Cons: "2 hour delay on take off"

Pros: "there was nothing to like. A few hours before the early morning flight Alaska cancelled the flight and rebooked us fir a flight 12 hours later. Their phone is off during the night and we had to go to the airport in the middle of the night to get a flight that would get us to our cruise on time. A"

I had to drag my checking bag since you have an extra small check-in size, so my roller stayed home. Then once upstairs it's 1/2 mi through the terminal back to 1. I would have picked up a bag mover if I had any idea. Since I did check-in on line, I could have gone directly in terminal 1 if I was told. I also would have missed my flight if I hadn't come early to the airport."

One booking was paid for but not connected with the Reykjavik flight and the other booking was not paid for and connected to the Reykjavik flight. I spent 30 minutes at the first class check in counter of alalska air and then another 20 minutes at the gate almost missing the flight."

We also promptly checked in 23.5 hours prior to departure. Unfortunately, Alaska assigned no two seats together. We couldn't change it because they said the flight was full. Our two kids flew with us, and one of whom is a 12 year old girl. Even she couldn't be accommodated to sit with one of us. The staff on the phone and at the airport were of no help because the flight was full. In all other international flights I have taken over the past 30 years, the airline company always does group seat assignments appropriately so we are all seated together. Disappointed. Won't be recommending the airline to anyone. Sorry."

But wait!! I wasn't allowed on the next flight and had to wait until a 12:55 flight all while sobbing and having the worst anxiety attack of my life by myself. Cons: "The "snacks" were less than impressive. And when the attendant, in her thoughtlessness, poured me half a cup (what is it, a 6oz cup?) I asked for more (at least the other half of my cup) and I got water... Gee, thanks. And they should really be more diligent about checking and re-checking the overhead compartments. One popped open on the return flight. And looking back I remember noticing that it didn't look flush with the rest. Thankfully no one was hurt."

Pros: "The male flight attendant was not very attentive. He would serve me first and then lean over my food and drink to serve the guy on the window seat. I had to ask him every time if he could take away my glass and then my wrappers and then my...well everything. Many people from the main cabin came up front to use the first class bathroom, and he didn't stop them. He abruptly woke he up three times with his loud voice talking with passengers...with no regard of the sleeping passengers. He is more suited for the main cabin. He didn't offer any help when I was struggling to put my bag in the overhead bin. He watched as the young lady flight attendant struggled to open the plane door... I did not feel that the cost for first class was worth it. He never responded when I thanked him for each thing he did...nothing...not, "You're welcome" or "my pleasure." So, it was a first class disappointment."

They put my husband and I in an exit row and my daughter at the back of the plane with strangers. I was not comfortable with strangers being responsible for my child. I assumed they would seat children with at least one parent. We did ask to move at the gate and the accommodated us with the last row on the plane. No recline, no window, and right next to the bathrooms. We took it to be with our kid but this policy needs to be revised. Kids should always be seated with the adult responsible for them... who knows what kind of person might end up next to my child. Not to mention if she had needed something is the stranger gonna take care of it? It’s just a bad practice imo."

This was greatly appreciated, especially after 5 days of drinking and partying. My buddies and I spent two and a half days in Las Vegas for a bachelor party followed by two days in the LA area for a wedding (yes we did it Hangover style) :) Thank you Delta!"

It took one call to British Airlines to get me rebooked. Something american was taking hours. I still won’t make it on time but at least I’ll make it. American then misplaced my luggage and it took two hours to retrieve it. Turns out it was sitting behind the counter the whole time the kept telling me it would be on the baggage flame area."

Cons: "Many of us (15+) on this small plane lacked seat assignments. That meant we all had to wait in a queue at the gate for them. They started boarding the plane before they issued any seats assignments to us (we all had confirmed reservations, and we weren't in a group or anything). Then they decided that the premium fliers ought to get the empty 1st class seats, so they had to get in front of us in the queue to change their seats. Anyway, the boarding was essentially finished before they issued any seat assignments. In the end, they gave me two boarding passes for my son and none for me, but the lady was nice enough to just send me through (I was in the system in a seat, apparently, but the printed card had gone missing somehow). Once on the plane, the cabin and ground crew were quite pushy in hurrying everyone to get strollers packed (yes, there was a guy with a baby wating for seat assignments). It didn't affect me at that point, but it was really rude. It just takes time to get children on board, and it was the airline's fault they weren't boarded first. BTW, the flight was operated by American."

Cons: "The airline cancelled my return flight home from a Venice without notifying me because they said I was. “No show” on my previous flight over. This was absolutely not true. To cancel someone’s flight and not alert them is highly unethical."

Cons: "After aircraft was parked a strange loud noise could have been heard for 30 seconds. Would be nice if a crew member (flight attendant or captain) assured passengers that it was normal. Noise didn't seem normal and I was very concerned. No infotainment options."

United seats are smaller more cramped than your competitors making for an uncomfortable flight. Flight had no in flight entertainment or ability to charge mobile devices"

Pros: "The crew was again nice enough to find an empty seat next to mine."
Cons: "The layover was very short. Fortunately, the gates were very close together. However, since I didn't have time to get lunch in the terminal, I had a snack box for lunch, too. This was rather monotonous. There aren't enough chocolate choices on the snack menu. There were no limes for my beverage. There was no in-flight entertainment available. I had hoped to finish the movie I started on the first leg."

Pros: "The crew was very nice and helpful. They saw I am a large person using a crutch for my foot and upgraded me to business economy with an empty seat next to me. The plane was only about half full, so this was easy for them."
Cons: "The in-flight entertainment had an annoying habit of pausing frequently to buffer the movie. I tried to pause it purposely to gain buffer, but to no avail. Because of this, I was unable to watch the entire film. I chose the length to be well below the flight time, so the lack of closure was annoying. There are not enough chocolate choices in the snack menu."

Cons: "I understand aircraft safety is paramount, but 2 hour delay also meant we missed dinner reservation at destination on Mother's Day"

Pros: "After I boarded the plane I discovered my seat had been assigned to another passenger as well as myself! A bit unnerving but nicely solved by an upgrade to business class!"

Pros: "Employees need to understand that many people who don't fly often have an anxiety about the whole process. Being friendly and helpful goes a long way in making the experience less of a hassle. United seems to understand this and for the most part their employees were very friendly and helpful. I will choose united whenever possible."
Cons: "TSA employees need to lighten up. I think they can still do their job and be friendly at the same time. They all seem to hate their jobs"

Pros: "Though the airplane arrived late for boarding (due to inclement weather and air-traffic), the airline worked fast to make sure that the plane was clean and ready to board. The hostesses were very kind and helpful."
Cons: "There were no gluten-free options for snacks. There was no entertainment, which isn't really a problem for shorter flights."

Over all satisfied with United airlines, thank you for my sucressful trip to Kansas City to celebrate my grandfathers 90th birthday!"
Cons: "Waited at the kiosk at the gate desk, took about 20 minutes for an agent to appear and help with customer service."

Pros: "Quick flight."
Cons: "Flight was delayed for 40 minutes because of "paperwork" according to the pilot. We boarded the plane on time however had to sit on it during the delay. We were not informed of what was going on until we had already been waiting for 30 minutes. When they informed us of the delay they offered everyone free direct TV in flight to make up for the delay. Once we finally took off they announced that the direct TV was not actually working. The flight attendant making the announcements was not sincere and rather unprofessional. Luckily the pilot flew fast so we ended up arriving only 10 minutes late."

Cons: "my first flight was delayed so when I landed I had to run to the terminal to see if I can Catch my second flight I was worried my whole flight because I thought that I was going to miss the second flight and that my vacation was going to be delayed. Luckily they had not taken off and I think that they waited for us thank God and the crew"

Cons: "We have to pay for food on a 2 hour flight? Just snacks, no meal even though it was dinner time. The stewardess doing announcements was obnoxious. She had an odd way of speaking with strange pauses, she kept calling it Kansas instead of Kansas City, and she made condescending remarks about it."

Cons: "It was a small, commuter plane and everyone was to gate check any carry-on that wouldn't fit under the seat, like rolling bag. My neighbor did not check his and took up more than half of my leg room. He was NOT friendly and I was not willing to anger him by complaining. But he should not have been allowed to bring it on board. This was a United flight, not Lufthansa."

Cons: "The flight was delayed by over 4 hours, there was no clarity on what was going on. They made us change aircrafts, the ground staff was mean at best. In spite of the 4 hour wait they didn't even bother serving food or made any announcement to handle passenger anxiety and concerns. Delays are sometimes unavoidable and I have had experiences in the past but none that was handled this unprofessionally"

Pros: "The seats were very comfortable. I was in the last row and was lulled to sleep by the engines."
Cons: "I had to check my second bag because they had no room for it in the bins. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise because I got to take it for no charge, and didn't have to lug it through the sirport."

Pros: "It was a routine cross country flight! Smooth boarding, deplaning and good service from the Crew."

Cons: "It was a complete cluster as if no one knew what was going on. Once we were finally able to board we sat on the plane for an additional 30 minutes or so because the air conditioning went out on the plan and we all had to sit there in the scalding heat while they fixed it."

Cons: "At the boarding gate, there was really really mean crew operating the boarding. There was one guy on standby, was told to wait so he did but he didn't get the seat . I understand that could happen but how she spoke this guy was absolutely rude and she did say " that's not my fault! That's your fault!!" And slam the door ... When we asked her for adding miles , she did as complaining " I am here for the flight to Ommaha ." Even though she was not , she is working for United airlines , isn't it her job ??? She was like that to every customer and that presents your company's value ... When the gate was for us , she was back at the gate ...... I am so disappointed for this poor customer service. Even though if I mention here , I know nothing would change and I hope this one voice will reach to the company somehow and make some change ."

Cons: "After sitting for a 8 hour layover, the boarding gate was changed. The announcement of this change was poorly done, and we were not aware. Fortunately, I questioned why our flight was not announced and found this change. With less than 30 minutes until flight take off, we had to hurry to ...not only another gate, but a completely different terminal. I feel there should have been better informative announcements of this change."

Pros: "We had the best airline attendant I have ever encountered on any flight during my 50 years of flying. She was alone on the flight, yet she was attentive, efficient, cheerful and made the flight from Denver to Kansas City better than any other I have ever taken! She has a great attitude and it was obvious that she wanted all passengers to have a wonderful experience! I wish I had asked her name so that I could give her the recognition she deserves."

Get to the destination with no transfers and my luggage is the only piece that doesn't make it! The baggage claim attendant was all nonchalant and informed me every bag in their history has ALWAYS showed up in a few days. I'm traveling for a weekend business convention....so I had to repurchase clothing and items and possibly another suitcase fot the return trip. I will not be using this airline in the future."

I will endeavor to never fly Frontier as I do not agree with their business practices."

(Seats do not recline and no TVs). I think I'm seeing a trend in the reviews, Frontier. Stop being dumb. I will never fly with them again."

Cons: "they claim to have good air fares just to get you in. once you purchase a ticket they milk you for every possible reason to get as much money as they possibly can. for example if you dont pay for carryon (yes you hear me they charge for carryon) at the time you check in. they will charge you twice as much at the gate ($60 dollars!!!!). their seats are incredibly uncomfortable and do not recline. the guy at the counter wanted to charge me $40 because my bag was one pound overweight. thats enough for me. I am not using frontier ever again."
