Flight was great. Boarding was crazy because another flight was boarding late next to ours so everyone was standing and in the way.
Wish I got An email stating that I needed to check in at hawaiian even if I made my ticket thru alaska. I had to walk to terminal A from Terminal B.
Awesome just like that we have a timeline flying Alaska.

These questions are hard to answer. It was not until I checked in that I learned my flight was going to Seattle for a connection and not Portland. I did not get notified, or asked, about this change by Alaska or Kayak. Thankfully I made this flight; but missed the connecting flight and it took me much longer to get home. A service representative for Alaska says this happens frequently with third party companies, like Kayak. Please please figure that out.
I got the last seat on the plane, in the back in the corner against the window, and I paid a competitive price for my ticket several weeks before the flight.

I liked the crew member who gave flight instructions on "in case of a problem:. The seats are so small that only a young teenager could sit in middle seat.

I recently flew Southwest from San Jose to Honolulu. I was very impressed with the flight crew, especially the flight attendant in charge of the front of the plane. She came through the aisle at least five times for drinks and water, and two times for snacks. I have not seen such service since I flew first class. Also, for the first time, they gave us the correct baggage claim number, and the luggage came out quickly. I can't wait for Southwest to have assigned seating! I absolutely hate the Cattle Call boarding procedure and the mad dash to get seats and overhead bins. However, the boarding was efficient.
We had a nice flight. Boarding was easy, our seats were comfortable and the on board service was pleasant.
Service was great, boarding and exiting went smoothly, and the flight was very pleasant.
Was as expected. Crowed planes. Too many carryons delaying takeoff. But the ride only took an hour and saved me a lot of time SFO is a not a great airport.
Most aspects were good however if they assign boarding zones they ought to enforce them or why bother? My luggage from SAN-JFK-MAD was lost in NY so I without my main bag for two days upon arrival in Spain. They were helpful in tracking it and eventually delivered it to my hotel. The flub was because of a delay upon arrival in NYC. I had booked 2 1/2 hours between flights but we had to hold on the taxiway for an hour after landing while waiting for a clear gate which likely caused the baggage error.
Excellent flight, the planes were newer, they did a nice job with boarding, great service overall.
It would be nice if was given wires ear buds. Overall was a good experience was able to sleep on the plane
737-800 in first class was pretty dumpy. Seat had an uncomfortable angle, storage under the seat was blocked so even my very modest backpack didn't fit, power outlet was flaky. Weird tiny seat pockets that couldn't hold a gallon ziploc bag, emesis bag missing, etc. etc. No in-flight service due to turbulence. Crew was excellent, boarding was smooth despite a full flight.
Delta flight was on time, seats were comfortable, and crew was nice.
Thank you for not flipping the plane on the run way. You guys get a 5 star rating for the flight!!!
Boarding is, as it always is… horrible. Gate lice. Slow moving zones. Too many people with carry ons
It was terrible, if they ran flights on time it would make a big difference.
Delta seems to be improving in many areas, except they are super bad with the food available. Bring back normal food service on long flights.
I actually received a notification from kayak on email but not one by text from Delta when my departure gait changed and I almost missed my flight
Both flights were late 2+ hours with ZERO communication from the airlines or their staff. No offers for compensation. WiFi didn’t work for streaming and they said to only use browsing but that didn’t work either. Waste of $$. No drinks only boxed water or apple juice. No snack. One of the worst flight experiences I’ve ever had.
This was actually an Alaska flight. I was not able to check in online using the Kayak app or the web for Hawaiian or Alaska airlines. So I contacted Hawaiian and they advised that I had to go to the counter when I arrive at the airport. So I waited in line at the Hawaiian counter for 45 minutes. When I got to the ticket agent she advised that I needed to go to the Alaskan Airlines ticket counter. So I went to that counter which thankfully was not busy. I received my boarding pass and then went to security. I arrived at the gate as boarding was beginning. The frustration is that Hawaiian or Kayak should have directed me to the correct ticket counter. When it is “operated by” a average person doesn't know what that means. Kayak app was silent on what action to take when I was unable to check in online and Hawaiian just stated my ticket number and confirmation numbers were invalid. Communication is key and this process could be cleaned up. Thank goodness I am savvy and speak English, I can’t imagine this process for someone who may not be.
Flight was canceled with no voucher of any kind and next available flight was two days later.
It was very pleasant. The staff and crew are very polite.

There were several delays and we were stressed about making our connection. The announcements for boarding were hard to hear or understand. The seating was uncomfortable for a 6 hour flight.
When I was not allowed by Alaska airlines to board due to time and difficulty pre-check the night before and kiosk did not work when I arrived at the airport and then finally told Alaska airlines is where I had to go. Not Hawaiian airlines that they had moved. That's when I was treated with the utmost disrespect by Alaska airlines agent that I was not allowed to board. And that might ticket to return was canceled and I hadn't even left yet when they gave me the option for the next flight to raise my flight price to $300 one way. I bought a $96 round trip ticket and they're trying to gouge me for $600 in addition and canceling my return flight.
Despite two calls as well as a chat on the website, Alaska would not add my TSA number to my reservation. The flight was switched from Hawaiian to Alaska which caused them to mess this up in the first place
The departure gate was changed from C1 to B18 but it was never announced at the C1 gate nor did I receive any email or text message or phone call about the gate change. I was in a window seat. In the other two seats next to me were Mr. Rotund and Ms. Rotunda, a youngish couple. Just the two of them should have booked three seats. I was smashed up against the wall and window for five hours. Overall, I'd say my flight sucked. Wouldn't you?
I couldn't get checked in 24 hours before either leg of my flight. I tried both my Alaska and Hawaiian codes on both apps.

Spirit is by far the worst airline to travel with, period. Seats are cardboard, flight attendants need anger management and if you ask for water, you’re basically a criminal. I don’t care how much it costs but I will travel with an airline who actually cares about their customers. Oh and one more thing, the next time your gate agent puts his foot on someone’s baggage's scale, I hope they get what’s coming next, a viral video of your scams. You suck Spirit, do better.
I mean, it’s Spirit. But it was frustrating to have our flight canceled, get bumped to a later flight, and then Spirit was unwilling to check our bag until 4 hours before our flight… tell us we could not sit in the waiting area’s chairs… and really negative experience getting checked in and dropping the bag.

It was fast but uncomfortable seats. Had to pay a bit extra not sure why? Maybe in selection of all my 4 tix together ? Just knew I had a balance before getting boarding pass online when departing from satx ? And flight was delayed..
Last minute 2-3 hr delay in flight schedule; no explanation Unexpected extra $52 charge What's the benefit of choosing a cheap airline if you trick people last minute and force them to pay extra last minute? Did not appreciate being cornered.
Seats are uncomfortable and too close together. Also, you missed my connection in Vegas on the way back and I ended up sleeping in the airport, flying back to Burbank instead of LAX and I got home 12 hours late.
Surprising everything went well. Nice attendants and fast getting on and off the plane. Overall, was happy with the experience.
Non-professional acting crew, Very uncomfortable seats…!! Very bad pricing with all the add-ons for seat choice, luggage fees, etc….soon you’ll charge extra for oxygen. The ticket price means Nothing because in the end, the actual amount i paid, i could have and will in the future continue to fly on a real airline…
