Pros: The crew was great but the seats were not comfortable.

Pros: On time departure and arrival
Cons: Don’t charge for seat assignments or carry on luggage

Pros: Crew members were friendly and attentive.

Pros: Aircraft was clean
Cons: Staff talks too much, especially when they stammer.

Pros: The crew was wonderful. The seating was awful!
Cons: Sit 2 to a seat to social distance

Pros: N/A
Cons: N/A

Cons: I was concerned for my health due to United Airlines placing profits over people by having a full plane during COVID.

Pros: The pilot was excellent at considering and comunicating to passengers, when seatbelt needed or not for bathroom breaks, landing time, etc.. Crew was friendly and comunicated well. Boarding and getting off plane was smooth. Also, I had three seats to myself.

Pros: Affordable pricing, plane itself seemed to be in good condition. All of the crew was pleasant except one employee.
Cons: I was embarrassed by the crew member as I was finding my seat. She asked if I had relation to the gentleman who I was to be sat next to. Once he and I replied no, they began laughing. I asked what was so funny and another guest said "it's going to be a long flight", to which she replied "Maybe you will, but I won't." She also told me that I couldn't keep my 11 month old child in the carrier but failed to mention she's only not permitted in the carrier during take off and landing. This also made for an uncomfortable ride. Had these things not occurred I would given this flight a much higher rating.

Pros: Spirit Airline Flight crew was pleasant and professional.
Cons: Atlanta Hartsville TSA was highly unprofessional and extremely rude. As an Active Army Senior Non Commissioned Officer of 21 yrs I traveled quite a bit within the United States and overseas, and I have never witnessed or experienced a TSA/ security crew as unprofessional as the Atlanta Hartsville crew. They talked down to the customers and have no regards for customers with special circumstances. I was personally not affected but what I witnessed was the disgusting. I highly recommend that the Atlanta TSA be inspected/assessed on their customer service. Yours, 1SG Maurice Carter 315-262-3209

Cons: It was a horrible experience that I have. They dropped us off Tennessee airport instead of Atlanta because of the power off. They made us sat on the airplane for almost 2 hrs then tell us to get out in Tennessee airport. They offered no compensation or direct us how to get back to GA. Everyone was so upset, we basically got stranded in Tennessee. We ask customer service for help, they told us that there was nothing we can do!!!!!! They told us to call the head quarter. And of course after waiting on the line for half an hour, they told us the same thing that we should talk to customer service at the airport. REALLY!!!!!!! We just been through it. I was exhausted and had no way to get back home to GA. My parents had to drive 8 hrs from Atlanta to Tennessee to pick me up. IT was not fair that they do that to us. It was not our fault that we got stranded. They should have offered us cars rental or hotels to accommodate . I would never flight with them again!!!

Pros: The price of the flight was great, but even with an upgraded seat I will not be flying Frontier again.
Cons: I upgraded my girlfriend and I to stretch seating for our 5 hour flights roundtrip from ATL to SFO. I did not realize by upgrading and selecting my seat in row 4 that my seats do not recline. This caused several issues with my bad back and with the fold down tray on the seat in front of me. I had my laptop on the tray, and when the person in front of me leaned his seat back all the way suddenly, it pinched the top of the screen between the tray and the back of his seat and cracked my laptop exterior. The main issue was not being able to "stretch" by not having a reclining seat and experienced major discomfort and back pain both flights.

Pros: Pretty much nothing. I'M SORRY AS IT WAS MY FIRST TIME AND I have to tell you that I m usually pretty low maintenance....but damn ....this was was brutal! Price was was great... but not worth the experience.
Cons: Seat comfort, cattle care of crew, no movie, no real food....you name it.

Pros: i was at the gate to get on the plane. there was two minutes left before they were supposed to close the doors for take off wouldnt let me on the plane. i had to set there for over 15 minutes with the plane on the ground trying to figure out how to get to my destination. the attent was trying to help but then left there post before i could figure out what to do. totally unacceptable due to me being a minor and not aiding and assisting to the fullest. i had to leave the airport without a way to my destination because everyone left all posts all three gates and the baggage check in area was closed for over 5 hours. my father had to call and get me on the next available flight. they charged him a 100 dollar fee for changing my flight.

Pros: The staff that handled baggage was nice. Also, I liked that we made it safe.
Cons: My flight was supposed to leave at 3:50...I got to the airport and went through security before I found out that my flight was delayed until 7:30. The flight kept getting pushed back. I waited 8 hours before the flight took off. There no outlets anywhere...leaving customers at a disadvantage because with our delay, our electronics were all almost dead or dead. There were no food options. We were supposed to get a voucher, and I have not received it. Lastly, after waiting over 8 HOuRS, we still had to pay for snack and drink. I was ripped off and will not be flying with Frontier again.

Pros: There was a very sensitive situation that occurred with a passenger. She had been in the wrong seat, and was asked to show the ticket for the proper seat and didn't have a ticket. The steward asked very professionally and calmly for the passenger to cooperate for the situation to be resolved. She was not cooperative to be polite. The security came and the the pilot, and everyone handled the situation very well. The last time she was asked to cooperate, she finally walked off the plane, on her own. My understanding is that she missed her original flight and boarded this plane. Not certain of the details, but I feel that everyone involved handled this very well.

Pros: I arrived to my destinations on time....that is all.
Cons: The whole negative experience started with having to pay for my carry on. Yes, this was my fault for not knowing or expecting the extra $45 each way for my carry on. Water was not given during the three hour flight - you pay for all refreshments! The planes feel like a budget experience with cheap fold down trays and arm rests that slam down making lots of noise, and there is very little foom under the seat to put a small bag. My same small back pack that fits under other airlines seats wasn't even close to going under forcing me to straddle for the the entire flight. I will NOT use Frontier again. The airline feels like Alligeant that costs much less. I'll stick with Southwest!

Cons: At no time was I made aware during my booking that they were going to charge for a carry on. It ended up adding $75 to my flight. Paying extra for sodas and for your seats. Seats that made riding a city bus seem like first class. The plane seemed like they bought it at the used plane lot, it even made noises in Flight that sounded like they had to restart the engine. Flight attendants that were rude and unhelpful. I'd rather spend the extra $ for a more dependable/reliable airline that doesn't run their business a la carte.

Pros: The pilot was extremely nice!
Cons: My husband was boarded last which is always awkward when going down the isles in an isle chair. You end up saying excuse me several times not to mention all eyes are on you. Not easy to sleep on the plane. Seats were not that comfortable. Not able to recline. We were towards the back and the flight crew had the bright light on not to mention they were talking about their experiences with other people on different flights. We had to wait for 20 mins for someone to come get my husband off the plane even after notifying the appropriate people. The Atlanta staff when arriving was extremely rude and unfriendly during a non-busy time. That was the worse experience we've ever had!!!

Pros: Nothing other than getting from Phoenix to Atlanta
Cons: The baggage check in process at Phoenix is a complete joke. What is the point of prepaying for baggage on line if you still have to stand in line for over half an hour while you watch other passengers drop their jaws when they find out how much checking a bag costs, have the agents explaining the process and the price, fumbling for credit cards, processing the payments, etc, then, when you finally get to your turn, you are out of there in 30 seconds. There should be at lease one agent at all times who is dedicated to serving the passengers who do not need to pay. They should be in and out, not standing in line, when there is no payment to process. Then there is the total joke of the refreshments sales process on board the flight. It's not even worth going into that since I will never board another Frontier flight.

Pros: The crew was very friendly.
Cons: Every part of Frontier's system seems designed as a screw-you to customers. For example, I tried to pay for bags online, but the website and app were both down. But if you talk to a person, they charge you more money. The phone system is awful - it is extremely difficult to get to a live person. If you say 'operator' or 'representative,' the computer can't understand you, and will hang up on you. Also, they strongly push you to check bags (as they charge for carry-on), and the waits were incredibly long to pick up bags. It was slow on one end of our trip, and on the other, our bags didn't come out for an hour and forty minutes. The headache is not worth Frontier's rates being (slightly) cheaper.

Pros: The pilot performed a really soft landing.
Cons: Ignoring the fact that I had to pay $45 dollars for my carry on bag even tho it fit in the "tester box", I could barely fit on my seat and I'm not an overweight person. I'm just tall and my knees where touching the seat in front of mine. Without payin attention to that either, I spent my entire flight next to a kid that was constantly making noise, banging the tray, and hitting the sit with his heels for four and a half hours. Besides all that I was not offered water and I had to ask if I could have some.

Pros: Not much to like other than the cost of the ticket, they kept us unmoving on the runway for almost an hour, before taking off, boarding was at 2:50 pm, flight was supposed to be 3:25 pm, we didn't actually take off till 4:15, scheduled arrival was at 9 pm, and we arrived 9:20, and weren't able to deplane till 9:35, and ended up standing around baggage claim for over thirty mins waiting for our luggage, frontier might have some good ticket prices, but next time I'm willing to pay more, if it means better service

Pros: I wish I had something nice to say...
Cons: 4 hour delay due to a maintenance issue that we were not made aware of until 2 hours into the delay. The staff were INCREDIBLY rude and were mocking and making fun of passengers ( I was seated in the last row and could hear EVERYTHING! Also, the crew did very little during flight time. They instead sat in the back and played inappropriate games like Never Have I Ever and Truth or Daresnd spoke about topics like Sex...mind you that there was a 9 year old little girl seated next to me. By far the worst flight experience in my 30 years of flying .

Cons: Outbound flight: Delayed by 2 hours. Returning Flight: Waited in line 2 hours just to check our bag. There was only one person working the bag drop counter and we were nearly late for our flight (we had 15 mins to get through security). We had to sprint through the airport, only to find out our flight was delayed by 2.5 hours. The airline lost half of our planes luggage, we were at the airport until 2:30 am filing claims and still came home empty handed. Overall, terrible experience, terrible customer service, hidden fees all over the place - I would never recommend Frontier to anyone.

Pros: Attendants were helpful and friendly.
Cons: I did not like the surprise that I had to pay ANY fee, much less such a high fee, for a carry on and luggage. Therefore, what I thought was an incentive to fly Frontier because I felt as though I was getting a great deal, became Just another money-grabbing corporation who I felt was insincere upfront about the added charges. This made My flight even more than I would have paid total for a larger and more well-known carrier. Therefore, no more incentive To use Frontier.... Disappointed... In addition, the tray table was so small it was virtually useless. At least the service Was good....Cokes should not really be at a cost, since the fare was higher than a larger carrier. Hmmmm.....

Pros: The Customer Service telephone agent and the check in/baggage drop agents were all very nice and helpful. The pilots did an excellent job of providing an uneventful, peaceful, safe, and gentle flight. Takeoff and landing were great on both the inbound and outbound flights. I was able to get to my destination and return home safely on both flights which was my major objective.
Cons: At least 1-2 flight attendants on both flights, in general, were quite rude and seemed uncaring at times to the needs of some of the other passengers. From chewing and smacking gum, using their cellphones while standing in the aisles amongst the passengers during boarding, and appearing quite irritated/short when interacting with passengers, it seems to me customer service was not a big priority in their training course and/or job requirements. I sat in an "upgraded" ($16 extra), economy, aisle seat, not located immediately in front of or in between the window exits on my outbound flight and in a middle, non-upgraded, economy seat near the back of the plane on my inbound flight. Neither seat was able to recline and both were quite rigid and almost painful to sit in during the flight. I have flown many times throughout my 46 year life, but these had to be the most uncomfortable seats I have ever had on a flight. I understand about saving money and using a no-frills airline carrier, but I think some of the issues mentioned could have been improved without adding any increased cost.

Pros: I like the fact that I was a really really smooth flight. The attendants was pretty cool, very professional. I was able to get a seat in the front row which was super awesome.
Cons: What was really a bit upsetting for me was, when I went to check in at the front desk, the airline attendant was helpful and very professional. My boarding pass did not have the gate number printed on it, and I didn't even notice it until I got passed TSA. I felt like it was the attendant responsiblity to make sure everything on the boarding pass was correct, and my reason for saying so is I was too busy or focused on getting to security and thinking about the rest of my travel. it was just my luck that I remember to check my online itinerary that was sent to me via email to see the gate number. I know this may not be the airlines fault, but On my flight we left ahead of time and landed super on time, but still spend almost an HOUR!!! due to some maintenance issue at the gate in Atlanta. It was an horrible experience, I had a meeting I was suppose to be at at 8am. Everything was going so right with the flight I felt like I was going to make it. I just felt that the entire situation could have been handle a bit better :(

Cons: The crew on board seemed to think they were doing the flight a favor by doing their job. Carelessly pouring water into cups with excessive splashing. One reached over aisle seated passengers' faces to get trash from other flyers. One in particular stored her belongings in the overhead bin above me and proceeded to lean her body (particularly her pelvis region) on my shoulder which, considering the space, was understandable to some extent, but not even a simple utterance of "excuse me," "pardon me," or even fair warning. Then, we land, only to finally get to baggage claim to stand there waiting for my bag that "didn't make it". A older gentleman monitoring the belts suggested I go to the office and check there. Office was locked and no one was inside. So I wait in the checkin and ticketing line and a gentleman from Frontier's counter assisted me and checked the belt to ensure that my bag didn't get stuck or fall off of the belt. No luck, so we called frontier back in Denver to see if my bag even made it onto my flight. They give us a "it's not here" and we filled a claim. So I sit here, waiting for 9 am eastern, waiting on a phone call hopefully saying they've located my bag and I go to a wedding in Alabama in ill fitting jeans and a small blazer I had in high school bc no store is open and my suit, along with my other belongings are just laying somewhere: back in Denver and they just didn't check when we called, or on the wrong plane, or spinning on a belt in some random city, or soaked out on the airfield of Atlanta.

Pros: Low fare was nice.. but the subsequent nickel-and-diming business practices left a bad taste in our mouths. No in-flight entertainment or proper meal options either. A gate change was poorly communicated, and passengers from 2-3 flights were congregating in the gate trying to decipher the poorly written message (illogical, broken English) on the display behind the agent's desk. That agent was nice enough, but she seemed very untrained and incapable of handling the situation. The boarding gate agent was even worse (see other review).
Cons: When asked, the boarding gate agent told us the boarding door was "closing in 1 minute" so that we would hurry up and board. We did, then while waiting in line on the jet bridge, we noticed on our boarding passes that there was another 18 minutes scheduled for boarding. This was infuriating because we wanted to stop by the grab-and-go cafe next to the gate, to pickup food for the cross-country flight (SFO>ATL), especially since Frontier does not offer proper meals onboard. We turned around and confronted the agent about this, and she admitted that she lied to us so that we would board. Lying to customers for any reason is totally unacceptable, and we won't forget this.

Pros: Friendly crew/staff
Cons: I don't like paying for carry-on luggage, especially when I had no idea until I was about to board the plane. My seat was uncomfortable. I thought Row 5 on an Airbus 320 would have reclining seats, but to my disappointment it did not. I was surprised when the attendant informed me that most of the seats in the front front of the aircraft do NOT recline. Overall, flying Frontier reminded me of the one or two times I flew Spirit. I have avoided that airline ever since, and I will probably do the same with Frontier.

Cons: Left the gate on time. Arrived at the gate in Atlanta early.

Cons: The flight was delayed for nearly 4 hours. This caused considerable annoyance and a significant shuffling of the rest of my travel plans. The flight should have departed at 10:30. It was delayed until 2:18. Lunch vouchers were given to passengers, however these were not distributed until 1:15. By that time many passengers had already eaten lunch (including myself) and with the flight boarding in ~30 there wasn't really enough time to get something to eat anyway. If these had been issued 11:30 -12:00 it would have been much more useful.

Pros: The only thing I liked about the flight is that we reached our destination safely.
Cons: I didn't like how the airline didn't stick to their schedule. I understand that flights get delayed often.gut for a flight to get delayed 3 times is ridiculous. Our flight was supposed to leave at 5:20pm MTD and land on Atlanta before 11pm EST. We were notified about the delay about less than an hour before the flight. It was pushed to 5:50. Then 6:25. The actual flight didn't leave until almost 7:30 pm and landed in Atlanta passed 1am. This caused me south inconvenience. First, I had to take a half day off from work when I could've worked and got paid a full day. Next, the airline wasted hours of my time I can't get back. Time I could've spent with my family that I'm only seeing for a short period of time. By the time we got to the airport, which was way later than expected, the concourse trains were not operating anymore. What should've been a quick ride from concourse D to T turned out to be a 20+ minute walk to get out of the airport. Lastly, I missed my ride after getting of the airport. I was supposed to ride the train (Marta), but due to the delay, I missed the last ride. Not only was I inconvenienced but it trickled down to my family and had to wake up on the wie hours of the morning to pick me up at 2am. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

Pros: That they held the plane to make my connection
Cons: My connection was late, then my ticket was not working and the attendant had to manually check is in. She was EXTREMELY unprofessional even sating tons customer " I can only work as fast as I can DUDE, I'm the only one here" in which I verbally reprimanded her for her unprofessional attitude. Then we sat in the plane for an additionaL HOUR for a "mechanical issue".... which appeared to be them filling up the plane. I am so highly dissatisfied that not only will I never ever book frontier again, but I made sure to review the company in social media and all my friends/family/clients. I don't pretend to understand the airline industry, but I do know BAD BUSINESS when I see it. Absolutely TERRIBLE.

Pros: The stewards were polite on the plane.
Cons: Flight was delayed 7 hours for maintenance. The passengers were packed like sardines into seats with so little legroom that even my 5'5 frame had my knees against the seat in front of me, the seats don't lean back and there's not even room to put your head down on the 2×3 tray which is only there for looks because it couldn't possibly be used to actually hold anything. Two screaming toddlers rounded out the worst flight I've ever been on. I would never recommend frontier airlines, you really do get what you pay for.

Pros: Flight arrived early on first leg and on time second leg.
Cons: I didn't like that I was charged 40 dollars each way for a CARRY ON! REALLY? 80 additional dollars? I might have considered another airline if I had known you were going to bend me over at the gate.Very misleading on the fares. Should be in big flashing letters. "HEY IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE CARRY ON IT"S $40 BUCKS EACH WAY! The new SLIMLINE PRE-RECLINED SEATS were not comfortable. The fact that even a small snack or drink was charged for was also a disappointment. Why not just be honest about your fares and and raise them a little say maybe 5.00 dollars and allow 1 carry on with an additional laptop bag or purse? Very misleading in that respect. But I give them props (pun intended) for being on time. That was the best part. I'd give them and over all 3.9 just because of the misleading stuff. Otherwise they would have gotten a 5 out of 5.

Pros: For a traveller, without any luggage or even a small carry- on, with a very nominal fee, it is the best & economical way to travel. For example, in my case, my son & myself had to take all his stuff like sofa, bed, dressers, chairs, tables, & kitchen wares other household items in a U-Haul & drove his car ti Cincinnati, Ohio (as he finished his studies in GMC & had to start his residency in children hospital in Cin......After unloading all the stuff in his apartment, I had fly back to Atlanta with only a small backpack, there was no sense to pay about $250.00 with Delta, it was a logical way of coming by Frontier costing less than $50.00. with comfortable seats within an hour.

Pros: Read the fine print. This airline is cheap for a reason. There is a fee for carry on bags, and nothing is complementary. Seating is randomized unless you pay extra for a preferred seat. I opted for the cheapest option, no carry on and a random seat. This placed me at the back next to the rest room, but that's how it goes. Seats were very small, with the least leg room I've ever experienced. Thankfully, my flight was only 2 hrs long, and though we were delayed boarding 30minutes, we still arrived on time. Crew was very friendly and the plane was clean. I would recommend this airline for a short flight in which you have no luggage!
Cons: I'm 6'1, and I wish I would have paid extra for a "stretch" seat. No leg room in the regular seats.

Pros: Nothing!!
Cons: My flight was delayed for 6 and a half hours. On top of that the airline charges $35 each way to have a carry on so I had to pay $70 on top of my already $200 something ticket. Then they charged $2 on the flight for a soda which is normally complimentary on all other airlines I have flown on. Then when I called customer service they said there was nothing they could do or credit any of the fees I incurred from paying for carry on baggage and said it was too bad the flight was delayed they didn't care at all.

Pros: For a cheap, quick flight under 3 hours this was a reasonable flight. It has the bare essentials, especially if you are traveling alone or without children. The crew was friendly and unlike the flight TO Miami (delayed by almost 2 hours for maintenance reasons---the a/c was not working and the airplane was very hot. Luckily everyone was told to return to the gate and wait for the problem to be fixed) this return flight was actually early! The plane was clean and in good condition.
Cons: Aside from previous mentioned delay to destination, the unknown fact that you have to pay for your carry on luggage AFTER ticket purchase was a bit of a shocker...but for such a cheap ticket price I was expecting some hidden fee's along the way. Having to pay for something as simple as coffee or a small snack (what happened to free peanuts and pretzels?) seemed a bit excessive also so i was extremely disappointed at this also. Also, the trays on the seat backs were EXTREMELY small, just about big enough for a tablet so I am not sure who the airline is saving that space for?.. Again, this is a great airline for short flights but I don't know if i will be using them for a long flight in my future unless they have aircraft's with more comfortable options.

Pros: It was an OK flight. Everything is a la carte. I didn't realize this because I have never flown frontier before. I was traveling light anyways, so it did allow me a cheaper flight. I mainly picked them for the departure time. In the future, I probably would pay the 49 bucks for what they call "the works". It bundles a lot of their a la carte services into a better deal. We did catch a tail wind and turned a 3 hour flight into a 2 hour flight. I guess the upside to the paid carry on rule was that there were a lot less carry on, which made boarding and exiting the plain easier.
Cons: They want you to pay for everything. It does keep you from paying for stuff you don't want or need, which is good for me, but it would have been very bad if it had been my wife. I guess it is OK if you are aware of this, but I didn't realize until after I bought my ticket. You are allowed one personal item for free, but carry on and checked baggage are extra. Again, I only had a backpack ( personal item) but if my wife had been with me, it would have gotten expensive fast. The crew was kind of snippy. If you want food or drinks you have to pay with your credit card. Entertainment was non existent other than the in-flight credit card sales pitch.

Pros: I checked in at the ticket counter paid for my bag and then went to the gate. I waited two hours and then started to board the plane they scanned my ticket and I began to walk down the aisle. I was then stopped and told I could not fly in less I paid $60 for my carry-on !!!! I have flown with the exact same carry-on multiple times and never paid for it this is absurd and I want my refund ! Frontier airlines is a horrible company with terrible customer service I will never fly with them again and I want my refund for my bag. I was a long-term customer however I am disgusted with my recent flight !
Cons: I checked in at the ticket counter paid for my bag and then went to the gate. I waited two hours and then started to board the plane they scanned my ticket and I began to walk down the aisle. I was a long-term customer however I am disgusted with my recent flight !

Cons: The flight was delayed for nearly 4 hours, without notice or explanation for most of that time - even though it was a foregone conclusion, because a replacement aircraft had to be flown from CA to FL for maintenance reasons. Then, the counter personnel were arrogant and offensive in dealing with disappointed passengers (who would not be arriving at their destination until 2 am). Frontier is absolutely the worst airline I have dealt with in the past several years, and I am not likely to ever book a flight on Frontier again - especially since the hidden fees tend to make the ultimate price nearly the same as other airlines.

Pros: Nothing!
Cons: When I purchase tickets, I like to be able to compare prices fairly. They do not do a good job disclosing you have to pay additional for luggage. Carry on is more than checked bags and if you don't do it online, it is more when you get to the airport. If you want a seat with your fellow passenger, the only way to ensure you sit together is by paying for a seat which is additional. Also, the only beverage you receive that is free is water. Anything you purchase can only be completed with a debit or credit card. So you can add an additional $200 for a roundtrip to your purchase price!

Pros: They don't comply with thier own policies. Thier website says a carry on bag and a personal item (such as a laptop bag) is allowed free of charge. When i reach their with a very tiny suitcase and a laptop bag, the front end staff tells me I am fine and can go ahead with the sevurity line. But when I reach at the gate and just as I am about to enter the flight a frontier employee snatches my bording pass and says that I have to pay $60 for my one item, as only one item is allowed. And she was so rude that she wouldn't listen to anything. Says the gate closes in 3mins if you wanna get in this flight pay $60 or else she wont let me in. I had no choice other than to pay. This was through kayak. I would request kayak to not keep any kinda relation qith such ripoff fraud companies, if they don't want bunch of bad reviews them self. Frontier has already millions of bad reviews and one more added from my side just now. I would never ever travel frontier again. N by the way the flight sucked as well.

Pros: It was straight through, no layovers.
Cons: The snacks that cost $3 or more apiece? There was no entertainment, not even a magazine like Sky Mall, and the seat didn't recline, and the tray wasn't big enough for my two snacks and a soda... why did I have to pay for a seat, and then for my bag? Why didn't you just include that in the price, so it wasn't misleading. My ticket really cost $98 more than you quoted it at, and had I known that I could have gotten a cheaper flight from another carrier that was more than your listed price, but included the "extras" you charged me for, and it would have been overall cheaper, and I could have had a reclining seat and a full size tray table... I mean really? I've had better amenities on a military flight!

Pros: arrived 20 mins early. good drink selection
Cons: couldn’t scan iphone ticket. had to go in separate line and get printout. inefficient boarding.

Pros: Puntual

Pros: Affordable ticket
Cons: The flight could have been on time and they could have at least had less people on the flight because of COVID

Pros: Got to my destination quickly

Cons: Social distancing!!

Pros: The seats were comfortable to me.
Cons: There wasn’t any entertainment, not really a lot of space, tray to put food or your laptop on was really small.

Pros: Awesome
Cons: N/A

Pros: I don’t like how i bought a soda and some chips and it came to 50$ I’m not understanding that at all
Cons: Don’t overcharge my card

Cons: Seats

Pros: It was a quick ride
Cons: Not charging passengers for a drink that should be complimentary

Pros: Everything went well and smooth, clean plane.

Cons: Waited 1 hr to get bags from baggage claim

Pros: On time
Cons: Worst seat on the plane. Had to pay more for my carry on bag than my flight ticket

Pros: The actual flight( taxi, takeoff, cruise, approach, landing)
Cons: I am writing this review while waiting for my luggage. IT’S BEEN one hour. The ground crew wasn’t ready at ATL to guide the plane in, we had to wait. The boarding process was disorganized, with only 2 folks available to help our citizen on wheelchairs. My flight took off from Terminal 3 (gate E9), but how come nowhere was it mentioned that SPIRIT check in was on Terminal 4 (out of Fort Lauderdale). UPDATE: still waiting on my check in luggage. We reached the gate at 12:36 (midnight) and it’s now 1:33 am. Are we serious here? NEVER WILL I EVER FLY SPIRIT NOR RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. Kayak, I wish there was a way to block results from certain airlines.... in this Case SPIRIT.

Cons: There was nothing to like about this trip because the website would not send me a boarding pass although I checked in online twice the day before, so I never had the opportunity to even get in the gate. I asked for a boarding pass through an email and it didn't come through, twice. I did not think much of it because I have had problems receiving emails from Spirit in the past and I have always been able to log into my account and access the boarding pass on the website. The morning of the flight, the website locked me out and wouldn't allow me to log in. I actually had to leave the security line to try to sort the issue out. The kiosk at the airport told me I was at the wrong airport (I was not). I went to the front desk and the agent was SUPREMELY unhelpful and unconcerned, and marked me as a no show at 7:05 for a flight leaving at 7:25. Even though I was standing right in front of her. Even though I had left the security line to deal with the issue. I had to get to my destination that day, which happens to be the reason I bought a ticket in the first place, so I had to spend an additional $500 on a Southwest ticket because the agent at the front desk of Spirit said I had no other options with Spirit that day. I called customer service and despite escalating the issue to a manager, I was essentially told "sorry for your luck" and sent on my way. The manager even asked, at the end of the call after telling me a refund would not be possible, if I wanted to purchase an airline ticket while I was on the phone. I have bought a fair number of Spirit tickets in the past. I unfortunately already have a ticket lined up with Spirit Airlines in November but I will never be purchasing another ticket from this airline again. It was an absurd scenario - I paid for a ticket and was not able to redeem the ticket I paid for - and I should not be have to pay the price for Spirit Airlines having poor IT.

Pros: Crew was professional and outgoing.
Cons: Customer service personnel at the Fort Lauderdale International Airport were disinterested and unfriendly. Processes seem unorganized and no one appears to be in charge. One person in particular who was calling out cities to customers standing in line in order to move them to an agent quicker due to them being close to the boarding time had horrible body language once he identified the people in the city he called out. He looked disgusted and was shaking his head and acting like they committed a crime. The opposite approach could be to be friendly and just go with the flow, it won't be the first or last time you will have people running late in an airport. On top of that, no one is perfect and I would bet every dollar in my savings account that he has been running late before. I hate Spirit and would never fly with them if I wasn't forced to based on job requirements. I'm honestly surprised Spirit is still in business. Remarkable.

Pros: Swap to Delta flight.
Cons: Return ticket also cancelled without my knowledge. Had to argue to get return ticket restored.

Pros: Not much
Cons: My first time flying with Spirit and it started off bad to begin with. First learned that you can't carry on a bag without a $55 per leg fee adding 50% more to the trip. We decided to check one bag instead at a cost of $40 per leg but then Spirit considers over 40 Lbs overweight instead of 50 like other airlines so another $30 for overweight per leg for an extra $140 for the trip. Then soft drinks are $3 everything costs more. I will say the flight crew did a great job when there was a heart attack on our flight and they attended to him with great care. Then our flight back was cancelled due to the Hurricane but no other airline had to cancel that far out from the hurricane actually hitting. It seems Spirit couldn't get flights to Chicago with nothing to do with Atlanta. In fact we ended up driving all the way back to Atlanta only to see Delta and other airlines landing at the airport 11 hours later. Only Spirit wouldn't fly in more than a day before it effected the area. They did at least refund most of my money. I'll just never fly them again.

Pros: The flight down was fine. The plane seemed new and well-appointed. Boarding and staff were fine.
Cons: My return flight was affected by Hurricane Irma. Spirit's first response was understandable under the circumstances, and I felt that they handled it as well as could be expected. They canceled my flight, notifying me about 8 hours prior to the flight, and automatically booked me for a new one for the next day. However, when I arrived for that flight, they cancelled after I was already checked in. The lack of prior notification -- and the fact that it was now two days after the tropical storm -- made me think that this was poorly handled. At that point, I bought a ticket on another airline. Spirit emailed me two $50 vouchers with an apology, which I appreciate, but I plan to contact them for a refund.

Cons: Flight departed early leaving me and several other passengers behind. Luckily they were able to put us on next available flight but it wasn't for another 5 hours (they even tried to charge for their error but eventually gave in after the line of angry customers that had also missed their flight). Then that flight was delayed 2 hours. Didn't get into Atlanta until 2:30 am!! Plus $50+ baggage fee each way. Low cost ticket ended up costing me more once I factored in time and money lost. I'll be sure to take my next flight on a more reliable airline.

Cons: They delayed the flight by 5 hours and flew in early so 20 of us missed that later flight, even though we received an email it was coming in on time moments after it left. I had to cancel and fly with Delta. The next dayI had to go to retrieve my suitcase from Fort Lsuderdale. I ended up flying into West Palm Beach. I will never fly Spirit for any money ever again. The hidden costs are ridiculous. I had no choice but to buy a seat because there are no free seats. That flight costed more than double the original cost.

Pros: Staff gave me a refund for return flight& baggage fee
Cons: I was supposed to depart at 10 pm. Flight was delayed twice via email & again once I arrived at the airport to 1:40 am. Around 1 am, the flight was cancelled. There was almost an angry & very immature mob at the gate desk for flight rebooking or refunds. There were few flights for the following evening, which sold out quickly; then rebooking were for the day after that. They did not offer to cover any hotel arrangements. The staff handled it pretty well, but it made my wait to get a refund even longer. I had to find a rental car to drive overnight from Orlando to Atlanta. I finally got home at 10:30 am.

Pros: Fast boarding.
Cons: The airline didn't allow me to print my boarding pass until 8:30 pm on the night before my scheduled 8:38 am departure. At that time the fliglht departure time was delayed. In the morning the flight was delayed again. Fortunately I had a three hour layover in Atlanta, so the delays only meant less of a layover. The seats were uncomfortable. It was a clear day without many clouds, but somehow the pilots on both of my flights weren't able to hold the planes steady during the takeoffs, climbing to altitude, and approaches for landings. The planes were wobbling a lot---like they were no longer on smooth automatic pilot.

Pros: The price
Cons: The experience felt a bit chaotic and impersonal. It's a bit stressful to manage all the extra costs as well. I tend to enjoy flying but I mostly just wanted to get this experience over with. Spirit gets you from point A to point B, safely but there's nothing enjoyable about it. Also, on the flight back we waited on the runway almost 45 minutes for an open terminal. We were about 30 minutes early but that wouldn't explain the terminal opening up 15 mins after our expected arrival time. However, I don't know if this was Spirit's fault or the airport's.

Cons: We were over 1 hour late getting to Orlando as there was a passenger who was on the plane in stand by . Spirit overbooked the flight and they down 45 minutes trying to resolve the issue. I was suppose to get to Orlando at 10:30 . I got to Orlando at 12;30 . I had to be up and ready at 6:00 . It took me 45 minutes to get a ride. This past Thursday I was suppose to fly spirit to New Orleans . The security people search me for around 40 minutes . The plane was still at the tarmac however the spirt person had closed the ramp and would not let me on the plane . The plane set there for additional 25 minutes . I drove to New Orleans for 7 hours for a meeting. I will never , ever fly spirit again .

Pros: I paid twice as much to check bags as I do on other airlines. It costed me a total of $94 to check one bag to and from. Also the customer service was poor. It took forever to claim my luggage because the flight attendants told me an incorrect carousel number. I was on a wild goose in the airport and because of this I obviously don't feel it was worth the extra money checking bags. Also I didn't like that I had to become an online member only to save ten bucks on my returning checked luggage. Don't waste your money!

Pros: This flight was canceled because the AC didn't work. I rescheduled for the next day (after being on hold for at least 20 min), but was almost charged a rescheduling fee of more than $100. I am disappointed to be away from home still, but am more concerned with how disorganized they were during this process. It took them hours to decide to cancel the flight, and once they did still more time to clarify where people should go and what the next steps should be. People were left in a line of at least 100 people, but only attended to 2 at a time. No one was directed to call Spirit, even though it would obviously be the most efficient way to get the line moving. Yes, machinery goes wrong, but this should not get in the way of customer service.

Pros: Flight was on time
Cons: Staff was okay. Airline charges $65-100 for a CARRY ON. Most ridiculous price I have ever heard off. I had a backpack as I was pre-warn by an employee before I left for the airport. One poor lady had a purse and her laptop bag and they told her they would have to charge her 65 dollars. You will be chargered to print out your boarding pass and will only allow you to check in online and print boarding pass if you sign up for their site and promotions. This airline makes it blantanly obvious they are all about the profit.

Pros: That I arrived to my destination safely
Cons: Checkin was horrible, ridiculous lines, no one explaining where to go, checkin machines were down, no tsa prescreen, excessive fees for everything including check in, boarding passes, carry on luggage, seat assignment, pretzels, most importantly, my flight was delayed by over 3 hours and no explanation was provided as to why. Then once my flight arrived in atl, it selected the fartherest gate to deplane and worth the airport train out of service, all passengers were required to walk over 5 miles to get to baggage claim. Since we were the last plane to arrive to the airport (2:40 a.m.) I felt they could have gotten is a closer gate. Every time I fly Spirit something has always happened with the flight i.e. delayed, canceled, gate change at last minute ect.) And no one ever apologises for the inconvenience. The closest I've ever obtained is for this flight in the form of an email with a $50 voucher of my next flight with them which I will never use bc I will never fly Spirit again.

Pros: The flight was on time. The price was great. The seats & leg room were decent.
Cons: It was okay. The person next to me wore a very heavy perfume & I have an allergy which gave me a migraine. The flight attendant wouldn't let me move to an empty seat. She appeared to think that I wanted to move because the person next to me was a larger person. I was clear that the size of the person next to me had nothing to do with it. So I spent the entire flight covering my nose to minimize the effect, in pain, nauseated & clearly making the larger person next to me feel bad. All could have been avoided by allowing me to move to an empty seat

Pros: I liked the price of the ticket. It was a great deal for a relatively short flight from New Orleans to Atlanta. I liked that you knew up front what was and was not covered by the ticket price. There was actually better leg room than I thought there would be.
Cons: The seats seemed smaller than most airlines' coach seats. The seats were also a little harder with what seemed like a thin cushion. It was not possible to put a magazine or bottle of water in any kind of holder on the back of the seat immediately in front of me b/c there were only elastic cords holding the safety cards and other airline items in the cords (and no bottle or water or magazine could be put in that). I wanted to go back in after I printed my boarding pass so that I could add a bag, but was not able to do that; I understand why that was the case. I only wish I had realized before the last minute to leave for the airport that I was going to need to pay for a bag if I wanted to bring more items with me. The flight was delayed at least 30 minutes so that a light bulb could be changed on a piece of equipment in the cockpit.

Pros: While I appreciate the cheaper price point for the flight, it reminds me a lot like a doctor with no bedside manner. Sure you need the service and sure you need an operation, but he could careless about how you feel. You are not his main priority. Spirit Airlines is a militant first-order type that sees its money-paying customer as a means to an end. 2 contrasting points of view: Delta V. Spirit One time I flew on a Delta flight that was late arrive to the gate by 30 minutes. The gate attendants wheel a giant cart out full of snacks, soda, and the like. They announced the situation and gave us all the opportunity to have as many snacks as we wanted. This past flight I flew on Spirit. At both Baltimore and Atlanta the gate attendants didn't give us any clue about our flights until it had arrived. Our first flight was delayed by 1 hours. Then 2 hours. Then an hour before the flight, I got an email that said it would be on time. Thankfully the email also had the gate number because Spirit obviously won't even spring for a working screen at their gate. We moved to the right gate to find they didn't even have a screen with any information. The flight back from Atlanta was pretty much the same, except they had a working screen (which is a plus.) Our flight was delayed and didn't arrive until our departure time. The gate attendant never told us this. We understood it was late because we could see no plane at the gate.
Cons: The cheaper price point.

Pros: At first the cost, but I learned the hard way u get less than what u pay for
Cons: They charged me for every single bag, no such thing as a carry on with them... I thought they were going to charge me for my purse. Then NO type of curiosity snack,u pay for everything, then Spirit had about 5 international flights all land at about the same time, customs in ft Lauderdale was a mess, myself and about 250 other people missed our connecting flights n had no curiosity hotel, restaurant vouchers nothing, we had to sleep outside on the floor cause the next flight was at 8am n I was not missing that flight... So like I said NEVER AGAIN!

Pros: The seating and the Captain of the plane
Cons: I ended up spending another $600 to get home from Vegas with another airline July 18th 2016. The manager at the gate in Vegas his name was "Omaha" did absolutely nothing to help me get home what made the experience even worse the next flight was a connecting flight that was sold out so they tried to fly me to Detroit where I would have been stuck til the next day and they didn't care about me having to work the next day. I also payed the extra $52 baggage fee with Spirit leaving Vegas but that needs to be refunded as well as my flight that was previously paid for that I take. Overall because of the unhelpful employees I had to spend an extra $600 to fly with another airline to make it home that day and I also pay $52 baggage fee with Spirit that I didn't even use that needs to be refunded.

Pros: The crew was relatively nice and patient about peoples issues/problems. The tickets were cheap and literally you get what you pay for.
Cons: The thing about a cheap airline is that, sure it might not be the most comfortable flight, but at least it'll get you from point A to point B, right? Well with all the delay problems, I began to doubt that was possible. 1. They overbooked the flight, which they do on all flights apparently. It doesn't make any sense that if I or anyone else bought their tickets weeks in advance, that we need to wait on those who bought tickets last minute for an ALREADY FULL FLIGHT, and see if someone would give up seats for them. Its not the last minute customers fault and its not the early buyers fault, its Spirit's fault for overbooking their flights. If I was a waiter at an Italian restaurant, and I sold out of all the lasagna dishes, you wouldn't expect me to take in more orders for lasagna and ask other tables if they would give up their lasagna for the next table over! If you sold all of you seats, say the flight isn't available. 2. Last minute "flight delays" We were all buckled in and we were about to leave our gate. All of a sudden we stopped and the pilot came over the intercom. He told us that we were delayed because "we had to pick up company cargo to bring to Atlanta", which wouldn't have been bad if it wasn't at the last minute! We waited 5 minutes, 10 minutes, etc. About 50 minutes later we finally heard back from the pilot saying that we were waiting on another plane to bring in that cargo! Everyone around me was in agreement that we should've either left without getting the cargo or waited off of the plane before we boarded. Analogy time! If we were at that same Italian restaurant and you were about to leave from you table since you paid for your check, and I stopped you and said that you had to vacuum under/around your table before you left. You agreed to it, but I told you the vacuum was in another restaurant and you had to wait for it to be delivered to our restaurant. If it wasn't originally meant to be on our flight, don't delay the flight to get it on there. I'll save you the time and tell you that there were extra delays getting off of the plane, so if you were needing to rush to connect to a flight, then you weren't going to make it. (telling everyone to sit down when you already told them to stand, flight attendants leaving the plane first, etc). If you chose to still fly Spirit, only have a carry on and BUY THE $10 FLIGHT INSURANCE. If your flight leaves on time and you don't have any connecting flights, maybe you can risk it for the price, otherwise spend the $20 more to fly on another airline!

Pros: I liked that I never flew with this airline.
Cons: My flight that was supposed to be only two hours from Baltimore to Atlanta never happened. Upon arrival to check my bag, a mere twenty minutes after receiving an "on time" email from the airline, they canceled the flight. Not delayed, straight up canceled it. The next flight offered to me would be two days later arriving late Saturday night and with a layover. Their customer service was terrible, no one cared that they were putting so many people out from families to single travelers. It was nuts. I eventually got a refund and flew out the next day on a different airline, vowing to never book with Spirit again.

Pros: The crew and the airport staff was amazing!
Cons: The horrible baggage add process. It took me a total of 6 hours to add a bag to reservation. 3 calls to customer service and hours on their broken site trying to add baggage. I finally escalated to a supervisor who said (after speaking with other representives who told me something was wrong with my browser) that I couldn't add bags to a reservation that had already been checked into. She unchecked me and I was able to add the baggage for a very large fee. Kayak- I do all my business with you but if you continue to do business with Spirit and not Southwest, I will use other sources.

Cons: Flight was cancelled, due to maintenance issue. spent all day in the airport, flight was scheduled to leave at 10am found out at. 3pm that is was cancelled, staff was very rude, gave us a card to call spirit to rebook. When called the agent couldn't help for an hr due to a system update and asked me to call back in a hr and to keep trying number. No one in the airport was willing or able to help to rebook. Conflicting information was given by the gate, check in desk and the agent on the phone. We received a $7 food voucher after waiting inline 2 hrs for it. And the only options they offered; was to fly to another airport with an 8 hr layover after being in the airport 12 hrs already and catch another flight at 7am. Or to wait two days to get a flight out of ATL. Worst part was the customer service and rude staff. I won't be flying with spirit in the future. Employees stood around instead of helping and had bad attitudes. And no clue as to flight info, or plane status to keep us updated.

Pros: I liked that we had a female pilot on this particular flight.
Cons: I had to pay to get a seat on the plane after I had bought the ticket. Seat prices ranged from $4-$20+, in addition to the plane ticket. There is not a carry on bag included in any of this so you have to pay an additional $45-$55 for a carry on and even more if you want to check a bag. There is no in flight entertainment (I like to read so this I didn't mind too much) or complimentary beverage service. Also, the seats don't recline at all. It ends up being a very uncomfortable flight for the same price you would pay for a better airline that builds that into the price instead of surprising you with fees after the fact. Will likely never fly Spirit again.

Cons: The flight was delayed by weather. However, the Spirit e-mails were inaccurate and I almost missed boarding because I believed the e-mails and the airport board. When I, by chance checked the board, I found out that the incoming plane in question had landed and, therefore, went to the gate and learned that Spirit had "secretly" moved things up and would soon close the door. Had I believed the e-mail from Spirit, I would have been left -- and they would have blamed it on me -- because I relied on Spirit's e-mails.

Pros: I almost swore off Spirit a few years ago, after terrible customer service and unclean planes etc. This trip has made me reconsider. The crew was the best asset. They were entertaining, so pleasant, joking and engaging with customers all while being professional and efficient. Better service than the "premier" airlines that I have recently flown. We were more inclined to order drinks and food onboard because we were in good spirits and felt that we didn't need to wait until touchdown to allow vacation to begin. Thank you for a great experience

Pros: The boarding was great & efficient.
Cons: Crew- Josh, a blond, & brunette. The brunette arguing with passengers. Not explaining the Spirit policy that "Everything costs including water!" Getting an attitude and stating " don't be looking at me like that after the price was stated." Then during the landing process while gathered in the back galley... Spoke about ... Hoping they don't miss there train once arriving at the airport, these people move slow, Josh - We do have 6 wheelchairs but we will see if they can miraculously walk once we arrive. The brunnette, 19f (the water passenger) better hope I don't have the marshals waiting for her, let her look at me one more time!" I was sitting in row 24... Yes I could hear it all.... Completely UNPROFESSIONAL...!

Pros: I like getting out of the airport and vowing to never fly Spirit again.
Cons: Spirit's computer system had an "error" which marked me as a security risk. I had to go through intensive security screening TWICE. I was given a hand written ticket that was not honored at the gate stating their computer error has blocked me from flying. With this status I was unable to take my flight or rebook one. Luckily I got a full refund. Definately not worth the hassle and airport drama I will NEVER fly this airline again. I feel sorry for their employees who have to deal with such a shitty system.

Cons: We had got stuck in traffic on the way to O'hare yet still arrived MORE than 45 minutes before our flight, but the Spirit airlines crew did not even give us the opportunity to ATTEMPT to check in to get our boarding passes. We missed our flight and are now out all of the money we had spent to go enjoy our first wedding anniversary together. This is unacceptable... While I understand that traffic issues fall outside of the airline's responsibility - SHOWING EMPATHY toward our situation could have made things easier, but they didn't - just very cold, non-customer service friendly, garbage. Perhaps if the Spirit airlines team was better at checking people in at the terminal, instead of having a 'who cares' mentality and allowing a 35 person line to be AT A STAND STILL, perhaps we could have made the plane, and I currently could have been writing an amazing review in Florida right now, but I'm not. I am in Indiana, trying to fight with the airline, the travel insurance agency, and others trying to re-coop my losses. this was an overall terrible experience, and I feel like a fool even attempting to try doing this. By all means feel free to contact me to discuss my frustration in person Sean Warren

Cons: No TSA pre-check, $55 fee for a carry on, crowded seating - felt like I was taking a bus. Would rather pay full price for another airline

Pros: Brand new plane, very clean. I didnt pay for any extras, so the crew didn't really do much for me, but they were friendly. Flight arrived in ATL a bit earlier than expected.
Cons: Arrived two hours before the flight and we are lucky that we did as the Spirit airline counters for checking bags at the time of this trip were a disaster. There were what seemed to be at least a couple of hundred people in line. The line had to be split into 4 areas just to give people room to move around in Terminal 4 of FLL airport. The line extended outside of the airport and was blocking the valet parking for the entire terminal. We were asked to move to a new area about 4 times and didn't make it to the counter to check our bag for at least an hour. We were very lucky to even make it to the flight on time. Upon arrival, we were unable to leave plane for at least 15 minutes. (Most likely ATL airport problem, but I'm not sure)

Pros: After a Spirit Airline computer malfunction rendered us hostage (unable to leave the plane) for 4 hours, the passengers were then asked to purchase snacks and beverages. The ac /light/help button panels were falling apart, some partially dangling from the ceiling.
Cons: Spirit Airlines lacks customer service and empathy. The flight attendants that I made contact with were the absolute worst in the industry, and I can't believe they consider themselves to be "professionals". Dena, an attendant with a very unkempt appearance, did not want to be bothered by any of the passengers, and made this very clear by barking orders at anyone who may have asked her a question. I decided to call Spirit Airlines while we were stuck on the tarmac, and quickly found out why Spirit offers the "cheapest" flights. Spirit does not accept any negative feedback; There is no method of relaying a poor customer experience. As Sam from "customer service" told me, "we do not accept complaints. . . You may submit them through the spirit website. . . Someone may or may not get back with you". This is not the way a business should operate.
