Cons: "B.S. all the Delta Boarding groups. Geez, have you lost all common sense! C'mon... I understand the ill/med conditions passengers. How about 1 kid, then 2 kids then 3 kids, w/ cataracts, bladder probelems, Platinum, Gold, Silver, Paper, Plus 1, Plus 2, Main Cabin 1, 2 and 3."

Cons: "The Delta Sky club was small and over crowed. If you go take the first seat spot you can find. It doesn’t get bigger. I have high hopes for the new combined lounge between the terminals. The flight itself felt like an older 737-800 while it had power there were only two and the two others in my row snagged them. I was in Delta Comfort and have to say the extra leg room isn’t a lot."

Cons: "Flight delays cause cascade of irritable passengers. Flight out of Phoenix delayed due to late departure from previous location. We were told mechanical reasons was the cause of the delay. This caused many passengers to miss their connecting flight in Atlanta. When we arrived after midnight, one gate person was attempting to help 50 people with morning connecting flights and room accommodations. The airline knew 3 hours prior that they would have tired, hungry, frustrated passengers. To then have to wait more than an hour in a line to get a bed and or a meal was too much for most people. There were other smaller examples of how Delta's staff or procedures were not customer centric. I will avoid Delta for travel in the future, and I am getting out of their stock."

Cons: "Our flight was originally scheduled for departure at 7:45 PM. We got an alert stating that the flight was going to be delayed but we were already almost to the airport when I received the first message on my smartphone. We received three additional alerts making our total wait time at the airport 5½ hours before we could approach the gate and board the aircraft. Seating in immediate gate area was not comfortable. Boarding was chaotic at best with very little control and guidance provided by Delta staff. The audio over the PA system was difficult to decipher much of the time. The only other available boarding status information was presented on the screens stationed near the gate and indicated PREMIUM the entire time during our boarding process and was never updated. We literally had to scramble through the crowd to get to the gate desk and get our boarding passes validated so we could board our flight with our group of passengers. Our seating on board the aircraft was thankfully good which is why I rated Comfort as Okay. We were saddled with one more delay after the flight left the gate and taxied briefly down the runway and then sat there for almost an hour. My suggestions to improve customer satisfaction based on my experience would include the following 1. Provide extended alerts for passengers travelling especially if the anticipated delay is known to the airline more than 2 hours before scheduled flight time. 2. Improve seating in the waiting areas near all Delta gates. 3. Re-orient all staff in proper boarding process and utilizing all available resources properly to provide clear and intelligible (not speeding) overhead audio messaging and current boarding status prompts on displays. 4. Maintain or replace audio equipment if necessary to help improve quality of audio messaging in all boarding areas."

Cons: "My email read check into Aeromexico I could not check in the Aeromexico using my phone I was dropped off at the Aeromexico terminal after standing in line for half an hour I find I was in the wrong terminal I needed to be in a different terminal with Delta because Aeromexico even on my reservation read that does not fly to Tampa. I had to find a shuttle to another terminal the shuttlesare not marked it was very confusing"

My little girl got the Delta wings pin (including a second one when she lost the first one), and was able to visit the flight deck. Extra kudos for my daughter being able to see a female pilot! :-)"

Cons: "For some reason when I booked my flight, for this leg of it, I had "get seat assignment at gate". Once I got my seat assignment I thought I had a window seat: however, when I boarded the plane, I realized that I was in the very last seat of the plane in the window position, but no window. I was crammed in next to a wall and claustrophobic the whole way as I couldn't see anything, couldn't recline at all because behind me was the bathroom, and the engine roared at times in my ears to where I couldn't hear the passenger next to me when we tried to have conversation as the engine was right outside my "wall". We joked, when we could hear each other, that we must've pissed someone at Delta off the last time we flew them. I have no idea why I had to get my seat assignment at the gate for this particular flight, or why I was put in the 'flying coffin' seat, but it made for a very unpleasant experience. Why even have that seat in the plane? Everyone pays a lot of money to fly these days and deserves better than that seat when doing so. just take those two seats out and give everyone else a little more leg room = much better passenger experience for everyone...my suggestion if Delta really cares about the quality of passenger experience."

Cons: "I've flown Copa quite a few times in the past and have always raved about the overall quality of the service. My last trip 2 years ago was with Copa to Washington D.C and it was an absolute delight. This time however, there was a noticeable drop in the quality offered: for reasons unknown, the movie started playing extremely late, and was therefore cut short by landing time. Additionally, the quality of the food was also inferior to what I would have expected for a 3 hour, noon flight: it was roughly equivalent of the breakfast served during the SJO-PTY flight, which is barely one hour long."

The whole experience was like riding an old bus with no technology, and it’s entertainment was along these lines."

I flew from Columbia to Guatemala with plans to leave Guatemala by boat last year and had to buy another ticket only to cancel it later. I talked to Immigration in Guatemala and they say there is no reason for you to do this. I just returned from Panama and was asked for an exit ticket from Guatemala again. I have warned all of my friends to travel with other airlines other than Copa only for this issue. I will never travel on Copa again until you fix this."

Cons: "Panamá Airport is so disgusting smell bad, the terminal was dirty, trash everywhere on the floor I was there for 2 hrs I didn't see housekeeper cleaning arounf. Unacceptable that don't offer wifi free ( Tampa or Costa Rica international airport) to make our stay more easy. I love to fly with COPA but I hate how COPA manager their airport I think we as a passenger deserves better environmental."

Cons: "The night before my 7am flight, I received an e-mail from Copa saying that my flight was cancelled, without explanation. When I tried to phone customer service, I was repeatedly hung up on. The e-mail indicated that more information would be forthcoming, but there was no follow-up. My flight was never rescheduled, and I was forced to buy another flight at the last minute from another airline. Because of the cancellation of my original flight, I also missed my connecting flight."

I have never heard of this before nor has anyone I've spoken with. No where did it say this was necessary. They did not give me a boarding pass and I was unable to fly. I missed several extremely important business meetings."

Pros: "Boarding was easy / I didn't bring a carry on so I wouldn't be charged but i had a big personal item and was a bit worried but no one gave me any trouble. Attendants were very nice when I wanted more than 1 cup of coffee. Boarding let you sit right there before you got on the flight / seats were right next to the gate. Also booked totally last minute and had a window on first leg, and an aisle on second."

Was hungry on the flight- had to buy $5 breakfast sandwich that wouldn't break them to give out. Similar to a Holiday Gas Station sandwich. It got me through. Lion's Tap burgers for purchase on the way home -not bad- again microwave gas station burger for $5. Better than a $10 salad in the airport. Don't they get people feel ripped off when charged more in the airport for the same thing cheaper outside the airport?? It's not highway robbery-its runway robbery. But all the airports and airlines do this. Not Sun Country exclusively. But hey- Sun Country-you could do this different!! Be the leader!!"

Cons: "We were rerouted by JustFly prior to our trip. Instead of Venice - Philadelphia-Tampa at noon, we were moved to Venice - London - Chicago - Tampa. Flight from London - Chicago was delayed 6 hours. Of course missed connection in Chicago. Spent night in Chicago and arrived home 48 hours after leaving for Venice airport."

I got to Dallas I was furious complain to customer relations. I at least wanted them to let me in to the admirals club so I could be comfortable for the next four hours. They refuse that but one lady at the customer relations apartment did give me a meal voucher which made me feel a little better."

Cons: "On my flight from San Jose to Arizona there were no t.v , so it made for a painful five hour flight."

Cons: "The plane was kind of old and run down. Everyone, the passengers included which I realize you have no control over, just seemed to be in an awful mood and very unhelpful. Same, and about the gate attendants, in that we attempted to get seats together and he didn't care at all what was going on. I haven't flown American for a very long time, and I don't think I want to again for a very long time."

Not just over one or even ten gates but fro gate D51 to gate D1. In the Miami Airport that is at least a 1 mile walk. At the time they switched gates there was no notification that the flight was also delayed by nearly or should I say over an hour. This causing people to scramble, run and drag children to make sure they weren't late for boarding then when everyone arrives to the new gate, they flight is delayed by 30! Minutes. That alone pisses people off but then after waiting that time, it's delayed again at least another 30 minutes. Just not well managed!!!"

So on my way back to Tampa I didn't mention anything about a bag and it was free. I feel the representative should have told me it was free to take it on."

Pros: "I think Spirit is trying to give its clients a good fare when flying. The problem is they nickel and dime you to death for everything. What does a can of soda cost? Maybe 15 or 25 cents when you buy it in bulk. But they charge $3.50 or so for a can of soda and to top it off its not even that cold. There planes are very uncomfortable, you can't recline back an inch, they're fixed in one position. Also there flights are always delayed, so if you have to be somewhere in a hurry, forget it your not going to make it. However that being said I do have to say that there crew was very polite and attentive, even humorous. If they could find a way to include certain things in the booking price I believe they would be more successful. I personally will not fly with them again. I prefer to pay a little extra and get more for my money in the long run. That's just my two cents!"

Gate agent told us this flight get canceled regularly because it doesn't get filled. Since Spirt "officially" said weather they refused to put us on another airline. Went ticket agent and they were rude and unhelpful. This was my first time using Spirt and I will not use Spirit again."

I'm not an old prude but at the same time, that is not the behavior I want to deal with on a flight. I feel it's because of the low price of the seats. i am not likely to fly again because of that. I would rather pay a little more for a little bit better quality. The gate was also changed 2 or 3 times the day of the flight. Not sure if that is the airline or the airport. Not fun in Atlanta trying to figure it out."
