I chose the seats 8 months before this flight and I supposed to be assigned 8F and 8E. However, I don"t know why the airline assigned me the last seats in the airplane in this time. That day the aircraft experienced turbulence and I felt bad at the back. I did not like they decided to change my seats without asking me.

Nothing - the flight from Chicago to Philadelphia was delayed by about 2 hours. Luckily, was able to get the flight switched to a Chicago - London direct flight.

The connecting flight from Philadelphia to Manchester would've been missed. So, American Airlines booked the same flight for 24 hours later. Luckily, they offered a different flight. Due to the flight changes, the prepaid ground transportation from Manchester to Leeds wasn't used. Transportation from London to Leeds had to be purchased at a much greater additional expense.

The flight was so short we did not even get a snack, only an offer of a bottle of water; this was simply due to to short length of the flight. Basic economy had my wife and I 16 rows apart each in a middle seat. I was in the very last seat on the plane. Flight attendants were attentive and surprisingly very nice, legroom is non-existent (same as every flight in plain coach).

My only gripe is that paying for an assigned seat is only allowed 48 hours before takeoff and costs at least $30, twice what Spirit charges to allow you to select a seat during booking, so it is worse. No one watched us to ensure that we didn’t use the overhead bins (a stipulation of the fare) but we did comply anyway. We chose to take our chances and were assigned seats at the gate 16 rows apart and both in the middle seat.

Latam screwed my son in law, pregnant daughter, and 2 year old grandson. Due to a delayed Latam flight, they missed all international connections. They were stuck in Santiago for 4 days with no help from Latam. Their bags were lost by the airline. NOBODY behind the counters took responsibility to help get them home!! Their passports, credit cards and money were all stolen during this 4 day period.

Full plane, long wait to use lavatory. Crew was good, but should have upped their game under the circumstances, especially with regards to keeping the lavatory clean. The noodles for breakfast turned out to be porridge, and went straight to the waste basket.

My total flight time was 36 hours. I still can’t believe that the pilot was missing. Worse yet, the agent at the gate could have made things much easier instead of telling everyone that a pilot was on his way to the airport.

Poor communication. Flight originally at 11:35, then 12:05, then 12:15... At 11:55, they said they would start boarding in 20 min. How can you do that and still take off at 12:15? Answer: you can't. Just be honest and keep us informed. Bonus: United sent me an email saying that connection had already left (it hadn't - thanks United! - awesome service as always!)

The entertainment system is exceptional. The food, in my opinion, has always been good. I've flown Lan Airlines since before the merger for at least a decade. The crew was efficient, in particular given the size of the flight.

Oddly, the seats were slightly less comfortable on this larger jet than on the LATAM flight from Santiago to Lima which was a smaller jet with one aisle and 3 seats per row.

NOTHING !! I lost my flight because in the email I received you all put the wrong airline on it and nobody took responsability for it . I ended up paying $311.00 to get the next flight back to Austin .

In the email it was stated that my first flight was with British Airways, so i wasted time making the wrong line . Only to get to the counter and waste more tome trying to find me in the system to then tell me my flight is with American Airline . I double check my email where it clearly shows: 1st flight-British Airway and 2nd flight-American Airline . This is not acceptable, nobody wants to take responsability for sending me the wrong information in the email. Had I know both of my flights were with American Airline I wouldn’t lost my plane because I would make the right line to begin with .

Boarding was very disorganized and not on time. My seat assignment was changed upon boarding the plane. They had assigned 3 people to my seat which was an isle seat I had chosen upon purchasing my ticket 5 months prior. I was changed to a middle seat. They had an extra (makeshift) security check point on the actual boarding ramp. They made everyone open their carry-on bags and suitcases on folding tables just before entering the plane. They also took beverages bought at the gift shops, right before getting on the plane which was unusual. Overall ground crew was not very customer service oriented. In flight crew was better.

Flight was cancelled on our way back home from Gudalajara, was speaking to a representative for almost 2 hours to get me on the next flight the flight representative forgot to put me on hold and told everyone how rude i was, i was not rude i was just trying to get home. The representative couldn’t help me so i asked to be transferred to a manager, after 2 hours i was transferred and the manager hung the phone up. Long story short i called back spoke to another manager Yana and she was the rudest lady ever! She basically told me for waiting to long i will have to be placed on a flight 2 days after my cancellation flight. I started to cry because i needed to be home and she basically did not care so i took the date. Never again and i will warn everyone about this airline and their customer service!

Improper handling of situation. There was flight scheduled later, but CS agent kept jerking us around. By the time I reached the United counter, the next flight was full. My total flight time was 36 hours. I still can’t believe that the pilot was missing. Worse yet, the agent at the gate could have made things much easier instead of telling everyone that a pilot was on his way to the airport.

Poor communication. Flight originally at 11:35, then 12:05, then 12:15... At 11:55, they said they would start boarding in 20 min. How can you do that and still take off at 12:15? Answer: you can't. Just be honest and keep us informed. Bonus: United sent me an email saying that connection had already left (it hadn't - thanks United! - awesome service as always!)

Decent boarding group, same snacks, same flight attendants (who were very nice)

My only gripe is that paying for an assigned seat is only allowed 48 hours before takeoff and costs at least $30, twice what Spirit charges to allow you to select a seat during booking, so it is worse. No one watched us to ensure that we didn’t use the overhead bins (a stipulation of the fare) but we did comply anyway. We chose to take our chances and were assigned seats at the gate 16 rows apart and both in the middle seat.

They separated my bags, so I had to wait in Philadelphia for my bag to arrive on next flight 2 1/2 hours latter. Not happy after flying from Sydney.

Nothing - the flight from Chicago to Philadelphia was delayed by about 2 hours. Luckily, was able to get the flight switched to a Chicago - London direct flight.

The connecting flight from Philadelphia to Manchester would've been missed. So, American Airlines booked the same flight for 24 hours later. Luckily, they offered a different flight. Due to the flight changes, the prepaid ground transportation from Manchester to Leeds wasn't used. Transportation from London to Leeds had to be purchased at a much greater additional expense.

We were unfortunately stuck on the tarmac for 45 minutes. I ran to my connecting gate but they had already closed it. There wasn’t a service rep at the gate. I walked to another gate and there was a very helpful rep who rebooked me to a nearby city. It overall was disappointing and caused me to get home about 3 1/2 hours later.

Airline employees at gate did not take the time to search passenger return flight in system, despite return being through Avianca and easy to find. This led to passenger missing flight. They ended up finding it after the missed flight and placing passenger in the following day's flight.

Entertainment, and leg space.

Full plane, long wait to use lavatory. Crew was good, but should have upped their game under the circumstances, especially with regards to keeping the lavatory clean. The noodles for breakfast turned out to be porridge, and went straight to the waste basket.
