Flight was supposed to go at 8:50PM. Last minute it got delayed until 5:30AM
First time flying JetBlue, and was impressed. The planes were clean, new and high tech. There was free WiFi on my cross country flight. I will fly again.
Every aspect of my jet blue experience was outstanding. Not only did everything go smoothly, but the jet blue employees went above and beyond to make sure passengers were happy. Jet blue will always be my first choice for airline travel.
Everything was orderly and easy going. Was worried reading about all the bad behaved passengers, but crew was kind but stern in their warnings. Anyway, all was as I had hoped.

Cons: "There could have been more legroom so that you could actually get out without almost sitting in someone else's lap. But it was easier than my last flight (on American Airlines). Having a meal available would have been nice on a flight of almost 6 hours."

Cons: "Bag was lost by the airline, no in-flight entertainment available and no explanation why, only serviced once in the first 10 minutes of the flight and would have liked to have at least received more water/been able to go to the bathroom but seatbelt sign was on for entire 5-6 hour flight, plus flight attendants were hurrying people back to their seats whenever they got up."
Pros: "Despite being a smaller airline I must say I’m completely floored by how much I enjoyed my flight with JetBlue! The free WiFi is a game changer compared to the greedier airlines that charge through the roof for it and the staff has been incredibly kind. Also, the flight attendants were really sweet. I watched them diffuse a few situations that most people would have ended up making worse. Not to mention this is the only airline that actually OFFERED to assist me getting on the plane. I sometimes request assistance, but I really needed it last night and they offered without a second thought. I had only come up to the desk to ask about reprinting my ticket. As soon as I went up to the desk to ask about reprinting my ticket, they immediately asked if I was ready to preboard. The man who helped wheel me out of the plane at JFK was very considerate as well and asked if I wanted to go to the restroom before going out to the gate. He wheeled me all the way to the car where my husband was waiting. Every member of the Jet Blue staff I met this weekend was exemplary. If I can help it I will always fly Jet Blue when I fly nationally."

Cons: "JetBlue used to board by row. I purposely chose a seat in the very back of the plane because I knew at LGB you can deplane from the back of the aircraft. I was unable to deplane from the back because they seated most people before me despite checking in early and my bag had to be put in the middle of the plane. My grandpa is in the ICU and I nearly missed visiting hours because of having to wait to deplane in the front."
Cons: "Full flight... out of food for sale by row 18 ?!?!? WTF is that??? It happens every single time, and I travel JB 5+ times a year. Didn't hear a single announcement flight was boarding early (after extremely long delays). The Gate next to mine was shouting updates every 60 seconds."

Cons: "Attendants did May snacks around other than once and they didn’t clean up very often. Had a tray full of empty containers far too long"
Pros: "Even with a full flight, JetBlue offers up-to-date planes with comfortable seating, plenty of leg room and free WI-fi for a very positive customer experience."
Pros: "I appreciated the in flight entertainment, the eye mask and ear plugs."
Cons: "The seats were horribly uncomfortable. The controls for the screen are on the arm rest, where they get inadvertently pushed. Would have liked another beverage service on a flight that long."

Cons: "Crew items stowed in the overheads in row 1 - had to stuff my backpack in there so tight it took two men to wiggle it out. That was on flight one. The next flight, there was no crew luggage/items in the overhead - everything fit very nicely."

Pros: "- each seat has cable television (even for very short flights) - I was asleep my whole flight from Long Beach to SFO but the pilot was great! came over the speaker to let us know there was a great view of the sunrise and what we were flying over below. - dimmed the lights for the flight since so many people were sleeping on the early flight"

Pros: "This was a newer plane than the one we took out to San Diego. The plane had better seats and this time the electronics ( monitor) actually functioned properly and was a delight to melt away the 5.5 hour trip back to FLL."
Cons: "Return of checked bags was really terrible . THey announced three changes to which carousel bags would come out on. Then more than half an hour wait for the first bags to appear. This is NOT SATISFACTORY !!"

Cons: "3.5 hour delay because the plane was very late arriving from JFK>SFO due to "weather" which we did not encounter nor could I find mention of at the FAA website or other weather sites. A large group of teens were crowding the boarding gate which delayed us even further and were disruptive so it was difficult to hear cues for boarding. I arrived 4 hours later than scheduled, missing an appointment. At the request of the gate agent, I volunteered for free gate-checked luggage due to a very full flight. My bag was never checked and was delivered 14 hours after I had arrived home. 12:30 AM. Crew of the plane was excellent, and the flight itself was thankfully uneventful."
Cons: "Held on runway for over an hour, first half hour with no explanation if any kind, finally the pilot said we were being towed back to gate for a small problem, not a safety issue. No apologies, no explanations. Flight crew stood at front of plane chatting and laughing, nobody checked on how we were doing, feeling, stressing...more than an hour stuck on plane, late. A simple apology would have gone a long way. Seems to be part of jet blue philosophy to not do so. Ironically, return flight delayed 50 minutes, after boarding, for a cosmetic issue if a seat that was empty"
Cons: "Airplane problems caused delays for over 4 hours causing me to miss important events at my destination"

Cons: "No priority boarding without buying the option as part of a larger, packaged group of options. Tickets are also slightly higher than the competition, so you get that for which you pay."
Pros: "The flight attendants were very attentive and friendly, but also respected the needs of passengers who wanted to sleep on this red eye flight."
Cons: "I wish JetBlue (and other airlines) would provide free blankets on request to any interested passengers for red eye flights."
