the departure got delayed due to SJC situation, but it was a quite good waiting thanks to Alaska airline teams.

I had never flown Alaska before but I definitely will again . Their app is great and the staff was nice , the plane was clean and comfortable . I've been trying to think of something to complain about but I honestly cannot think of anything . And Alaska itself - wow! Such beauty everywhere out there

It was really nice as always and i enjoyed the flight this time around wasn't as much turbulence.

entertainment (use your own hardware) was difficult and I don't like tiny tiny screens for movies. "we're locking the bathrooms" messge came as they locked them. how about a warning, e.g. we will lock bathrooms in 15 on our final approach...

First time having to use a wheelchair after a surgery. It was great and they were so very helpful and accommodating.

My flight was delayed in Fairbanks by 45 minutes with no explanation. My next flight was delayed 3 hours in Anchorage then cancelled altogether. Alaska Airlines App was not helpful as it auto-booked me to reach home 2 days later than planed. And I had to fly back to Fairbanks if I wanted to continue with that change. The only real assistance I received was from the Alaska Airlines gate counter supervisor. She was able to get me home one day earlier. This was my 1st experience with Alaska Airlines and it will be my last.

Flight not being cancelled would have been nice! If the pilot calls out sick it would make sense to have a couple of back ups

Boarding was a breeze. The crew was polite and friendly.

I was beat it was a late flight don't remember taking off or landing was a good nap.

Everything went as smooth as it could. Felt a little frowned on for having bought a ticket from Kayak from the air lines, always the last to board, was told my ticket was a saver fare tickets and does not allow changes.

There was a loud squeaky sound the whole time we were flying.

I didn’t not like that I could not select my seat and ended up with the worse seat.

The landing was bad and the hostess came two times and i was sleeping but when she served the person that nexts to me I woke up and she didn’t even asked me if I need any drink or snacks two times!!!!

Plane was late because of a mechanical malfunction and the food listed as available was not. Flight attendants seem over worked and under paid. They just done seem happy. And that can be seen in their faces.

Waited 3 hours on a plane to de-ice due to manpower issues. Waited another hour and a half once we landed because of a gate issue. Missed my connections. Created. A total of 13 hours of delay.

Plane was turned around due to fog half way into the flight, Delta did not properly direct passengers to stay on same flight and instead failed to properly rebook on Alaska

Like most domestic flights in the US, you are basically on your own with this airline when it comes to food, so be sure to purchase meals and drinks ahead of time or expect to arrive starving and dehydrated (like I was).
