The airline was late in arriving for my translate flight but when I got to the airport in Narita everything was taken care excellent ground service
The flight attendants gave me the most beautiful hospitality hope you keep up the good job this was my third time around using ANA
Staff were friendly from check in to disembark. Food was quite good. Boarded on time and people were accomodating of one another in the entry and exit process.
I was travelling with my twin 11 yr olds one of whom has limited sight. They normally only allow early boarding of young children, but we need extra time as I have 2 children to organise and my daughters sight dictates that i have to assist her. Other passengers were not impressed. I would like the airlines to take the initiative to have all children boarded early as if we board with everyone else, the aisles will be blocked as my children try to get organised.
Nice short flight. Houston is easy to navigate. Staff were friendly.
They didnt want to board my twins and I early so we blocked the aisle as i got them sorted. I had to sit over the aisle from my children as it was a 2 2 seating but the staff didnt seem to pursue where their mother was even though i was 1 row back. They didn't need me but i thought they should have at least enquired as to where the parent was of 2 11 yr olds. They were also curt trying to rush us off the flight as my daughter was trying to locate a lost item as we arrived. She has limited sight and we need time to get off and to find things.... given she has lost an iPad, and very expensive reading glasses and other things on the trips that span 24 - 36 hrs.
The extra inches were nice. Fairly comfortable seat. And the ice cream was a nice treat.
I thought I would get a little more than a few extra inches in Economy Plus. Maybe an overnight packet (ear plugs, eye mask, toothbrush?) and/or a foot rest for the extra money, but it was literally only a few extra inches of space.
Nice smile and service. Food is good as well

Seats on the A380 upper deck economy are too uncomfortable, couldn't relax at all during the 5h red-eye to Singapore
