SW can't get their wifi right. I upgrade to insure wifi service but the last two trips had intermittent service. Not worth the extra costs.
Southwest is kind of a slum airline. It’s gotten more expensive over the years for less and less service. I am a Southwest Chase Visa card holder and was forced to choose a seat in the 26th row in the middle seat. However my wife who is a rewards member but doesn’t hold a card or anything else, gets randomly assigned a normally paid seat in row 6! How does that work?
The seat was not comfortable. 1D. My back was sore all night and the next day.
Terrible all around. Left prior review detailing massive delay/cancellation to then rebook travel. Topping on the cake was lost luggage even after travel to ultimate destination was secured on a new plane(s).
The new seating arrangement is so over priced for what you get.
An entire day of delays. Cost lots of money. Meals and a hotel.
Only downside was the legroom and seat width, which is always a problem unless I spend more for a premium seat.

Never went on board this flight. Kayak uses Underpricer (which is a scam business) as it's "customer service provider". This customer service is a classic bait and switch "service". I Got caught in the UnderPricer Bait and switch scam. 14 hours on the phone with people from India with heavy accents and upselling me to useless products. The original sell was a flight on spirit. Then they contact me later, an say after they have my money that the flight is no good as is is only one seat for a party of two. I am still in dispute to get my money back. Went to Spirit direct and had a beautiful vacation. I should never have used Kayak and their rip off artists UnderPricer.
I like everything about Southwest. From customer service to crew and prices. I travel a lot during the year and Southwest is the best!!
The seats were really comfortable. Flight crew were friendly with passengers. Overall was a great flight.

Delta flights recently are always delayed AND at jfk tney get the gates further away (need To walk 20’ to get to them/all the way at the end of the terminal). Not sure whats happening but price doesnt match experience!
The entertainment screens were not working and there was no air condition the entire flight. Very uncomfortable.
Unfortunately I was stuck next to someone who should have purchased 2 seats instead of taking up their space and mine. I couldn’t move the entire 3+ hour flight. Very uncomfortable flight.
Luggage delayed and 6 days later I still don't have it.
In thirty years of traveling, mostly with Delta, this was the worst day ever.
More extra space was awesome. Even though I was on the first groups to board, bin compartments were already occupied by passengers seated on other seat numbers. That is unacceptable.
Traveling with delta is always a pleasure from the take off to the landing 🛬 🥰
Seats not assigned during check-in and got last non-reclining seats next to rest room :-(
Flight staff and all was fine. Food always sucks on planes so nothing new.
Wonderful flight! The crew was good, check-in was good and orderly and the flight was uneventful and good.
This planes staff was top tier. Everything went great and had a great flight home.
Awful. There was a minor problem with a fridge and they had us 2 hours in the runway before take off. The paper work alone took them half hour. There was no attemp to make up time up while in teansit and when we arrived, they had us another half hour in the plane because of traffic. I, and a bunch of people, lost their onnection flights for 5 to 10 minutes. Not even the attemp to wait given thar all delays, but the taxing, were United's fault. Then another 45 mins to get an agent and no flight alternatives for 2 days. Im am very disapointed with this "premium carrier".

Fantastic. Smooth boarding with an infant. Never experienced it with any other carriers.
There was a delay that was unexpected. The seats were uncomfortable for the length of the flight.
Apparently the WiFi you buy on on one flight doesn't carry on with connecting flights.
This was for the LOS to FRA leg of the flight Checking in and boarding was not good The staff at the gate were not helpful and targeted the customer and delayed the customers boarding unnecessarily The flight was delayed for about two hours and later for a change of boarding gate The waiting area was overcrowded with no seats available for passengers and lots were left standing for a long period of time
Sitting in row 31, you could smell the bathroom during the entire flight. It was pretty disgusting.
Flight attendant made the flight very enjoyable. He was courteous and gave great care to the passengers
This flight 1810 on 7/30 from EWR to DFW got 4 hours delay. this round trip experience is bad, my AA flight 618 from DFW to EWR on 7/28 was redirected to PIT and totally delayed about 9 hours due to mixed of weather and AA IT outage and then on the way back delayed for 4 hours. Lucky, i changed my flight to UA on the way back. i don't like AA anymore. i will consider other airline options in the future.
IT issues created a mess had you change my flight and your system never changed it
The flight was ok, i understand Houston-Dallas is a short distance. The plane is really small: no TV, no snacks, but other than that, all was good. We had a bid delay but luckily it did not affect my connection
My flight was delayed by 8 hours I arrived at airport 4hrs earlier but to see if they can reroute me to get my connecting flt to Hong Kong. They auto rebooked my flt. With no chance. Which I missed this entire reservation through kayak. My next flt they got me on was at 6 am. Misses an entire day of my trip abroad all my accommodations seat assignments were missed and missed adding my TSA precheck to my ticket as well as my vegan meal request so I didnt have meals on any of the flight....so not a comfortable experience. Please help me with accommodations upon my return.
Not good. Flight crew, was not friendly and just shoved stuff at us. Not the way I like to travel.
They kept us on the tarmac for 6 hours after already delaying our flight by 2 hours. No one had any answers. They sent our gate checked stroller to baggage claim instead of giving it back at the gate.
The WiFi didn’t work entire flight, couldn’t watch a movie. The recline button didn’t work
Not one thing to like. Three flights all with “mechanical” delays. Never got to where I was going and spent additional $500 for a hotel room. American Airlines is the worst in the industry!
AA was a very good experience. The employees are wonderful
baggage clamed had to wait over a hour and half for all people on my flight it was terrible
The confirmation # CK8GNW and my name was not recognized/in Frontier system. I was able to check in on Frintier app so i went to the Frontier ticket agent, at time they told me that my name/ confirmation did not show up as a purchased ticket. I had to purchase a new ticket that cost $289.00 one way.
Worst airline experience. They were rude and kept changing our seats and/or giving our seats away so our family didn’t get to sit with each other. Almost everyone we dealt with at both airports with this airline was rude. The app kept giving us wrong information making things take longer. Dealing with them before TSA can take close to an hour…longer than I’ve ever had to deal with before. Never using this airline again.

Frontier had yet another flight cancellation. Have never made a complete round trip with this airline without at least one leg getting cancelled. Miserable flights - dirty, uncomfortable planes that apparently always have issues since I've had multiple delays and cancellations with them.
They changed the timing , first delayed by 4 hours then went back to 40 mins late, we had to run back to airport to not miss our flight. This is ridiculous

My experience with the phoenix airport was terrible, the personnel lay the ticket counter charged me for a carry on that fit in the carry on size box, and the two women I spoke with were terribly rude and not willing to help.,,, there was one lady “candy” on the flight crew that was amazing and is the only reason I stayed on the flight at all, because the other stewards helping people to get seated on the plane were terrible
Overall experience good. There was no food and seats were not terribly comfortable.
My first flight was moved 6 hours causing me to miss my meeting. The second was delayed about an hour and a half. Most of the crews apparently dont like their jobs or just working for Frontier. Only one flight attendant wasn"t snappy or rude.
