The seat belt very short on one side hard to operate
The Food was great! Asiana Airlines Economy Seats have more leg room than most airlines. Service was Excellent.
We had just purchased coffee and the boarding agent told us that their policy was that we were not permitted to take hot coffee onto the aircraft. My guess is it had to do with safety. I've never been told this on any of the hundreds of flight i've been on traveling the world. It must be a South Korea thing.

Long TSA lines at EWR, but they moved.
On both of my long haul flights I had very nice, new planes to fly on which were very clean. Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating despite having a huge number of people to attend to. Food was good when I ate it. Seats reclined very nicely and there was the most room I've had on a flight ever. Still cramped, but you take what you can get! Would definitely fly again.
2 complaints I would pose. 1. If we're flying on a super long flight overnight, do you have to turn on every light in the pane to serve food? Can we not keep it kind of dim while literally everyone is trying to sleep? Also, why are you serving a meal at 3AM?! I know we took off 2 hours ago and people may want food before we get into the bulk of the trip, but it's 3AM! Everyone just wants to sleep and now the lights are on and you're offering me a full meal?! Believe me, it's great that you're trying to keep me fed, but come on, we've got 12 hours of flight left to go! 2. The movies offered were really sub par. The "new releases' only had a handful of movies I'd even heard of before and only like 3 I even cared to watch. The "movie classics" were the same way. Gotta step up your movie options when I'm trapped in your plane for 14 hours.

Crew are attentive, service is good.. food is good and legroom is better than most airlines.. The aircraft is warm and I had to call the attention of the FA and she took care of it.. I am surprised, being a gold member does not give you any priority regarding boarding.. Hopefully this will be addressed, especially to loyal clients..
The food was good and the service was great. The flight attendants were very attentive.
I had to pay $200 for an extra bag because they told me that my bags were all over weight. Come to find out, the scale was broken and my bags were actually underweight. So I ended up with 5 bags instead of 3. My main issue was comfortability. Due to the person behind me, I couldn’t push my chair back and so I had find different ways to sleep.
Arriving on time even though it took off 45 min late
They lost all of our luggages(five pieces) and never attempted to locate them at LAX. Which were transferred from United airlines. It took eight contacts and finally reaching out to LAX office in 36 hours later, they located the luggages in 45 minutes. asiana from Inchon office kept on telling me that it is in LA office’s hand and yet they weren’t willing to call for LA office’s assistance. They were simply relying on the process which has been broken. Then upon the delivery, the driver informed us the severe damage in my tumi bag.
