Pros: "Overall, Aeromexico staff in the airport were kind and friendly. Flight crew members were friendly, attentive and presentable. I appreciate the fact that Aeromexico still provides food and refreshments."
Cons: "Flight was delayed by approximately 30 to 40 minutes. However, I appreciate that staff kept us informed and updated on flight status. Since I hadn't reserved a seat, I got seated near the emergency exit. On a positive note, it's more spacious hence more leg room. However, you're not allowed to keep any items with you in case of an emergency during take off and landing. It seems that there was some type of entertainment on the TV screens but noticed they were on for less than 40 minutes and then they went blank for the remainder of the flight . I'm not sure if other passengers were offered headphones but I was not."

Pros: "One of the meal options was vegetarian. When I asked the flight attendant about it (I’d forgotten to request a veggie meal) they mentioned there was an extra vegetarian meal and got me that instead, which was even cooler."

Cons: "We were told to take our suite case to boarding gate and we wanted to check in our bags since I don't speak Spanish when we went through TSA they went through our large suitcase 4 times and keep all of our liquids which I knew it was not allowed but attendence told us to go any way the TSA search took forever when we got to boarding gate which still have 20 minutes before plane leaves they close The gate and made us pay full airline price all over again and waited 4.5 hours for next flight and I paid $50 on original flight for prefer seating and was not able to used any of my original price paid. Will never fly Aeromexico AGAIN!!! Worse day ever and TSA took my girlfriend iPhone during the 7 times they went through our stuff !!"

Why you didn't put the entire family together from the beginning?"

So I lost the original flight and kindly Aeroméxico changed to the new flight. But that flight was delayed also. It was a bad experience totally."

Cons: "The email said that we could check-in online 48 hours ahead of time. This was not available until less than 24 hours ahead of time. Then when I tried to use this feature, it would not work. The webpage was malfunctioning and would not let me check-in. When we checked in at the desk at the airport, it took them a ridiculous amount of time to find us seats. When she did finally find us seats with barely enough time left to get to the gate to board, she had put two of us on stand-by for the connecting flight. There should have been no question about us having seats let alone being put on stand-by. We had booked this flight well in advance and had confirmation from the booking site and AeroMexico. When we got to Mexico City, they had already bumped the two on stand-by off our flight and put them on another flight the would leave 6 hours later that day. Again there was no possible justification for this, especially since the flight they should have been on with us was only 2/3 full. Although this was less of a nightmare that my 1st flight with AeroMexico had been, again the staff was unhelpful and purposely caused us inconvenience and delay for unacceptable reasons. I intend to never fly with AeroMexico and will tell everyone I know not to fly with them either."

Every seat in both of my flights was completely filled, meaning that we were squished up next to everyone despite any efforts to stay 6ft away from each other in the airports. Many passengers were wearing their masks incorrectly (not covering their nose, TAKING OFF THE MASK TO SNEEZE) and were not being asked to wear their mask properly by staff. I felt completely unsafe and won't be flying American again until there is a vaccine for covid."

Well all that got me was the very last row, middle seat. No recline and seriously no leg room or breathing room once the person in the row ahead leans back. Crew was not helpful. Not to mention, the security line was outrageously long and I got to my flight just before it left only to find out my seating arrangement and be presented with more disappointment. Took over an hour where I’ve never waited more than 20 minutes in this airport (I fly often). Didn’t have time to go to BR or grab a snack Then my second flight was (again another middle seat) way too warm. The attendants said “there’s nothing we can do”. I was so nauseous and uncomfortable the whole time."

We were all packed and booked our ride and shuttinlpg down the computer at the last minute when we noticed an mail after midnight telling us the flight was cancelled. We called and were told there was nothing they could do, due to connections and this was entirely their fault. Approximately 12 hours later we took a “red eye” thus arriving a day late for our hotel and car reservations. We were charged baggage fees and not sure if our priority boarding will be refunded."

Even if there were several concurring factors, it it necessary to find a better procedure in order to avoid keeping passangers inside a plane with the prospect of taking off in the next half hour repeated every half hour! For the ones of us traveling with children it is even worse, and becomes a real nightmare."

I am just annoyed. Also I didn't know that I would fly American as it's through Alaska originally, maybe that was my lack of attention to detail. The carry on situation is what irritated me the most. This is also not the first time that I've had a problem with American Air."

Never flying or booking a flight with American Airlines at all. Kayak couldn't even help with accommodations. Southwest is the only company that will actually hold those credits for you. Everywhere else is just trying to scam you."

I almost missed my boarding group (which would have resulted in my carry-on being gate-checked all the way home) because the line was 40-deep. Only after asking the first person in line did I realize that the people lined up for "Boarding Group 3" were actually all Boarding Group 4. My flight didn't have working AC, and my seat didn't recline. I was burning up the whole time, and forced to sit at an unnaturally upright angle for the entirety of the 3.5 hour flight. I've never had a good experience with United. I will not be flying with them again."

This is my first time in 20 years gate attendant didn't announce anything, and there are other people who missed this flight. Because of this, my rest of the trip was miserable, missed meeting in Santa Fe. I need a money back."

Pros: "It was quite average, nothing special.They severed some drinks and you get a bag of pretzels. The staff was very friendly and nice. It was only a 1 1/2 flight, so the only entertainment is magazines."
Cons: "The legroom was fine for me, but if you are about 6ft tall or over, you will feel a little cramped. Try to get an exit row seat if can."

Cons: "We had a connecting flight from San Francisco that we missed due to their delays. We still don't know why it was delayed. They didnt give a clear or concise reason for the delays. Our flight landed a few minutes before our connecting flight departed and instead of holding the plane like they have done in other reviews I've read they actually took off early. We were automatically given tickets to the next flight out to our final destination (which was 6 hours later.) This was sucky but we didn't have control over it so we dealt with it. However when we went to customer service to print our new tickets we were "greeted" with two apathetic employees. The first one we didn't actually get to interact with because after waiting in line for 10 minutes when it was finally our turn he held his hand up to stop us from walking up to the counter and just left. No explanation just headed out. So we headed over to the "premier" line for a procedure that should literally take 3 minutes to interact with the next employee who made it somehow our fault that we were mildly upset with the situation. My father always told me United "sucks" we gave them a chance but we should have heeded his fatherly advice. Oh and a bonus my traveling partner has a broken pelvis so sitting around for hours on end was just salt to the wound."

Pros: "i eventually got to SF"
Cons: "The flight kept getting delayed and they wouldn't tell us why. There happened to be a line forming at the counter and when i asked an employee why people were lining up, all that i got in reply was "because the flights delayed". Thanks...i had no idea"

Pros: "The crew and flight was excellent. Two short flights to get to my destination."
Cons: "Their new fare for budget flights processing is outrageous. I was advised booking the flight carrying size only undervfront seat storage. Then got an email explaining how this works. Then tried to checkin online 24 hours prior and you can't since you are not checking baggage. Got to airport to find that can't checkin except at counter as you need a UAL employee to scan their I'd during process to get boarding pass. Waited for employee and then she was rude about it. Again reminded me I can't bring anything else onboard or will cost me extra at gate. If UAL wants to offer this they need to be more customer friendly. I was far from impressed for the inconvenience I experienced being s longtime UAL Frequent Flier."

Pros: "The pilot continued to interrupt our flight home. Watching movies, 4-5 hours his overrides of loud, loud announcement were useless. Trying to take a nap, dark, early evening. We at 29,000 feet, we're ahead of schedule, we are going to arrive 30 minutes early. Then we arrive early sit on the tarmac, because guess what was at our gate; ANOTHER AIRPLANE! All his rushing and interruption were a waste. The ground team had him wait 200 feet away from the gate for another period of time. We arrived three to five minutes early, at 7:30 PM. Very unpleasant flight."

Cons: "Seats are way to small and no leg room at all. Will not be flying united again"

Cons: "I didn't know i needed an app before i will be able to enjoy entertainment on board, so i had to pay for internet to be able to download the app to be able to watch movie. PA system wasn't gud."

Cons: "That I was in the middle and lost my phone at the airport"

Pros: "They fixed some mechanical maintenance issue and did not have to make us switch planes, so I didn't mind the wait; just wished the AC would have been working a little better. Entire flight was smooth all the way back in, though at 6'1" I found the seats a bit cramped, the crew did a great job making sure people were taken care of - it wasn't their fault, and I'd prefer they take their time so we actually make it where we need to go."
Cons: "The wifi did not work at all for my girlfriend, even after paying the $18 and trying for the entire 4hr flight, the weak signal dropped out continuously. She followed up with customer service about the issue, but the website has yet to process her refund for it; it keeps crashing. I don't see how you DON'T offer free, and functional WiFi on a 4hr flight in 2016 - I have it at my dealership for customers waiting on a 45 min oil change."

Cons: "Flight was changed on me last minute so I had to call United and see if I could negotiate a better flight time. Layover in LA went 3-4 hours longer than expected so I ended up getting in a lot later than expected, meaning I had less time to spend with my wife. I missed my flight on my way back - I think when everyone was boarding, I somehow misinterpreted the digital sign that said "Ontario" to mean that they were boarding for Ontario. I had to sleep in the airport that night because I missed the flight - most uncomfortable experience ever! I paid for United's lounge but they weren't open 24/7. Then they almost didn't let me in the next morning to the lounge because technically it was only for that 1 night, even though I had been at the airport all the same. Lesson learned - maybe I should just drive to SD rather than fly."

Pros: "They gave me TSA pre-check. I don't know why, since I'm not signed up."
Cons: "Prices should be discounted for being in the last row (e.g., seats don't recline), especially on a 5 hour red-eye that was packed. These are the narrowest seats and aisles I've ever experienced in over fifty years of commercial flying, and that includes Asiana. No food offered, even for purchase. One flight attendant was sarcastic with me with no provocation on my part."

Cons: "I had the unfortinate luck in getting the seat at the very rear of the plane. It was a red-eye flight and i was really hoping to get some sleep because i knew i was going to have an 8hr layover in Chicago. No such luck on the sleep because the flight attendants were so rude, they were talking very loudly and very vulgar yhe entire trip. I know i wasn't the only one upset because everyone around me was trying to sleep and couldn't. We just kept looking at each other like "really? Come on people!" and it wasn't till about halfway during the flight that they came over the intercom telling how to turn off the tv's on the back of the seats. It took the person sitting next to me to use the flashlight on his phone to be able to find the right button on the arm of the chair. After the experience i had, i will never fly United again."

Pros: "Plane leaving SFO never showed. Airlines called for a replacement plane 4 hours after scheduled dep time. Never using United again if it can be helped."

Cons: "1/2 hr before boarding should have occurred we were notified of a delay- 1/2 hr. I knew I was going to miss my connection and asked, and told if I did they would put me on the next one out an hr later, but could not nor would not address it until necessary. When we arrived, they informed me of the gate to go to... which we ran to... and when we got to there were told the plane left 15 minutes ago."

Pros: "Great time, great fast flight, clean airplane"
Cons: "it was freezing cold, no food/snack, pricey drinks (i passed), and far from friendly crew"

Pros: "I loved the overall service...how fast the flight appeared...the lack of turbulence...where I was seated during each interchange the professionalness, etc."
Cons: "On my transfer from Dulles to San Diego The Stewardess keep repeating how cranky and hungry she was...there were people sleeping when she was serving that she didn't awake when she passed their aisle...so after service was completed and she was walking back thru to the front of the plane and those patrons stopped her...she proceeded to get loud with them and ask why didn't they get it when she was there before...like I felt her whole demeanor during that time was very unprofessional..."

Pros: "I had a window seat, which was fine."
Cons: "I checked in for both my flights before departing on my red eye. When I landed in Newark I found out I had been bumped from my connection to Portland because United had oversold my flight. The next confirmed flight they could put me on to Portland was the next morning, 24 hours later! I ended up flying to Boston and taking a bus up to Portland, arriving seven hours after I was supposed to, exhausted. United customer service was indifferent and unhelpful. I will never fly United again, no matter the cost difference."
