was a difficult transition from delta to west jet in Toronto and we almost missed the flight
The food and the service
The crew at the airport and on the plane were excellent. We were on a family holiday with young ones and the crew really took care of our needs. They were extremely courteous and attentive.
The inflight entertainment options could be more current. We found the options limited... it was a good thing that the flight was short.
The food was ok. Movie selection was decent and the screens are a lot better than on jet airways.
Boarding was a little delayed. Service was a little slow, but the crew was courteous and did their best.
so late. no explanation... something about the weather bad in Boston? but that wouldn't explain every flight being late. And as usual Kayak did a better job of giving delay info than Air Canada!
Friendliness of staff My familly got to follow my flight very closely.
Delays and harsh trubulance (altough i know that wasn’t air Canada’s fault for the weather) The changing of gates and the changing of boarding time without being updated on the application. The changing of the gate was changed moments before the boarding
The service was terrible, the crew did not care about anything and not willing to help or resolve issues.
I did not like the Air Canada service.

To many delays. To Mazatlan and back to Vancouver, than to Winnipeg.
How is it that in a 5 hours flight you don’t be get any food for free? You have to pay for every meal. And the entertainment system isn’t only available through the west je to app but i didn’t know that until I board the plane wtf
