Flight got delayed; had to go through security three times.
A lot things happened in this trip.The fly should be less stress.
Horrible. No TV or any type of entertainment on board. Passwnger listening to/watching stuff on their own phone with no headphones making it noise and uncomfortable for everyone else, little/tiny food portions, old seats, useless wifi (cant access anything). Horrible exlerience especially it was a lomg distance flight with kids.
Some of the Air hostesses are not that friendly. Need improvement
Simply as follows:- First, there was no vegetarian option for the meal Second, only 2 washrooms for the entire economy class.
They were super friendly bumped me up to exit row free of charge, All flight legs were on time
Boarding was quick & efficient; they gave boarding groups due priority; staff & air crew were very cordial and helpful, pleasant flight.
We had a great flight just wished they had a tv so we can see a movie that would of made my trip excellent.

Would've been great if Lufthansa union cockpit pilots didn't strike for 2 days and caused a chaos to my returning plans to USA, and then after rebooking a flight 2 days later tge plane departed 35 min later. So I did not have a good experience.

The boarding in Buenos Aires (at the on ramp) was not great. They had to check every carry on. Not a United problem but was a Buenos Aires problem.
Staff and aircraft were good. However, weather in Houston lee to a ground stop. We were looking at circling behind three other planes until the stop was lifted. Pilot said we didn’t have enough fuel for that. So we flew on to New Orleans as the closest port with immigration and customs staff. Landed there and sat in the plane for two hours plus while staff was sorted. Turned away by ICE. Waited for pilots to be switched out, but after they were approved by ICE. Then had to wait to get a runway because so many planes were ahead of us. Finally took off and flew back to Houston. We all missed our connecting flights because it took too long. Hotel voucher from United was only a link to booking site. Total BS. Finally got a flight out the next day after a night without sleep because all the Houston hotels were booked by rodeo and spring break crowds.
Wifi Bluetooth features for watching in flight movie was horrible. Screen kept blacking out no connection of sound although it said connected. Other than that smooth trip .
I paid $7,000 to fly round trip to Porto. I thought it was for business class. But on the leg from Miami to Newark, and again from Newark to Miami, i was in coach. One time in the middle seat of coach. From Newark to Porto I was in business class as expected, and it was fine. I fly to Portugal once per month, often paying $5,000 for business class. Usually i fly American Airlines. I'd be happy to fly more with United Airlines. But my experience was disappointing because i was put in the coach for almost half the flights.
The travel company that you have on your site did me so wrong. I don’t know how it happened, but they put my son‘s name on my plane ticket flying to Vietnam. Along with his birthday. They would not have let me fly from Fort Myers to Ho Chi Minh City. I don’t think that I can ever use your service again. I typed my information into the browser along with my passport number and four days before I’m leaving I have to quickly search another ticket to fly out here.
Seats are uncomfortable. This has been a trend in the industry for decades. Trying to fit more seats on each plane to increase profits at the expense of the passenger.
Check in was rough because the check in crew did not know how to manage my international visa documents. Required a long process and 4 people to finally be able to proceed to security. They told us incorrect information several times before acknowledging we did indeed have everything we needed from the start.
Mechanical issue delayed us 2hrs and then once we landed sat on tarmac for 30mins because someone left a vehicle in front of the gaye
An delay of almost 3 hours while passengers were already in the plane kept us very uncomfortable. The food was also very limited. A bad experience overall.
Plane from partner PSA was filthy. Plastic needs to be thoroughly cleaned. Really disgusting to look at and wonder about cleanliness of parts less visible.
Flight delay for mechanical. Inbound arrived on time. No one said why mechanical delay.
It was a train wreck but on an airplane. First off, flight was delayed then we board only to hear two announcements, First weather delays in Orlando and second backup battery warning on emergency lights. After sitting on the plane for almost 2 hours they have us deplane due to the maintenance issue. We were told they were getting another plane. In the mean time, I notice another American- Orlando flight and ask the gate agent if I can switch. He says he cant help me and I'd have to walk to A13 from A37. Really!? I get down there and get a seat only to get an announcement my original flight was RE-boarding. The Then inflight there's no communication and I notice on flightaware were circling over the Gulf of America. I call the flight attendant and of course she has no clue and apparently 5m later the pilot finally tells us about another delay. Why does American always have these service and delay issues? They are my LAST choice in flights now!

Flight to Tampa was delayed taking off due to plane arriving late but no other issues
We were delayed and due to lateness we were traveling from 11pm we were rerouted to FLL and couldnt deplane but stayed on the plane with no extra Service given (extra good options etc$ there Were so many things that could go wrong and did. This was not an enjoyable experience at all thoroughly exhausting
We missed our flight and got stranded in Miami where we had to rent a hotel we could not afford. they would not work with us because they said it was weather related even though the gate attendant said it was not. I could go on but trying to get satisfaction has wore me down, which I believe is the intent. My only solution is to never fly AA again.

We get stuck in the plane when landed during 45min and no communication from the crew People were listening to their phone and music out loud and nobody told them anything I definitely want stop booking spirit flight it is a disaster
Good: It was cheap and they got us to our destination safely. Not so Good: Gates experience with many, many nauseatingly (almost) threatening announcements about bags size and how much they were going to charge us if our bag was too big, even to the point of having a gate agent roaming around through the passengers eyeballing bags size and making people go check their bags in the sizers.
Overall, it was nice. My only complaint was that I purchased WiFi, and it only worked for a fraction of the flight. Everything else was great
Everything is an additional fee. No one said anything when I checking in and got my boarding pass about my small carry on suitcase. Charged me $100 at the gate for that little bag that I still had to take with me. Delays for both flights for no reason and then when I asked everyone said something different. Never flying spirit again. If it was just one thing maybe. This was a show from the minute I got to the airport.
Terrible. The flight was randomly delayed in Chicago causing us to miss our connection and they offered us a flight the next day at 6 am and it would have taken till 345 to get to Pensacola. They didn’t cover any fees. Our bags also supposedly were on the flight to Pensacola and we tried to get them yesterday after driving 6 hours and nobody was available. Worst company ever and will never use them again. Had to pay for a rental. Spirit is claiming in climate weather for the delay but there wasn’t any weather issuesz it’s a bunch of bullshit and I am not happy
Checking in at desk in Chicago was horrible. Person was not friendly never smiled and said my flight was not paid for so I had to give another credit card. Then it ended up that I was charged twice. Then after arriving at my destination had to wait on the phone a long time to speak to a person to fix the double charge! Thank goodness the flight was perfect.
The bag situation was confusing. I didn’t know I had to pay for Carry ons. The seats were uncomfortable and there was no entertainment

bought basic spirit fares, add checked bags - like the up front info on website about this. bring your own snacks, buy a soda after TSA security to bring with you, or buy on the plane (limited selection) all in all, a good experience
