American flight was diverted and delayed but app didn’t show that information so I wasn’t able to change my connection until the last min.
Checked bag was severely damaged. Whole corner was riped off including 1 of 4 wheels gone. Insulation exposed. This made it not possible to fly with on my next-day American Airlines flight.
Air condition was not working for long both after boarding and also after landing ; unbearably hot and suffocating
Human interaction. Thought there would be more service-even a smile would have been nice.
It was canceled at the last minute. While I was literally at the airport. Messed my entire trip up.
Moved to earlier flight which unexpectedly had maintenance issues initially indicated as quick fix to ultimately plane changes. Moved back to original flight, also delayed. In all cases customer updates and communication very unclear, no updates on drivers for delays.
Delayed 24 hours. Should have called it much earlier They provided quality accommodations, food vouchers etc. FINALLY The issues started at 8 AM and they cancelled the flight at 11:30 PM, with no plans for a new flight.
Better snacks but flight and crew were amazing on this flight
The flight attendant in business class was excellent! Professional, friendly and attentive.

My flight was delayed by over an hour and the turbulance was horrible.
This flight cancelled. I am in the airport right now and my kids sleep on the floor. We are waiting for information in the line 4 hours and rude woman from spirit airline offers us flight to Austin on 23 February. No water no food offer. The offer to book hotel and they will refund 150$. The nearest hotel 450$ per night. So I got flight to San Antonio 02/22 at 7am. I hate this company, they are rude and no empathy. So many people with kids were there. And I don’t sleep and it is cold here. I don’t have warm clothes for me and my kids. And I don’t have money for transport from San Antonio to my Austin.
The flight was delayed over an hour which got us into DFW at approximately 2:20 am
Terrible. Spirit cancelled the flight with 3 hours notice and were absolutely no help getting another flight. Had to make my own reservation on another airline and arrived in Dallas 12 hours later.
They cancelled the flight due to crew unavailability. The next day they cancelled the flight again.
Cancellation policy fee was not mentioned when booking else I never would have booked this. Customer service was very rude
That gate is like a ducking shelter at Newark No where to sit Outlets that don’t work Bathrooms that are dirty
For the cost you can't e too critical, but the inablitiy to recline the seat and minimal cushioning in the seats made for a less than comfortable flight. Other than that we had an ealry departure and arrival, boarding was smooth.
