UA594 was delayed multiple times. I ended up getting picked up so I can make it in time for work 6AM on Monday, 7/6/2026

Boarded from a very small gate at LAX. Staff at gate had us line up, then waited 25 minutes to board without a word of explanation. Plane arrived on time then waited 20 minutes for a plane to vacate our gate. Majority of bags arrived after 15 minutes but it took an hour for a small number of remaining bags to be off-loaded despite my “priority” bag tag.

Excellent communication from the staff. We actually arrived early. Very friendly and professional staff.

Great staff. Clean plane, but we were delayed for more than an hour due to maintenance issues and had to board another plane.

I was very disappointed with my experience at the United Airlines baggage check. The representative was rude and unhelpful. I was required to remove approximately 1.5 pounds from my two checked bags, even though it was a very small amount over the limit. The interaction was unnecessarily unpleasant, and I expected much better customer service. I hope United will review this incident and provide additional customer service training to its staff.

For my wife to be seated with our two children they put them in the last row on the plane where the seats don’t recline very much. The seats in front of them reclined fully which is basically in the lap of the last row which made it difficult to eat, move or watch the entertainment provided.

I paid $380 for my one-way ticket from California to Minnesota. The fair did not include online check-in. I received instructions from their app to check in at a kiosk. At the kiosk, the boarding pass would not print until an actual person came to verify that I had a personal item and not a carry-on item, On the plane, the person next to me was drunk and allowed to continue to order alcohol. United is garbage I’d rather fly spirit.

Delays!!! Maintain your planes so your customers don’t have to sit on their assess for over an hour on the tarmac!! Also, United app is buggy. Videos did not load. Overall a miserable experience. Flight crew was awesome though.

Due to late arrival flight we missed the connection. There's no way possible we could have made it through customs and made the flight to Prague given the time allowed. Even if there was no delay from MIA to FRA I question if we would have made the PRA flight.
