Fine except the person next to me took up her seat had raised the arm divide so she spilled into my seat. because of her size. Fortunately no one was in the seat on my right so I could use part of it.
Terrible and im avoiding them in the future. My initial flight was delayed causing me to rebook my flight and when speaking with the representative to rebook I explained this is the second time my flights were delayed and they did nothing to help me. I wasn't booked to comfort plus or given a voucher or anything. I was almost late for my meeting that I needed to attend on Monday because of the games delta played delaying my flights even more and putting me in the very back of the plane next to an extremely intoxicated passenger
Flights on time. .Ride was as comfortable as can be expected in steerage. Luggage arrived at destination. Attendants were fairly friendly.
The WiFi didn't seem as fast as it normally is
Friendly and helpful crew. Had no issues at all other than the St Thomas airport is woefully small, so allow plenty of time. Flight was pretty smooth and we arrived earlier than planned.
Friendly crew, quick boarding. We even arrived a few minutes earlier than our original flight plan. No onboard screens, but it’s a relatively short flight so it’s not really an issue.
Zero updates from the pilots for 30 minutes in the tarmac
I loved having a most black flight crew during Black History Month; rather by design or accident I appreciated the representation. ❤️
The young man who was our flight attendant in first class was lazy and did not do his job well at all. Never offered drinks upon boarding - actually I take that back... said "are you okay with water" as if I do not want to get you anything else, only passed the snacks around once, got my drink order wrong and then never offered a second round of drinks. He was the worst I have ever seen on Delta and we fly a lot.
The crew was very kind and always smiling. The seats were great and I was very comfortable during the flight. The only thing I didn't like was that the lavatories got really dirty at some point during the flight. Other than that my experience was great

Everything about the flight was lovely…We left early, arrived early, cabin crew were efficient and helpful. Flight was easy and most pleasant.
First world problems, but still… We were seated in first class and asked for a cocktail on a very short, 50 minute flight. After our drink order was taken, a half hour went by, and we noticed that every other person in the small plane had been served except for us. We got up to ask about it, the drinks finally came, then were taken away three minutes later since the flight was so short. Really strange situation, on the other hand, we were in Utah.
We missed our flight. The boarding pass had the wrong gate and by the time we received the text from Kayak, our flight was already gone. I’ll never use Kayak again and will go direct to the airlines in the future.
Boarding took forever, the plane was cramped and cold, and the seatbelt song came on constantly throughout the red eye flight with a loud pre-recorded message playing each time

Flight was delayed bc of mechanical issue. New plane had different configuration so some seats had to be switched. They called all passengers who needed new boarding cards. They did not call us so we thought our seats were the same and fine. When we boarded they informed us our receipts had changed and we are now all sitting separate and in the back row. Both my daughters had meltdowns and started to cry and once we got on the flight, we figured out how we could sit closer to each other, but this was very upsetting.
Took off on time and successfully avoided weather that looked to be a problem along the way
As my first time on Spirit, I thought that it was good.
It was smooth and easy. The only real negative was it took over an hour to get our luggage after the flight
My only complaint is that the standing recline. I wasn’t aware of that when I booked the ticket.

The plane had to wait an hour before docking, then another 1.5 hrs to get our luggage. Bad experience.
They delayed the flight for several hours and didn't even give reason.
Over 2 hour delay due to “weather” but all other flights were taking off with no issues. We felt lied to the entire time as well.
The flight kept getting delayed until it ws finally cancelled due to weather. While the airline was able to get me another flight, it was not for two days, which meant that I had to waste two days of vacation. On top of that, the airline refused to provide any form of compensation for my inconvenience.
Had the comfy front seats. Flight was good . Flight attendants where loud and laughing for over a half hour . I mean loud. They sounded like the were at a bar , talking about guys, hair , and skin products. There was no food or entertainment on the plane . Brought my own
Spirit failed me in all respects and was blunt about it Left me stranded for 2 days I had to purchase another very expensive ticket
The reps working at the airport counter were dumber than a second coat of paint.
My costume jewelry was stolen out of my bag. Got to airport and my bag weighed 45 pounds- 5 pounds over cost me $100 Long lines in tier one. No entertainment No WiFi no free drinks or snacks
Not very good. Paid in excess of $400 for assigned seating for my family and that was not provided. I want that money back.
The seats were hard molded plastic covered in plastic vinyl. And the scam to charge people extra to sit together. Don’t they know we can just ask someone to trade seats. And watching the staff separate young children from parents… super classy. We had to guilt them into offering up our seats. This companies policies suck. Don’t give them your money.
The seats were awful, hard plastic covered in sheet vinyl. The airline tries to scam you into paying extra to get seat together when the flight wasn’t full. They were going to separate a family with young children but my wife who had a row to herself gave up her seat so the young mom could be with her young boys. I’m never giving this airline my money again.

Seats are uncomfortable but price is good. Guess I can put up with misery for four hours.
I’ve never traveled on Frontier before. If you want basic, no frills, friendly service at great prices then give them a fly!
I guess you get what you pay for. The seats are very uncomfortable and very little space. The snacks were pricey.
