Cons: "Flight delayed by 40 mins, then left 40 mins after scheduled even including the delay, no free in seat entertainment and the wifi was broken. Really not a fun flight overall. Cons: "Everything was great WiFi didn’t work but I don’t care, just letting you know"
Cons: "Flight attendant was on phone rather than greeting customers as we deplaned."

I was horribly late and still processing at security with 10mins until take off and the guy at the gate called me to see where I was - gave me mins to make it - which I did - just.. I was traveling to San Diego to meet my family for the weekend - I would’ve been in severe trouble had I missed the flight. Thanks Alaska!!"

Cons: "There were costumers taking off mask and walking through plane."

Pros: "Charging at every seat is great."

Pros: "The flight back to Columbus made up for the flight from CLT to SJC."
Cons: "This was a multi city, round trip starting out of CLT. My connection was way too close, and we missed the connection due to a mechanical problem. The lines to get vouchers were super long, and the hotel was not the best. It was way after midnight when I got to the hotel, and I did not feel safe staying at a Quality Inn. I had to walk to my room outside, and had leave in the morning in the dark as well. I was traveling alone. Please put your passengers in a better hotel, closer to the airport. I did not expect that from American Airlines."
Cons: "Running out of bin space by Group 3 is just wrong."
Cons: "Baggage claim took over an hour. Wasted so much time."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Flight was delayed six hours. Flight crew arrived late further delaying trip. Connecting flight missed. Promised hotel reservation by American were non-existent when arriving in Dallas. Had to try to sleep in airport. Will never willingly fly American again"
Pros: "Everything seemed to go as normal. We were able to get 5 seats together."
Cons: "Wasn't a dislike, but would have liked to board a little earlier with kids of age 5, 7, and 9. However, all was fine and staff were pleasant."
Pros: "British Airways I feel did everything to make it as best as possible."
Cons: "American Airlines (British Airlines partners) are a horrible airline. My 8 am flight has a mechanical issue. Which they kept up on the plane till 11. Now no mater what other plane I catch idmiss my connection in Dallas. Which means I don’t get to Paris on time. Which ruined my plans to surprise my gf and propose to her. It took one call to British Airlines to get me rebooked. Something american was taking hours. I still won’t make it on time but at least I’ll make it. American then misplaced my luggage and it took two hours to retrieve it. Turns out it was sitting behind the counter the whole time the kept telling me it would be on the baggage flame area."
Pros: "Early departure and arrival. Great flight and crew on a full flight."
Cons: "Nothing"
Pros: "Tons of entertainment options, friendly crew, flight was on time"

Cons: "The wifi partially worked but I was trying to download songs onto my device and the wifi didn’t let me download anything."
Pros: "That I was lucky enough to have an entire row to myself"
Cons: "Late departure, unfriendly crew"
Cons: "My 10:00 p.m. flight was canceled so I had to spend the night trying to sleep in the airport. Have you ever had to do that? Not fun."
Pros: "The staff were fine, nothing really great, but nothing bad either."
Cons: "So, we'll start with boarding. Why airlines can't figure out to board the plane from back to front is beyond me. No, let's load front to back so everyone has to uncomfortably shove past the people who have already taken their seats at the front of the plane. Then you get back there and all the overhead bins are full because everyone takes as many bags as possible onto the plane. Then you have to sacrifice the already tiny amount of foot room, "to put the bag fully underneath the seat in front of you." At this point you should be fine, except if you're over five and a half feet tall (I don't know if that's true I'm 6'2" and 275 lbs,) because then your knees are going to be buried so deep in the chair in front of you that the person up there doesn't even need a seat they can just sit on your knees. Luckily for you tall people, they put a nice metal rod just about knee level to really dig in and cause pain . . . Yay! Being a big guy, you try to be considerate and fold your arms in to give the person next to you as much space as possible, but don't expect that back as they'll spread out and become as wide as possible. Then to distract yourself from the discomfort, you try to use the free in flight entertainment via the United app, but "it's not available right now." In summation either be short and small or be rich and buy the seats with extra legroom when you fly United."
Pros: "The plane was newer at least. And I made a big enough stink when they made me check my bubble-wrapped framed paintings that they actually did get hand carried and made it okay."
Cons: "These are the smallest seats I have ever experienced on a domestic airline. I'm 6'-4" and I couldn't fit comfortably on their newer 737. The thing that took the cake was that the cabin crew absolutely refused to let me take one of the 5 empty exit row seats telling me that it wasn't fair to the people who paid more, which absolutely enraged me. So then apparently it's also fair that their seats will fit someone who is 5'-4" comfortably but not someone who is 6'-4"?? So it's fair that I can't afford to pay an extra $100+ for it after my profession got gutted in the recession and I make a fraction now of that I used to make? Making your customers suffer for no good reason is inexcusable. I will not be flying United again. Ever."
Pros: "The crew that bothered to show up were fine, not overly friendly as they SHOULD have been due to the extreme delay."
Cons: "I checked in online and printed my ticket a few hours before my flight, so I was dropped off at the terminal where my gate was supposed to be. THEN after I get through security, I find out my gate has been changed to another terminal- one for international flights. I had to walk for 30 minutes with my heavy carry-on to find the correct gate. Then the flight was so incredibly delayed because a flight attendant decided to just not show up for work. So unprofessional! If the flight had been delayed because of uncontrollable conditions, then that would be another story, but come on! A flight attendant not showing up for work? That's pathetic."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "First of all the flight was delayed for hours for no reason then the plane got packed because it was delayed so they kept on selling tickets to fill up the plane because the plane was half empty all of a sudden the plane was full of people no more chairs I tried to get the exit row from where you do a check in to get your pass to go through security my credit card was not being excepted nothing wrong with my credit card it worked totally fine in the airport restaurants and for other uses I had to use for but it would not work to upgrade my seat to an exit row united is the worst airline ever seen in my life I am a little bit big for normal size I totally understand that but when you have people that are big like me not that big I'm only 61 230 pounds I was put all the way in the back would not be able to fit in my chair for a four hour flight and when the plane had three exit rows available and the crew for their flight 395 United from Chicago to O'Hare October 18 I will never forget this day totally beautiful day in the city Chicago United Airline decided to delay to make more money I understand it's good business but there are people arranged for the flight do you have available of time therefore now the plane is totally full understand you're trying to make more money this is not the worst of it here comes so when I asked to get the extra chair because my credit card was not working when I got my pass to go through security at that point the exit chair was $67 to upgrade I was totally afford was willing to pay because I understand my size but then when I got to my flight into my airplane that's the airplane Stewart to allow me to get a extra chair and I told her I would pay for it then the lady came and told me a ridiculous price told me $149 not acceptable was not able to afford double the price when I already purchased a ticket and was willing to pay the $67 that's one issue on how the plane flight started when we are sitting on the runway for over one hour and not moving something is wrong with the plane they're saying then we should not be waiting over four hours of delayed then we should've been put in on a new plane fine you're looking to make more money this is good business whoever was the decision-maker of tonight needs to be fired from United or O'Hare airport when all of this is going on don't forget now I am the last seat on the airplane but cannot fit in my seat my knees are smashed against the seat the seat that's not decline it is the last row in the airplane now i'm totally not comfortable that's fine so now the store is giving drinks and taking orders for people to eat or order their food when the story gets towards the back she says we are totally out of food packs we only have snacks which is peanuts after a delay of an airplane I think you should understand it's obviously the people are hungry in the airplane for your mistake there are kids that were on the airplane crying there was a lot of chaos in this flight"
Pros: "Didn't fly to San Diego-got rerouted to LAX instead. Had I continued to San Diego I would have landed almost 6 hours later than my previous arrival time all because of delays at the gate in Harriaburg. An original 30 minute delay from weather is understandable, and by the time the aircraft arrives you'd think they'd be ready to deplane and get it rolling quickly. Nope, not all. I think it was amateur day in Harriaburg because it was like no one knew what to do and nobody could make their minds up."
Cons: "See above. This is why I drive everywhere."
Cons: "I have flown with United on many occasions, several of which were international flights however I was never more uncomfortable on a flight than I was in economy on my flight from ORD to SAN."
Pros: "No service issues. Our seats were arranged so the family was together for no charge. We were given a bottle of water to mix baby formula for no charge."
Cons: "Hard seats"
Pros: "On time and safe, and low cost. What more could you want?"
Cons: "No food, no entertainment (as expected). OK for budget airline."
Pros: "Wide aisle"
Cons: "Pilot forgot paper work and added 1 hour to our flight"
Pros: "Boarding was fast. Takeoff was not bad given weather conditions. Landing was super smooth."
Pros: "The airline canceled the first flight so the entire trip got canceled as well."
Pros: "Everything!!! Super impressed!"
Cons: "That I had to leave the amazing experience and go on vacation. :("
Pros: "No way to contact wheelchair assistance when being dropped of to begin flight. Waited 30 minuted for a wheelchair. Had to ask Amer.Air agent for help. Other airlines are far more attentive. Seats need 2 more inches, felt squished. Very costly baggage policy, charge for carry- ons."
Pros: "Airfare is cheap."
Cons: "Flights are cheap because this company nickel-and-dimes you to death on everything else. Luggage cost extra, carry-ons cost extra, soft drinks and WATER cost extra, and I was forced to pay extra for my "upgraded" seats because I didn't hop on and choose the very limited "free" seats fast enough - and my knees were jammed up against the seat in front of me (I'm 5'6"). The boarding process from the San Jose del Cabo airport was a JOKE - complete charlie foxtrot. There were so many announcements on the loudspeaker that no one knew what was going on and the whole "boarding zones" concept flew out the window and everybody rushed to the line all at once. Never flying Spirit again if I can help it."
Pros: "Having a lot of option for a lot of things in a more fair prose."
Cons: "Everything. Everything like the places are with qualities, the car is perfect our flight was so nice what can I say. Just perfect"
Cons: "You have to pay for half glass of water?!!! Unfriendly crew"
