Cons: "Plane is super old and outdated. Comfort seat is not, comfortable, very tight. TV screen is not good quality, with the old controls on a handset. No touch, no 1/8 inch audio jack (it has the old 3 holes one). Wifi for streaming freezes every other second. Just make a face lift to the plane, everything else is good."

Pros: "The flight started with a visit in the recently renovated KLM crown lounge in Amsterdam airport. I liked the various seating options and of course the upstairs bar. The service on board was attentive and efficient, the food options I really liked (especially the Chinese dish) but also the little touches like the nuts & gouda cheese which were served in small porcelain bowls. The seat itself was very comfortable when sitting and the structure gives a lot of privacy. However for couples or friends travelling it's a bit cumbersome to have a conversation even when sitting in seats next to each other. Overall my expectations were fulfilled."

DFW to MN, St Paul to Schipole, Amsterdam to final destination, Glasgow. So he ends up having to pay for another Lyft back to our apartment in Dallas, then another additional one for the 12 noon flight the next morning. If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too."

In general I would just move on, but we heard the customer service agent reference that they over booked the two flights to Rome. I guess we were the u lucky customers x two flights because we didn’t get a standby seat in the next flight then the prior agent gave us positive hope that we would get on. Lesson- make sure you have at least 3 hours between connecting flights."

I looked from the window - weather was fine with slight drizzle and about 3000 ft overcast. Also, the flight to Prague had no food but mostly no drinks no sodas. I'm questioning their business practices when they were asking about 5 pounds for a drink. I will fly with some other airlines next time."

I couldn’t check and and customer service of vayama didn’t want to help and asked me to call Iberia. I called Iberia and after staying on hold for 40 min they told me to use the same confirmation number of Iberia flight on British airlines website. After a long day and a long and expensive uber ride I made it to sfo to see the flight has been delayed... never ever ever going to buy an international flight from Iberia, and very hesitant about kayak redirecting sales."

Pros: "The price of the flight offers is what made me purchase through kayak, but the disconnect with the airline and booking agency left me stranded and ultimately required me to buy a flight directly that will take me almost half a year to pay off not to mention the inconvenience of switching airports and sleeping on a bench for 4hrs."
Cons: "When I missed my flight, the airline would not offer assistance because I booked through an online vendor (webjet through kayak) and when I called webjet they failed to help me rebook, made me buy a new flight, then when I called looking for the flight information, they managed to cancel the flight and then claimed I had requested this when I had done no such thing. On top of this they only offer next calendar day booking so even though they are fully responsible for botching up the second flight I booked. I have talked to 10 individuals from different agencies. Everyone passes blame and responsibility off on someone else. On top of everything else, noone but the American Airlines representatives showed any empathy or concern for my being stranded for the night. Based on this experience, I will do everything in my power to dissuade people from using Kayak, webjet, amadeus and British Airways."

It took one call to British Airlines to get me rebooked. Something american was taking hours. I still won’t make it on time but at least I’ll make it. American then misplaced my luggage and it took two hours to retrieve it. Turns out it was sitting behind the counter the whole time the kept telling me it would be on the baggage flame area."

I tried giving AA a chance, but compared to when I flew on WestJest two months prior for almost the exact same trip (I flew to San Francisco versus San Jose that time), WestJet was by far more superior in terms of customer service, boarding organization, and friendliness. First of all, what bugged me profusely was the lack of seat selection and the crazy pricing for certain seats. On WestJet, the emergency exit seats were available without any additional cost, yet AA was charging $66 USD to sit there. Furthermore, seats closer to Business class also carried a charge of $25 (or something like that) - ONLY because you get to board sooner. I would understand if there was extra legroom involved, but really, it's just a matter of sitting and getting off before anyone else. If anything, those seats should be given to passengers who have tight connecting flights and need to get off asap. even in those cases, you shouldn't be charging someone almost $30 just so they can make it to their next flight that YOUR company arranged within such a short time frame. But the most annoying thing about my trip with AA was the fact that I had to take out all of my belongings from my carry-on and carry them in my arms because there was no room left in the overhead compartments. Excuse me?? How is there not enough room? So I had to walk with my laptop, my iPad, my Beats headphones, my laptop and iPad charger, amongst other things, in my hands to the aircraft. Thank goodness I found a plastic bag, because otherwise I probably would have lost something expensive on that plane. You shouldn't let people put things like purses and bags of food in the overhead, when those can be stowed underneath the seats in front."

Air Canada check in process has passengers use self service kiosks first and then take the tags and luggage to the counter. The employees at check in were all very efficient and made sure the line didn't get too long. The flight left on time. Every seat had personal entertainment system, and mine worked great. The flight attendants themselves were very professional."

Cons: "My flight from NYC to Montreal was delayed 4 hours due to a storm that had passed earlier in the day. That was understandable, however we then sat on the tarmac at the gate for an additional hour because Air Canada's entire computer system suddenly crashed. We finally got to the runway and in the middle of takeoff the pilot slammed on the brakes and aborted the takeoff because he did not reach high enough speed. It was very scary. I was supposed to land in Montreal at 10:20 pm but arrived there at 2:30 am the next morning."

That kind of food may be fun and satisfying, but it's not really the best thing for middle-aged adults who are sitting on an airplane for 10 hours! Regarding entertainment: We could not connect to the entertainment system, so we watched a DVD that we brought along with us."

Air Canada knew the flight to Montreal was delayed when we left London. They changed our reservation to Toronto to a flight that we still couldn't connect with because of timing. It would have been easier if they were more realistic with the timing of the flight and booked us on a later flight to Toronto."

Pros: "The crew was very nice and helpful. They saw I am a large person using a crutch for my foot and upgraded me to business economy with an empty seat next to me. The plane was only about half full, so this was easy for them."
Cons: "The in-flight entertainment had an annoying habit of pausing frequently to buffer the movie. I tried to pause it purposely to gain buffer, but to no avail. Because of this, I was unable to watch the entire film. I chose the length to be well below the flight time, so the lack of closure was annoying. There are not enough chocolate choices in the snack menu."

I don't think they should tell people not to worry because the plane will wait for them, when it didn't wait for all. I get it that you want to also please those in the plane already and those waiting at destination so I'm not upset. Just giving feedback."
