Greetings when you arrive on the plane and good bye when you leave. Very attentive flight attendants.

Serve me a meal, I fell asleep during the flight. So they passed me twice.

Seats are not table comfortable. Crew members are pretty good. Can be much better!!

Very pleasant overall, although the movie selection could have been better.

Very pleasant experience overall, while the main course of the meal could have been better and the movies could have been more recent and with more variety.

I usually have ear problems when planes land. But the landing was so smooth I didn’t even notice it landing! The service was excellent!

the aircraft was fine and new. The crews can have better training. Their operations are not as smooth as EVA's. They are VERY stingy with drinking water. Throughout the entire flight, no one offered me any water and snacks. I still prefer EVA after trying out Starlux initially with lots of excitement and expectations.

Everything was smooth and professional. They could improve the raw vegan meal with fresher offerings, but otherwise they are now my favorite way to fly to Asia.

Leg space is small. Need more room for long flight.

Leg space is too small. Need to increase space for long flight.

The food from Los Angeles to Taipei made me throw up. The flight is also not comfort. But the staffs are very friendly and nice.

Flight staff were very courteous and efficient. Aircraft (seats, lavatories, etc) was kept clean and replenished

I have never heard of EVA air before but I am so happy my wife and I were able to flight on their planes twice. Everything on these flights just felt better than their competitors. As someone with longer legs any bit of extra leg spaces is appreciated. The different options for food and drinks were also a plus. They were extra careful to make sure my wife's eating restrictions were taken care for. They had a before take off and landing announcements on the built in tablets for each seat and it gave out information that was very helpful. Such as what and how to declare your items in the specific country you landed in, any odd items that may be illegal to bring it (and even the reasoning why) and any other information you might need to make your post flight experience better. The only downside was there were "forced" ads on the tablet at take off for maybe 5-10 minutes but honestly, this flight was the cheapest option and had all the benefits listed above that is such an easy trade off. Im keeping an eye out for EVA air going forward.

Check in process in Manila was so slow. From the time we got in line to reaching the counter we could have arrived at Taipei even if the flight was delayed for half hour.

I appreciate the email reminders for online check-in which made my entry to the lines less stressful. The flight was on schedule and on time. The baording staff were proactively helpful and approachable. The airplane inflight food, entertainment and comfies as well as provisions are excellent even in the economy seating. The airline transfer was smooth and easy! Luggage safe and intact! Thank you EVA airline for making my trip a reliable safe and comfortable experience.

Very smooth flight. Superb crew, great food and service. Slept most of the way. Excellent airline.

I was sleep when they brought the food. They had put a note on my seat. There was no food when I asked for food later. There was just one main meal served in this 14 hours flight. They offered me sandwich with ham which I don’t eat since I am pescatarian. Long story short I had to wait to get to TPE to get something to eat. I am extremely disappointed from the service. I have been flying EVA since I was 1 year old. Perhaps no more EVA for me. Seems EVA glorious day is long gone

Excellent food. Good service. Crammed Premium Economy seats. I Asked to change seats during check in. They told me the flight was fully booked. But on board I saw empty seats where I could have been easily relocated.

The food is quite mediocre. I had spaghetti and the tomato based sauce was quite salty and there were no other flavors, no spices used in the sauce.

Good. Please add a non- applicable category to your questions.

They need to improve on how the plane lands cause it was not smooth at all.

I did not like how the plane landed. It was not smooth.

Been flying with China Airline over years many times. Good experience with them, no issues.

China Airlines crews are very excellent doing their job. Very friendly and hardworking. I will always choose China Airlines over and over. Thank you all for making my flight comfortable. God bless to all the staff. :)

It was our first time flying with China Airlines and had a very nice experience. The airline staff & crews both on the ground and air were very nice. Food on the plane was very good. Will recommend it to family and friends.

Not great, will likely try to fly another or maybe I should have upgraded my ticket? Needed Air…

I don’t think I’ll be flying them again. Tight seats, no flowing air or air nozzles that you can turn air on you, for those who could have motion sickness this would be your worst nightmare. The pilot was great and experienced (which is what you want when flying 12 hours) overall I’m thankful knowledgeable pilots!

Very routh cabin crew food is only 2 meals for 13 hours fry with them They should get better training how to service good super routh language and talking with customer

I would like to commend the staff from this flight. They all looked happy and I can tell they love what they are doing and constantly smiling while serving the passengers. Special mention to the guy FA in our section. I did not get his name but he is so far the best F.A I have ever encountered!

staff are super nice and effiecient! It was a very comfortable and relaxing flight

The beefsteak on the lunch menu was excellent! I usually do not eat airplane food. I loved it.

Flight was too cold. I wore a regular cotton tee and it wasn’t enough. It was a night time flight so I would have thought a blanket would be provided to passengers. A 4 hour flight and no options for a meal? I flew Asiana the next day from Seoul to Manilla. Same duration, 4 hours. They give everyone a pillow and blanket and serve a meal. Why is United so cheap and holding back meals and amenities? Also, they promote too much gay stuff and DEI in their advertisements. Please be mindful of other beliefs and don’t shove your gay ideology down my throat.

Staff always with a smile and very helpful with my mom who has mobility issues.

It was amazing. I was not expecting the phenomenal customer service Asiana provides.

It was all perfect and very pleasant for such long flights

The seats felt very small. We were supplied with pillows and blankets, which was nice. Lots of noise from the bathroom, plus exterior noise. Made it hard to hear the entertainment system, even using my own noise-cancelling headphones. The food was really bad. I generally request a vegetarian meal and one was supplied, but the pasta was cold and hard and there was nothing pleasant about it. Two meals were served on this flight; one was a repeat of the meal I had had on the flight immediately preceding this one, which was bad enough I didn't even try it. Drinks were very limited. All I wanted was water, and on a 10.5 hour flight, I was given 3 cups of about 3 ounces each.

We took business class, It was comfortable and I was able to sleep.

For the most part, it was an enjoyable experience. It's the 2nd half of the journey was a bit uncomfortable. It was on a noticable smaller plane compared to the previous one.

Only process that my luggage didn’t make it to my destination because of short connection but I understand

I've stomach problems after 2 hours of flight, Iris, the flight purser not only did her best to make me feel comfortable, she went above and beyond providing pain relievers medicines and ointment. She look and found a doctor passenger on the flight to provide advise. She even report on ground staffs about my condition and provide wheelchair upon arrival. Kudos to her and Cathay Pacific!

I have a Peanut Allergy and the Steward staff were very accommodating in ensuring my safety as my allergy is life threatening. Very professional and so vested in their profession.

Everything was fine and I have no complaints or things to note.

The economy seats are much indeed roomier. Meals needs improvement.

When comes to Taiwan airlines China airlines is the best rest are pure trash

flight delayed 45 mins - missed connection - 1 hr layover became 8 hr layover waiting for next flight -

Fast boarding flight on time boarded plane back to front instead of stupid zone groups like US airlines do...

Baggage delayed for 2 days and still chasing for reimbursement of basis items. Very horrible customer care service.

Horrible airline. Missed my baggage and don’t want to reimburse for the basis items. Pathetic customer service

Food was hood for airline food with good poftion and variety in meals. Frequency of beverage service was very low and amount of soda with meals was inadequate.
