Plane crashed into a bus or some other vehicle on the ground while pulling out of the gate. No injuries, but wing tip was damaged and returned to gate for “maintenance issues” and we departed 5 hours later because the plane went out of service and new plane was flown in from a nearby airport, Midway.
Ever since Southwest starting charging for bags, passengers don't want to pay to check their bags, so the gate agents have to beg people to check their roller bags now because there's "not enough space". This was a terrible business move by Southwest.
Full cans of soda would be nice. A choice between two snacks would be appreciated.
Tried watching free movie and it kept freezing so I couldn’t finish.
All was good. I just had a hard time getting connected to the WiFi/internet during the flight
Sacrament staff are always polite and helpful. Airport is easy to maneuver and boarding is straightforward.
Great flight. Outstanding Service. Southwest was able to put us on a direct flight to Denver when the connection could have been affected by a later arrival to Baltimore. The direct flight was less expensive that the flight with the connection in Baltimore.
Delays delays delays. Late taking off, late landing, wait for a gate, etc.
Boarded on time but once we were ready for take off, the crew determined that, although every seat was taken, somehow someone was on the wrong flight. Delay, delay delay, announcements and ended up with one person checking EVERY ID against their passenger Manifest only to figure out it was a "clerical error." We departed 54 minutes late causing me to run in the St. Louis Airport to make my connection and lose the priority boarding spot I had paid for. Unnecessary delay.
I was re-booked onto another flight because my original flight was delayed and I would have missed my connector. I ended up in the “C” group after paying extra to be in the “A “ group on the original flight. At least if you’re going to re-book people, re-book them into the same group.
Everything went well and was good. Nothing exceptional, but no complaints either. Cheap seats are pretty comfortable.
They ended up paying for the bag twice, but the counter wouldn't take my baggage receipt. Left it to me to resolve. Not sure how to resolve the issue.
Non stop on long haul is the way to go. Great experience
Flight was crowded and the woman sitting on my left was large & kept crouching in to my space. You need bigger seats or smaller passengers to fit into the seats you DO have! Snack were OK. Would appreciate if airlines had more savory rather than sweet snacks, thank you!
Delayed flight (1hour) plus a long layover after an overnight flight with no backup plane available.
The boarding process needs to be refined. Sometimes the gate crew call out the boarding zone, and then flip to the monitor to show which zones are boarding. So unless everyone is gathered around to see the monitor there is usually confusion as wi which zones are boarding.
Convient flight. Good experience. No complaints other than the food quality seems to have decreased.
Food tray looked like penitentiary food - little effort to make it look appealing (packaging colour and design)
The crew was very nice and very attentive. However, I was surprised to find that they did not carry small throw-up bags. I got sick from the turbulence and they had to bring me a trash bag.😳 You can imagine how embarrassing is to lift a large trash bag with vomit over somebody else's head. Just bring this small discreet little bags back to the regular supply for the seats. Otherwise, I love Delta airlines.
Awful. Flight from Cape Town was cancelled, rebooked for another day through Johannesburg, was downgraded to economy
The flight was two hours late due to a computer fault and resulting maintenance. Nothing was offered as compensation beyond bottles of water during the time we were deplaned and waiting in the terminal.
Very pleasant flight attendants. Gate crew rather loud chatting with each other.
Four plus hour flight delay in New York caused us to take off after 11:30pm. We didn’t arrive at our hotel until five hours after check in. Started the trip off feeling exhausted.
Friendly crew. Poor food service maybe due to full flight. All in all, you get what you pay for.
Plane was in bad shape. TV’s and WiFi didn’t work. Plane need a refresh. Not enough room for bags.
Everything was great. I liked the text updates so that I never miss a gate change & I have all the latest info.
I don’t usually fly budget airlines or airlines in the United States. It was as good as any other airline. The seats are comfortable and the airline attendants are not rude & surly. Very nice flight (s).

Boarding was easy. I loved that they sat our family together even though we didn't pay for specific seats. I thought $5+ was a lot for pretzels and wish they had a small free snack.
The gate agents for spirit at EWR wouldn’t give me my ticket to board when I arrived 50 min from the flight, saying that I wouldn’t make my flight. They tried to reschedule me to arrive at my destination 14 hours after the original flight, which included a 10 hr layover in another city. I rebooked with another airline and it took me a total of 5 min to go through security. Then I see a charge on my card for a $100 change fee that I did not approve. Beware of this horrible place and these horrible people
Seats are not very comfortable, maybe a little more padding for a 2hr plus flight
Absolutely horrible. Usually pay $40-$50 to check luggage in. I tried to check my suitcase in and the price is raised to $70. That's ridiculously greedy c'mon. I had to leave my suitcase with all my clothes and hygiene products and repurchase once i landed in Atlanta. You guys make it really stressful to travel. Don't even want to travel anymore.
The delays and the lack of communication and organization within the airport itself for Staffing this flight and coordinating the paper log necessary to depart was ridiculous and deplorable
We sat on the tarmac for an hour waiting for a gate to deplane.
I've flown Spirit many times. However, they seem to be getting worse. I don't understand how the contracts with the gates at the airport works, but Spirit never seems to have a gate ready when we land. This happened again on this flight. And once again, baggage took forever to arrive at the baggage claim belt. This time it was about 45 minutes to an hour, late at night, when the airport was not crowded. On a previous trip, they lost the luggage cart and we were all waiting for about 3 hours for our luggage. Plus, I did get a deal through Kayak on a flight that was shown sold out on Spirit's site. However, by the time I added all the luggage, and didn't even pick seats, I could have taken any direct flight I wanted through Delta. I'm about done with Spirit.
I enjoyed my flight, it was pretty smooth and we landed earlier than eta.
The flight was delayed four and half hours for paperwork on a maintenance issue. Very frustrating.
I made it safely. The flight was delayed, though. Not upset or expect anything.
There was no one at the counter to assist with our check in. The app didn’t work, so I arrived at the airport with time to check in and I couldn’t because no employees were there. When I finally got someone on the phone, it was inside the 60min rule and they said I could no longer check in and they could sell me another ticket. We had to scramble and pay an additional $800 for tickets and THEN AFTER (about 60 min from my original convo with customer service and 10min after original departure time) I had boarded my new flight, there was email saying my original flight from Frontier was delayed and leaving 2hr 50min later, but I STILL wouldn’t have been able to check in. Which means customer service should have been able to see it and let me check in because I was well within my check in time. When I call Frontier, they hang up on me. So their app didn’t work and they employees left and they take zero responsibility or assistance with their “customer service”
Terrible. Flight cancelled with no reasoning and no flights to rebook. Employees were useless and did nothing to help. Did not even know where to retrieve luggage from the cancelled flight. Flyers beware.
No fault of Frontier staff: plane was very late, reached Orlando at 1 am, took a while to get luggage. Weather, gov financial shutdown impact on TSA, air controllers seemed to have multiple flights backed up. Frontier staff seemed to cope as gracefully as possible. It did reassure me that I and my new hip could adapt to travel challenges. Food/entertainment were irrelevant to my trip.
Terrible. The canceled my entire flight when I requested a refund for a trip frontier canceled trip one way.
Boarding was on time and plane departed as scheduled. There are obviously no amenities (food, drink, entertainment) on Frontier, but there also didn't seem to be any issues with luggage space either.
Inbound plane was on time and flight departed on time with no issues while boarding.
I knew going into this that Frontier, being a low cost carrier, would be pretty bare bones and charge for most extras but this was made up for by the fact that the airplane was a reasonably new Airbus, every employee was great and best of all, Everett Washington is an amazing airport - thanks Frontier for flying there!!!

It was well done. It was my first time flying with them and I was nervous b/c I have heard of many cancelled and/or delray flights. Everything went smoothly.
Just know that everything, and I mean everything is “ala cart”. 60$ just to put something in the overhead bin. I will never fly Frontier again nor do I recommend them to anyone else.
