I went to washroom twice and once there was no toilet seat cover and the other no toilet paper at all. I don't think it was ever replenished or checked before we boarded as it was very early on in the flight.
Premium economy is like the forgotten class. Aside from meal service never saw a flight attendant. Any additional beverages required going to the very back of the plane to request and there was rarely an attendant there. Seat leg / foot rest hardly elevates and not well suite for someone under 5’6. Bulky armrests
I paid for a business class ticket on Delta. It was sourced to Virgin Atlantic. They changed out the aircraft which had fewer upper class tickets. Even though I'd checked into the lounge, was receiving alerts via kayak about the delay and changes; no one informed me that the seat would be changed - until I attempted to board and was told that I would have an economy seat or they could search to put me on another airline. Even the flight crew were informed of this change (10 passengers were bumped out of Upper Class) around 2 pm (1400) time. Hours would have helped to consider alternatives instead of making a last minute change. There needs to be compensation from both Delta and Virgin given this change in service/experience.
The food is terrible. The staff is wonderful. Comfort is good.
For some reason, I couldn't choose my seat. The airline gave me a seat when I got there. Not happy about that. Otherwise, everything else was great!
I fly Delta all the time, have Platinum Medallion status. But this route seems to have major problems with delays and seems to never leave on time! Have only taken it twice in the last two weeks, and each time it had delays of more than 1 hour... very disappointed!!!!

Seats comfortable, service and food very mediocre, staff not very attentive, worse than many other our flights with Delta.
It was good, although we could not get our preferred seats, we did enjoy the whole experience from Costa Rica. I still don't understand why our luggage is not the first to come out at the band.
Great flight. On time boarding. Smooth flight and on time arrival at EWR. The flight crew was marvelous and there was a great selection of movies on the entertainment system. Our bags were at the carousel before we got there. Another excellent flight from United.
Very turbulent trip made it pretty bearable, plus the lack of refreshments served and the lack of any air conditioning before takeoff which took an hour or more.
For an expensive flight to another country, United has a lot of nerve serving pretzels and no meals (unless, of course, you want to buy something to eat). Unacceptable.
They brought an empty plane to the gate. Then a flight delay was announced for maintenance and waiting on a part. I was then put on a flight to San Francisco instead with a connecting flight to my final destination. Arrived at my final destination 2 hours late.
Flight team stood out for perzonal attention, kindness at bright cheery attitudes at 8am. Very helpful.
Quick and seamless boarding. No entertainment but fast Starlink wifi for this short trip and the staff was really friendly.
We boarded late. The crew at the airport was dismissive. The seat cushion on the plane was uncomfortable.
I dread trans-Pacific flights. They are very long. This was my first time on Universal, and it was my best crossing ever. The staff were professional, the hospitality was great, and the food was delicious. The entertainment system filled the long flight hours. I will seek out Universal flights from now onwards. 🙂
Very disappointed with food service. They ran out of entree selections- so for the last 10 rows only option was lentil stew. Not a fan. Then the morning service (pizza twist) was lukewarm at best- I exited my 12 hour flight having eaten a roll and dessert. They knew it was a full flight.
It was good. It will be nice one check Baggage cost and picking seats were free.
Sprit being a value airlines providing flights for less prices, does its basic job. Flight was on time and ride was comfortable. Its did take off and landed on time. Luggage took sometime to arrive at carousal but that could be Newark airport issue.
Worst every experience travelling with Family. So much delayed while going and returning both. All airlines were time except this. not sure Spirit operational issues. No recommend Spirit. It may spoil your entire trip. Rather spent extra $ and book better airlines.

Canceled flight without any explanation at last moment. No replacement options. Not a weather related event. Completely messed up our holiday plans.
Very bad. Our flight was canceled and we need to rebook another flight which was in two hours after we’ve known about cancelation. It changed our plans. We had financial and other loses. Nobody did reimbursement to us.
Spirit has improved a lot since I flew with it in 2011. I give the airline a huge thumbs up!!
I'd have like to check my bag and not toss my hair products.sears are very uncomfortable. And that even water isn't free really sucks. The ticket was almost $400
Flight was in time, very smooth ride and surprisingly lots of legroom in the cabin so I certainly will fly with spirit again
