier. 4 hrs spent trying to get through to frontier booking agent to find out. The gate agent and the crew were great to accommodate the barrage of flight changes. Once we were cleared for takeoff the flight was very smooth and the cabin crew as well as the pilots did a fantastic job to ensure timely arrival and that everyone is accommodated.

I received at least 3 emails that that the flight was delayed: by 30min, 12min and then by 1min. Of course the mobile app did not reflect this (in an effort to make things more confusing). Once we boarded it was very very hot inside and the pilot informed us that we'll get cooled as soon as they start the engines.

Once we hit the coast we skirted down the coas of Florida which provided a spectacular view. The approach and landing at Key West airport was thrilling and absolutely perfect. We’ve flown Delta many times but this was our first but not last time to Key West.

On this flight back to Arizona they arrayed mutt husband and I together, unlike on our way to Spokane. That was much better. We had more leg room this time.

The seats are hard, fine for young people, but difficult for older people with arthritis and Auto immune diseases, such as fibromyalgia.

The boarding process was quick and painless and we left the gate quickly which I always like!

The tv screens on the plane didn’t work at all. I believe you could watch the movies that were being shown but most everyone I saw was just watching the previews on repeat for three hours or had turned off the screens. It’s not a huge deal for myself but I have a two year old and those TVs in the back of the seat are a total life saver- but only when they work.

The plane had more room overall than comparable and more expensive flights from other major carriers. The crew was professional and efficient.

Food options were limited and unappealing, though pretty standard for industry. Flight was short in duration ~3 hrs, so not a real issue.. I thought that selling blankets and pillows was very cheap BUT that savings is reflected in ticket cost and a better flying environmemt and experience from start to finish.

I am glad I was able to turn off the screen.

The pressure drop in the cabin as the plane descended was too abrupt and caused acute, continual pain in my sinuses for a solid 20 minutes. (I do not have a cold.) I have not experienced this for 30 years.

That the price to take a small carryon was just as expensive as taking a large suitcase, ended up having to pay and extra $80 r/t for a small bag and I just that's standard for them. There were no barf bags in any seats, believe me everyone around us was looking as the person next to me was getting sick on the landing because it was crazy rough. When we finally were able to get an attendant over she was as rude as could be, I'm sure this sick person next to me was sorry she "inconvenienced" the crew member, if they just put bags in the seats pockets like every other airline this wouldn't have been an issue. The seats were very uncomfortable with no padding and not able to tilt. The tray tables were nonfunctional, too small and did not extend to get anywhere close enough to reach you. The plane ride itself felt like we were on a old school bus on a gravel road. I had a round trip ticket with frontier and both trips were equally as bad. I will never travel with them again, Most of us weren't even sure if we were going to survive take off with out the plan breaking or something.

When we finally were able to get an attendant over she was as rude as could be, I'm sure this sick person next to me was sorry she "inconvenienced" the crew member, if they just put bags in the seats pockets like every other airline this wouldn't have been an issue. The seats were very uncomfortable with no padding and not able to tilt. The tray tables were nonfunctional, too small and did not extend to get anywhere close enough to reach you. The plane ride itself felt like we were on a old school bus on a gravel road. I had a round trip ticket with frontier and both trips were equally as bad. I will never travel with them again, Most of us weren't even sure if we were going to survive take off with out the plan breaking or something.

Quick, efficient processing at the airport.

The seating is very tight, even though I am only 5'4" it was too close. I felt sorry for the young man next to me who was approx 6' and very uncomfortable. For health purposes, foot rests should be installed to elevate the feet off the floor and offer differing positions help reduce the possibility of forming blood clots during flights.

I didn't like much of anything EXCEPT THE FREE WIFI. While it's nice to have all the bells and whistles (free in flight TV/movies, snacks/beverages, etc.), the basics need to be met too - which they weren't.

I didn't like that the plane was delayed 1.5 hours for no good reason. Why have us sit on the plane in a cramped atmosphere instead of delaying it at the gate first until your ducks are in a row? Then the in-flight entertainment audio periodically cuts out, and they were resetting the TV system over 3 times. In addition, I had requested a price reduction when I booked the flight since JetBlue's website is buggy and the price went up $80 in front of my eyes while other people booked the seat I wanted, and they weren't willing to give me anything.

The boarding process was quick and painless and we left the gate quickly which I always like!

The tv screens on the plane didn’t work at all. I believe you could watch the movies that were being shown but most everyone I saw was just watching the previews on repeat for three hours or had turned off the screens. It’s not a huge deal for myself but I have a two year old and those TVs in the back of the seat are a total life saver- but only when they work.

Delayed departing SeaTac due to broken bin, so sat at gate over a half an hour. As a result missed rental car pick up time in Long Beach on a holiday weekend. Had to rent from another higher cost rental car firm as was a “walk up rate renter”. Spent an hour getting the last rental car which of course reeked of pot smoke smell, and was a compact.
