Cons: "When we got to the gate 3 hours early, we ordered a wheel chair for my wine to board the plane as soon as the first gate personnel arrived. At boarding time the clueless person who brought the wheel chair for us gave it to a 20 something man with a foot in a cast and crutches while my 71 year old wife had to wait until another wheelchair could be brought. The irony is that two wheelchairs were there until just. Edited boarding time and both were taken away."

A half hour later I realized the wifi doesn't actually work, so I missed out on renting your tablets to watch something. I think there should be a less confusing system. This is more of an Alaska Airlines gripe though."

Best they could they could do was get me on and next to the 4 year. Dad and 9 year old separated. Get on the he flight and the wifi is down so no on fl Got entertainment. Just really bad all the way around."

we had a connection flight which the airline failed to connect - and we lost a baggage, and delayed 3 of our baggages.
Tried to check in online as per usual - what a nightmare. Couldn't change my seat, tried 16 times and was rejected from process at change seat screen every time. Ended up having to phone BA at 5.30 am in the UK on my mobile from the US as was automatically allocated last row non-aisle seat - the worst place on the plane. On hold with executive club for 25 mins - I'm dreading the charges. Executive club customer service also couldn't change the seat (no reason given) but could see a free seat was available and would put a note about seat change for the airport check in staff. Got to airport - told no note on system and that UK BA executive club customer service staff had 'lied' to me by check in staff at san diego End up sitting next to toilet with constant noise all night. I will not fly with BA again (other than to try and use up existing avios). Virgin are now giving way superior service on my transatlantic routes and swiss air for my short hauls. This flight was confirmation that ba no longer offers good value or service.
Barely enough room to move. No meal options offered for purchase for such a long flight. Really hard with small kids

The plane was very hot. Something wrong with AC? People were getting overheated. The girl behind me got sick from the heat and vomited.

Cons: "During covid-19 they are not even attempting at providing a modicum of social distancing. Every seat in both of my flights was completely filled, meaning that we were squished up next to everyone despite any efforts to stay 6ft away from each other in the airports. Many passengers were wearing their masks incorrectly (not covering their nose, TAKING OFF THE MASK TO SNEEZE) and were not being asked to wear their mask properly by staff. I felt completely unsafe and won't be flying American again until there is a vaccine for covid."

Cons: "I had selected my seats ahead of time and they weren’t kept. Day of I tried to buy a seat and it told me there were tech issues and I had to go to a front desk to check in/purchase. Well all that got me was the very last row, middle seat. No recline and seriously no leg room or breathing room once the person in the row ahead leans back. Crew was not helpful. Not to mention, the security line was outrageously long and I got to my flight just before it left only to find out my seating arrangement and be presented with more disappointment. Took over an hour where I’ve never waited more than 20 minutes in this airport (I fly often). Didn’t have time to go to BR or grab a snack Then my second flight was (again another middle seat) way too warm. The attendants said “there’s nothing we can do”. I was so nauseous and uncomfortable the whole time."

Cons: "The original booked flight was about 12 hours before the rebooked flight. We got up at about 2:00 am to leave for the airport at 3:30 am for a 6:30 am flight. We were all packed and booked our ride and shuttinlpg down the computer at the last minute when we noticed an mail after midnight telling us the flight was cancelled. We called and were told there was nothing they could do, due to connections and this was entirely their fault. Approximately 12 hours later we took a “red eye” thus arriving a day late for our hotel and car reservations. We were charged baggage fees and not sure if our priority boarding will be refunded."

I am just annoyed. Also I didn't know that I would fly American as it's through Alaska originally, maybe that was my lack of attention to detail. The carry on situation is what irritated me the most. This is also not the first time that I've had a problem with American Air."

Made me wait until entire plane was disembarked and cleaned, and made me wait some more after. She was super snarky, made rude comments, and almost made my family miss our connection to EWN. I will never, ever, fly AA again. Worst customer service and tons of issues with maintenance, luggage handling, and delays."

It cost me in fees to basically cancel my flight which ended up being just as much as my entire flight ticket. Got refunded a total of $12 to use towards my next flight. Never flying or booking a flight with American Airlines at all. Kayak couldn't even help with accommodations. Southwest is the only company that will actually hold those credits for you. Everywhere else is just trying to scam you."
