Flight delayed Didn’t send second leg of trip itemerary First class was fair, but not great.
They called me 2 hours before my original flight from SFO was to depart to let me know it was delayed and that I would miss my connection. They then rebooked on a different flight leaving a half hour earlier to a different connecting airport, so that I would not miss my connection. It all worked out and I arrived at my destination without a problem and 15 minutes earlier than the original flight would have. Nice!
Alaska is by far the best airline to fly with 😍
The flight would have been very good , if not dor the constantly screaming baby in the row behind me. Is there a way to isolate people traveling with infants? This is not the first time this has happened to me.
My only complaint was how far it was from plane to baggage claim
SBP to PDX 2/17/2026. One person ahead of us at the counter. One ahead of is at TSA. First to board. First row, first class. First to be served. Food and service very good. First off the aircraft. Flight was nice other than some moderately hard bumps on climb out (please find a way to control that!). Air Force landing (none of that Navy slam you to the deck stuff). Wheel chair at the bottom of the ramp waiting for my wife. Luggage out quickly, walked right up to the parking shuttle bus. First stop on the bus. I like the EMB 175 aircraft. This was as close to a perfect flight as I will ever see. Bravo!
Flight was initially delayed 1 hour, but said come to gate at scheduled time in case plane shows early. Then the flight was delayed several times over for a total of 3.5 hrs for 1.5hr flight. The only compensation was $12 to get a water and some chips. Cant seem to fly anymore without some issue.
No prob with entertainment-would have selected n/a if it had been an option. No entertainment-flight was only a short hop. Great flight,
It was adequate nothing special no entertain because flight was short. Crew pleasant.
The crew were exceptionally nice and accommodating. My wife was tired after the flight from Haneda, Tokyo. They let her sleep and served her dinner later after she woke up, before we landed in PDX.
I had to cancel the flight because with a 3 hour delay for 'unexpected maintenance' in getting to LAX, I couldn't connect to an overseas flight that I had booked on Scandinavian Air.
My flight was delayed three hours and then cancelled. The gate agent proceeded to rebook me in a middle seat without telling me and I was placed between two large individuals who did not fit in their own seats and instead took up most of mine. It was an awful experience.
Good and friendly staff. Nicely enjoyed the complimentary drink and snack.
Would have been better if the flight went out as scheduled and we’d have been kept informed. Rescheduling the connecting flight out of Portland was especially difficult.
All was good and they were able to seat my travel companion next to me. Thank you.

Alaska airlines is not what I expected Very disappointed Unfriendly Discouraging Very bad customer service, heartbroken trying to explain to them my situation.
I couldn't get checked in 24 hours before either leg of my flight. I tried both my Alaska and Hawaiian codes on both apps.
The flight is supposed to be Hawaiian, but it's operated by Alaska. As such, I could not find my reservation on Hawaiian nor Alaska website. I could not check in on line. At the airports, even the kiosk could not find my reservation. I needed to wait in a long line to check in even though I have no bag to check. Good thing I got to the airport early enough.
Had a one hour delay due to mechanical issue. I didn’t think I’d be able to make my connecting flight, but they waited for me and greeted me when I arrived to help things run smooth.
Staff were good. My seat was in need of repair, but for a short flight was not problematic. Usual basic snack and drink setup that you'll find on any US carrier. Over, a decent, basic flight.
I will never book a flight through Cheap fare. They booked me from Portland Main . And would not give me a refund, so I bought 2 tickets one for 299. From Portland Main to ORD. Then I had to buy a ticket from Oregon PDX to ORD that was another 440. So Just so you know they even told me it was there fault but no refund. Bad bussniess. I did inform United but they said they couldn't help me due to the fact I booked through Cheap Tickets. Never again. And I'm spreding the word. I let everyone know at my 50th class reunion
Not enough room between rows and food was gross. $160 baggage charge?! Never again.
East Lounge in Denver was terrible. Turning away active military on orders? Really? Sad.
Clean and plenty of room for handbaggage. Leg room was cramped compared with the 777 from Frankfurt.
they made me check my carryon. There was space in the overhead bins.
Cramped and uncomfortable seats. Not enough room for 6’2” person such as myself.
Pretty turbulent, but not anyone’s fault. They got us there. Impressed that they carried on with a drink service.
Boarding took a long time for a couple of flights. We arrived at our final destination an hour late. Others missed their connecting flight. We had no time to eat between flights. My checked in bag was delayed because it was in another flight. At least they gave us a voucher because of that. The staff was very kind.
