We were making a move to Mexico from the U.S., and we were amazed at how pleasant the trip was. We had quite a few pieces of luggage, and everyone was extremely helpful. The crew and staff from both Delta and AeroMexico were great, and made our trip as easy as possible. Thanks to all!

They kept changing our time and thus we were trapped on the tarmac for 4 hrs. Had we known, some of us could have gotten off the plane and rerouted so as not to miss our connecting flight. We and others were stuck in Atlanta, had t okay for a hotel....and missed a day of vacation....☹️"

Cons: "The crew, the food, the tv capability, the amenities. Overall it was the worst international flight I have ever been on. They confiscated my unopened beer I purchased after security point. They had me assigned to a wrong seat, so I had to fight my way 20 rows up as people are filing into their seats. The hot towel to clean your hands was dry and cold. The roll was hard as a rock and cold. The crew was rude and unapproachable. It took almost 3 hours to get them to reset my tv and when she finally did it glitched the whole time I tried watching it. The croissant was literally cooked to the paper and had to rip apart Croissant to get the paper off. They didn't serve the cocktail as promised. It was a pretty poor performance on all levels, and if this survey truly means anything, I hope this gets remedied."

Cons: "The plane experienced a mechanical issue forcing us to return to the gate after waiting for an hour. The staff was clearly overwhelmed and focused on moving us along (Cheryl) rather than resolving our need to reach our destinations.it wasn’t until we found one extremely patient and persistent employee (LaShondra-?) who booked us through NYC rather than Atlanta so we reached Rochester on the same day. So the questions are- why don’t the airport hold a larger inventory of parts, why aren’t there back up planes and why doesn’t the software better cope with these types of situations?"

We missed our connection in Atlanta, even though we arrived at the gate in time to see the gate agent shut the door while we were running and waving. We arrived at the gate 8 minutes before the flight departure time also. The flight attendant on the flight from Fayetteville just handed out water and cookies without asking what you wanted. She had coffee and snack mix but didn’t ask anyone, just handed them what they got. Overall I was very disappointed in the flight from Fayetteville, NC to Atlanta and with the gate agents at the Atlanta airport. I usually expect more from delta. They didn’t offer vouchers to make up for the missed connection or offer to pay for a hotel since the next flight out was the next morning."
Cons: "... on top of that I kindly requested to speak with a supervisor and i was denied it. As a customer I deserved that. I would a ticket with Aerolineas and nowhere it said it was delta. I followed the baggage allowance explained on kayak website and on Aerolineas Argentinas. I took a bicycle which is free and i pay $100 to packed it as Aerolineas wanted. When I arrived it was a Delta flight and they told they don't allow bicycles and that i had to play $150. Aerolineas website and kayak clearly says that bicycles were free on my flight. I show the agent my ticket and that no where it said delta to consider what he was saying since it is an alliance but i was not informed about it. He said no and after wait there for a while before boarding i kindly ask to speak with a supervisor and the denied it and disappeared. I request a refund of my fee to you for providing incorrect information."

Cons: "I paid extra for a window seat I sit down after they squeezed us all in like sardines and come to my surprise there is no window in my aisles it had been covered up in plastic . First making my area narrow than all the other seats and between the plane leaving late and the terrible process of loading people on the plane . Delta airlines was all about the up sale from charging for every bag to charging for internet ,food so on and so forth. Also one bathroom in the middle of the plane ? REALLY ? Out of tissue , paper towels , and tissue one hour into the flight . What in the Hell is going on with this airline ? Won’t fly with them again ."
Pros: "Boarding was super quick, as crew wanted to leave before the strong rains and winds came through, so we left early! Plane itself was very modern and surprisingly comfortable, as much as a small space can be. Good amount of entertainment, and the crew were pleasant. And flight itself was smooth with very little turbulence which helps!"

Cons: "flights all on Delta - about one a week for 3 months straight - and yet when Delta cancelled my flight and re-booked they did not give me any upgrade or loyalty as I saw it - I had paid extra for Delta Comfort and they told me the flight they re-booked me on simply did not have any comfort available. However, I was not the one canceling the flight and re-booking - that is their problem and after so much loyalty for years I feel like I should have gotten some kind of upgrade for free...If I have to cancel - I have to pay fees - but if they cancel - I lose ...despite being a very loyal SkyMiles customer. I am quite disillusioned with Delta now and will have to look around to see what other airlines there are now - and my entire family - and what kind of loyalty they give to their loyal customers. It needs to be a two-way"

Check in person played on her phone and didn’t even look at you when asking what seat was I assigned . Going from Atlanta to Fort Lauderdale the check in person was so rude there where 5 people askI’m her what’s her problem . The crew the flight was excellent but the Atlanta check in desk really dropped the ball 2 times . If I was the manger I would fire the whole staff and If I was above the manager I would fire them as well as I’m. Sure this is not an isolated occasion."

Cons: "I was shy about 45 min of boarding my flight. I didn't want to do self check out because I wanted to make sure my Itinerary was right so I went to a clerk. She did my boarding pass by verifying who I was and by my Id and printed out. I then go to security they asked for my Id and boarding pass. I gave it to them and she was like Ingrad is not your name doesn't match your ID. I said no it doesn't your going to have to go back up and get my boarding pass redone again. I was Furious and frustrated because I didn't want to miss my flight over a mix up from one of your Clerks and at the time she never asked me if I wanted a window seat or not . This made for a bad experience going to Atlanta but I was grateful that I didn't miss my flight."

Cons: "Crew allows the first zones to place both their carryon and personal items in overhead storage, filling the bins before many travelers board the plane. We are then asked to check our bag, and are forced to put our 1 bag between our legs, whole many people stored two overhead. Flight was delayed a few minutes and time was not made up in air. Delta changed a few of our flights before we were even off the plane, while other passengers were allowed to keep their original flight (originally we all had the same connecting flight). Looks to me like they overbooked and pulled some of us randomly. Also, my checked bag was sent on wrong plane, and sat unattended at next airport for 2 hours."

Pros: "Our Delta plane was brand spanking new. Everything worked and the inflight entertainment system was fantastic with many movies to choose from, free headphones, games, tv shows, etc. The crew was polite and the seating at least as comfortable as expected for a 4 hour flight."
Cons: "The restrooms in the rear of the plane were remarkably small, even by airline standards. I'm a somewhat larger person and I fit, but I know a lot of people who would literally not be able to fit on the toilet without touching both of the sidewalls or risk getting stuck in there. The boarding process at San Jose Del Cabo was the most ridiculous setup I've ever experienced. There were numerous flights boarding out of the same gates and at least 3 or 4 lines for different destinations forming on a ramp just outside the gates. There were guys with signs trying to herd people into the correct lines and then loading the people onto buses which took you out to the planes. The planes were loading from both the front and rear doors and people were getting tangled up inside because of the haphazard loading process. Very easy for a person to end up on an incorrect plane!!"

We paid extra for the convenience of a direct flight Our flight was changed without notification to a connecting flight that was leaving 10 minutes earlier and arriving 2 hours later. Due to malfunction with the kiosk and not a sufficient amount of agents at check in, we missed our flight by 4 minutes. The gate agent seemed to enjoy telling us, with our 10 month old baby, that we were too late. Our baggage, including car seat, had been loaded on the plane. We were reassigned to a flight the following morning. We missed a full day with family, had to travel back home without a car seat and return to the airport the following day. I was shocked and disappointed that not single Delta agent was accommodating or remotely helpful while we were at the airport. I've never had a problem with Delta before. We travel on regularly and would like to continue using Delta. I would like a voucher for my next Delta trip."

Cons: "On the MSP to ATL leg the gate crew made a huge deal about checking rolling bags. They even stopped us at check-in and nearly begged us to check our bags pointing to the backed up jetway. But we had a lot of unpacking to do before checking our bags so we politely declined three times. On getting to our seats there were at least 8 open slots for bags near us. I heard a crew member call forward to say "tell them no more rollaboards" so they forced everyone left to check. On departure they slammed shut several very large empty overheads. WTF"
Cons: "the older stuardess on my flight from Cancun to Atlanta was very misinformed- told me my carry on wouldn't fit in the over head bin... it did. Told me I had to check my duty free liquor.. I didn't. Told me I couldn't bring all of my liquor in to the US... I could. I just kept saying ok to her just to shut her up, but she ensued with her comments and wrong info as if I don't travel as often as I do. Perhaps she was attempting to be helpful, but it came off as obnoxious and rude especially since she was wrong on every accord. Humbleness and customer service training would do her very good. All other DELTA staff have been great."

Pros: "for a 9.5 hour flight, the seat was actually pretty comfortable. The A330 is definitely more comfortable than 767. While the food sucked on my outbound flight from atlanta to london, the food on the amsterdam to atlanta flight was pretty good. there was a lunch, a snackbox and then a hot snack before landing. There was plenty of beer to drink so that made the flight better."
Cons: "first, the entertainment system was busted. you could use the flight tracker and play games, but couldn't watch any movies or tv shows. They only told us about this 5 minutes before boarding. There was wifi so you could stream shows to a tablet, but that assumed you had a tablet and that it was charged because the usb ports on the nonfunctioning entertainment system were, you guessed it, nonfunctional. Fortunately we had charged tablets and were able to stream some shows but they kept buffering and locking up because the gogo wifi wasn't working very well. About half the flight attendants were friendly but the other half obviously didn't want to be there. The last half hour was pretty bumpy due to remants of a hurricane in the area. The person behind me was frantically looking for a barf bag but we found out that most of the seats didn't have them. So that could have been ugly. I flew delta for the skymiles but based on this trip I will either fly on their partners (virgin, klm, airfrance) for reduced mile credit, or choose a different airline."
Cons: "Planned my trip for my birthday/10 year anniversary. The first leg of the trip, flying from ft Lauderdale to atlanta was ok except for the pilot having to circle around bc he was too close to the airplane in front to land. This made us supposedly late to our connecting flight which by the way was not supposed to leave before 8:10. My husband and I arrived at the gate about 10 minutes before only to be told that the door was locked. Needless to say, we weren't the only ones. When we got up to the desk, the attendant was extremely rude. I was having a conversation with my husband about a dog that had just passed us . She immediately made her way into the conversation asking me what i was saying. I told her I was talking to my husband about the dog and under her breath said : " I'm sure you were." I then told her that i was more than sure about what I was talking about. We get booked on another flight and my seat was the only one without a working monitor. We asked the suitardess to see o If there was anything that could be done They tried to reset it to no avail. Since we didn't say anything else, it was forgotten about. My husband shared his screen with me so that I wasn't totally bored on the flight. Not the way I wanted to start off my birthday but I'm glad that nightmare is over Delta really needs to retrain their employees on customer service bc it leaves a lot to be desired!"

My pregnant wife and I made it to the gate 4 minutes before the scheduled departure and they told us the plane was already gone and there was no way for us to get on the plane. Our bags did make it to Sioux Falls, so my wife didn't have her prenatal vitamins, , we had no clean clothes and we were forced to spend the night in Atlanta. The saddest part of yet another terrible experience with Delta was that they offered us a "discounted" room at a terrible Howard Johnson for $72. I looked online and the same hotel was $65 to book on Kayak. So basically Delta was trying to scam us after they screwed us. Thanks Delta! Instead we paid $200+ to stay at an airport hotel. Every time I fly Delta I regret it, yet occasionally I get forced to take their awful airline to get somewhere I need to go. It never fails to add another bad Delta experience to my long list of failings from this SAD!!! airline."

I've had to purchase a new set of luggage AND will have to pay for them on my next 2 legs on Delta. I apologise for seeming so harsh as I know you've had so much trouble because of the tornadoes, but this leg of my trip cost me an additional $800.00 plus AUD and I was here in the US to care for my father who recently had a 2nd heart attack and my final days in USA were meant to be a holiday, and all I can say is the stress because these expenses have removed any enjoyment (I know I'm looking at this half empty, not half full). Cons: "The redesign of seats means that very few of Delta's planes can actually accommodate a sherpa-style pet carrier, even though they are an industry standard for in-cabin travel. Further complicating the problem is that the clearance under the seat varies depending where in the cabin you're seated. It's become an extremely stressful proposition for which I have the privilege of paying an extra +$100 each way whilst having to give up one of my carry ons. As far as I can see, the charge is just straight up greed, since no one would be able to use the space beneath the seat in front of me, anyway, and carrying on my cat cause zero extra work for the crew. I'm going to have rethink my loyalty to Delta. At least with Southwest, they'll let me check two bags for no additional cost."

Let me change that to I used to prefer Delta, because the times, they are achanging. My home airport is Atlanta, I'm usually traveling to Seattle or Portland; Delta is king in those routes. There's more flight time options, and the entertainment available is better."
Cons: "Here's where the picky comes in. I downloaded the 'Go Go" wifi app beforehand. When I tried to connect I received a message that it wasn't available on my routes. Why couldn't they tell me that it might not work on my routes before they took my money? Further, why wasn't it available? It's not like I was going on a multi city/country trip, this was Atlanta to Portland non-stop. Then there's the 'Premier Seating". I opted for it on my outbound flight and received TSA Pre Check. I didn't buy the seating coming back; I did not receive TSA Pre Check. Coincidence? My fare was more than Alaska Airlines was offering it for, I paid for the wifi that didn't work, and in order to avoid the back of the plane, you must pay. So, I guess I'll be going to Alaska Airlines. They don't have as many flights, but I don't feel dinged for more money every time I turn around."
Cons: "Delta Flight #1661 I paid for 1st class. My first flight was late so I arrived at the gate after boarding began. When the gate attendant scanned my ticket another printed. When he handed me the ticket my seat had changed to seat 25E. I told the attendant that I had paid for first class. He asked me to step aside while he contacted his supervisor, Joe. Then I had to wait until ENTIRE flight had boarded which defeated part of the reason I paid for the upgrade. This was on top of the fact I was so thirsty because 1st flight didn't have drink service and because it was late I had to book it to the connection arriving sweaty, hot and needing to use the bathroom. I was told they had given my seat away to someone as a free upgrade. Joe offered me a $100 voucher to take other seat which was less than I paid for 1st class, plus the seat was a middle seat in the rear of the plane. When I told him as much, he tried to manipulate me by telling me that they would have to kick someone out of my seat. When I declined the downgrade, they made me stand by while they kicked someone out of my seat which was embarrassing and humiliating. Then, when they handed me a new boarding pass, it was not the seat I had paid for and selected, instead it was in the first row, which I’ve always hated because there is no under seat storage and I cannot keep my backpack with me. When I pay for first class, it is primarily so that I can board first and so that I have extra room to work (which I need access to my bag to do). While I was trying to take out the minimum of the things I needed from my bag and figure out how to manage without it, 3 times a flight attendant told me they had to take my bag (since I was the last person to board they tried to prevent me from using the bathroom and they were anxious to leave early). I tried to explain that Delta had prevented me from boarding earlier and that they gave away the seat I paid for which was NOT the first row."
Pros: "The flight crew was nice and polite. They served drinks and snacks in a timely manner while on the flight."
Cons: "Flight was scheduled to leave early, the plane arrived, but they couldn't turn the plane around fast enough. We left the gat late, then pilot said we would still be arriving half an hour early. We arrived about 45 minutes late, and that was a problem because our connecting flight was due to depart now in 15 minutes. Lightning forced the airport to shutdown, which was great, we had a chance to catch our flight, but we were stuck in the airplane, and we couldn't get to our gate until the all-clear. I know this is not Delta's fault, but they did arrive quite late on a flight that, according to them, would be early. They also never communicated to the other flight that there were several passengers catching that connection. So by the time we had ran to catch our connection they had closed the ramp. Lightning hit again, and they shutdown the airport once again, so the airplane was still at the gate for about an hour, and they did not allow the 20+ passengers to board that plane, which was right there. So frustrating. The only thing that saved it was that our new flight was the new airbus, and although it left an hour and a half later, the comfort level was phenomenal."
Pros: "The flight was delayed due to mechanical issues for over 4 hours causing me to miss my connection in Atlanta. Vincent with Delta gave me a new flight schedule that would get me to my destination with little to no delay. He was fantastic."
Cons: "Once in Atlanta they had trouble finding the notes Vincent wrote, and could not pull up boarding passes or my schedule to Acapukco. The next morning I arrived early at the gate and a Delta rep was able to print my boarding pass to Mexico City but had no information on my next flight. I was told to get on the flight regardless. I was sent to Mexico City early the next morning and once I arrived I was informed I was not able to get on the 11:45 flight, even though I was assured I would have no trouble. I was not put on a flight until after 2pm that afternoon. Over 3 hours after I was schedule to arrive at my destination. The lack of communication between airports was unacceptable. Each staff member tried to accommodate me, each time having a lack of communication disrupt my travel plans yet again."
Pros: "While the process was confusing, the staff were quite pleasant and actually seemed to enjoy their job."
Cons: "The boarding process is very confusing. There are so many different boarding priorities and programs, it is difficult to know where you are in the boarding process. Even if you have a ticket labeled as Group 1, you may still be one of the last boarded because of all the different programs that have priority over you. Would be better to limit the advance boarding to people who need extra help and a single program. This leads to the question, why are there so many different programs? Wouldn't it be easier to have a single loyalty program? If you don't qualify for advance boarding because you did not purchase a first class seat, or you haven't reached the advance boarding requirements, you don't qualify. Let's start thinking about the customer again, and less on the profit margin. How would one of your executives feel if they had a boarding Group 2 and 85% of the plane was already boarded by the time your group was called, thereby limiting the space for your correct size carry-on? One more thing that would be beneficial, enforce the size limit for carry-on luggage. I have been to airports that limit the size with a box on the x-ray machine so you can not even get an oversized piece of luggage through security. Just one idea for the industry."
While I can understand that the airline industry is a tough business, I did have a horrible experience with American Airlines. This will probably be my last time booking travel with this airline. To start, my first return flight on Sunday July 25th at 5:00 pm, AA 2779, had been delayed for more than six hours and the gate agents canceled our flight at the last minute. This problem occurred due to short staffing and the airline was unable to find a replacement co-pilot. As a result, I had to stay an extra night in Chicago and spend 120 dollars on a Lyft ride-share from the airport. However, I did manage to secure another flight during the following day, AA 4962, and I was happy to finally arrive home. Please take all of this into consideration and I would demand some compensation for the inconvenience.

Cons: "The 3 hour delay really cost us. Left Rome at 2:30 pm instead of 11:30 am, so missed 6:40 pm flight to Atlanta (so much for the 3 1/2 hour layover we were supposed to have). When we landed in Philadelphia, sat on runway for 45 minutes, waiting for gate. Next flight was supposed to leave at 8:40, took off at midnight."

Cons: "The one carry-on policy was silly and included personal items. I was told to repack my purse into my backpack which was already full. The boarding staff stood over me and told me to throw stuff away in my backpack and asked why I had packed certain things. I am in the process of moving back to the US from Korea after two years so everything I had was everything I owned in the world - which included some sentimental things like a stuffed animal from my mother who passed away when I was three years old. The most infuriating part of this however was realizing that there was one other bag in my overhead bin. In fact most of the overhead bins had one to two bags and plenty of room. My repacking and humiliation was unnecessary and it was only for the morbid satisfaction of the lady at boarding demanding it. At one point I heard her talking with her coworkers about “why couldn’t they freaking listen. We announced it three times.” Well I had approached the counter prior to arrival and they told me to get back in line when I tried to ask about my purse and backpack. In additional to the frustration of all of that, I received my checked in luggage with a wheel missing. I had just bought it and now I have to ship a wheel from the vendor in South Korea or buy new luggage. Thank you guys so much for letting me know which airline to never fly with again."

Even more strict that Spieit airlines and higher prices. They didn't even bring around drinks because of "turbulence" unless you were first class. The ground staff wasn't at all helpful in trying to get me on another flight and in fact sent me to Delta! The lady there couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. Sadly I wasn't compensated at all and had to pay to re-book the flights on the Sunday 17th. On my return from Brisbane, American Airlines had cancelled my flight to Atlanta as they said I was a 'no show' heading out. Thankfully I was able to get a seat on stand by. So, no I'm not a happy customer."

When I got to the check in it was like watching a special forces team measuring and prodding peoples bags to get them in to the little box even when the shapes were the reason they couldn't fit, not the size of the bags. I literally watched someone fit their bag and the attendant take it out and make it misshaped for the box and show how it didn't slide in. I had no issues with my luggage, but that sucked to watch happen to others. The food and drinks came about 10 minutes before the plane landed."

After retrieving our tickets, we went through Security and my goodness, the process at Newark is awful and TSA WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. That's besides the point. Our flight was delayed because the pilot was not there. Our departure was at 0605 and we didn't leave until 0630. Everyone boarded the plane and we were waiting for the pilot. Then the crew members were pretty rude and not friendly. I know it's an early bird flight but jeez, they can be a little nicer. One stewardess had high heel boots and literally would stomp up and down the aisle. Then she kept saying my purse was not under my seat which it clearly was. I don't know where else she'd like me to put it, maybe in the passengers seat in front of me. I would probably not fly United unless I have no other choice."

This was one of the rudest staffed planes I've been on. These guys aren't over worked. I don't know why they can be so hateful. I loved united but this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. It all worked out in the end, but I still can't follow why my flight reservation was canceled without me being notified. I shouldn't find something like that out when I get to the airport with my luggage in my hand."

Cons: "A lady with a dog on a leash was allowed on board. I do not think it was a service dog. In the gate area, the dog was encouraged to get up on the seat. The owner also walked the dog over to a couple to visit, and the couple had a large cat in a carrier. The dog owner did not see the cat in the carrier for a few minutes. Then, when she did realized it she did not move away. You could see that the dog noticed the cat and was getting excited, and proceeded to bark. I don't know why she didn't back away when she noticed the cat. On board, the dog, still on a leash, didn't stay under her feet. The owner did not hang on to the leash."

Cons: "I was embarrassed by the crew member as I was finding my seat. She asked if I had relation to the gentleman who I was to be sat next to. Once he and I replied no, they began laughing. I asked what was so funny and another guest said "it's going to be a long flight", to which she replied "Maybe you will, but I won't." She also told me that I couldn't keep my 11 month old child in the carrier but failed to mention she's only not permitted in the carrier during take off and landing. This also made for an uncomfortable ride. Had these things not occurred I would given this flight a much higher rating."

They talked down to the customers and have no regards for customers with special circumstances. I was personally not affected but what I witnessed was the disgusting. Cons: "When flying frontier you know you're flying frontier for a low price certainly not the experience. My flight to my destination was fine ( no frills but fine) . My flight back home was Cancelled due to an airport issue ( not frontier's fault) however their overseas " reschedule flight line" provided little to no help to get me home. They simply did not have the trading or care to help their customers to get home. Their sentiment was " so your flight was cancelled what do you want us to do about it?" Very poor experience!"
Cons: "It was a horrible experience that I have. They dropped us off Tennessee airport instead of Atlanta because of the power off. They made us sat on the airplane for almost 2 hrs then tell us to get out in Tennessee airport. They offered no compensation or direct us how to get back to GA. Everyone was so upset, we basically got stranded in Tennessee. We ask customer service for help, they told us that there was nothing we can do!!!!!! They told us to call the head quarter. And of course after waiting on the line for half an hour, they told us the same thing that we should talk to customer service at the airport. REALLY!!!!!!! We just been through it. I was exhausted and had no way to get back home to GA. My parents had to drive 8 hrs from Atlanta to Tennessee to pick me up. IT was not fair that they do that to us. It was not our fault that we got stranded. They should have offered us cars rental or hotels to accommodate . I would never flight with them again!!!"

Cons: "I upgraded my girlfriend and I to stretch seating for our 5 hour flights roundtrip from ATL to SFO. I did not realize by upgrading and selecting my seat in row 4 that my seats do not recline. This caused several issues with my bad back and with the fold down tray on the seat in front of me. I had my laptop on the tray, and when the person in front of me leaned his seat back all the way suddenly, it pinched the top of the screen between the tray and the back of his seat and cracked my laptop exterior. The main issue was not being able to "stretch" by not having a reclining seat and experienced major discomfort and back pain both flights."

Pros: "i was at the gate to get on the plane. there was two minutes left before they were supposed to close the doors for take off wouldnt let me on the plane. i had to set there for over 15 minutes with the plane on the ground trying to figure out how to get to my destination. the attent was trying to help but then left there post before i could figure out what to do. totally unacceptable due to me being a minor and not aiding and assisting to the fullest. i had to leave the airport without a way to my destination because everyone left all posts all three gates and the baggage check in area was closed for over 5 hours. my father had to call and get me on the next available flight. they charged him a 100 dollar fee for changing my flight."
Pros: "The ticket was cheap. My flight from Atlanta was as good as anything I could expect. It was very smooth, no waiting, and I was upgraded at the gate to an exit row. To Atlanta, wasn't as nice. But still an affordable ticket."
Cons: "On my way home to Atlanta, they left my Prechk off my tickets and I got relegated to a center seat (which is very hard for me because I'm claustrophobic). I understand that Frontier is cutting costs as much as possible to provide cheap tickets, of that I am truly grateful, but the fact that they won't even provide you water free seems a bit much. There are probably a lot of people who don't know this and dehydration is vicious on a flight so crammed in. Also, I can understand no entertainment whatsoever on a hop flight (less than 2 hours), but nothing at all on a 4 hour flight also seems hard to understand. Heck, even a magazine would have been nice, but where would they put it?"

Cons: "My flight was supposed to leave at 3:50...I got to the airport and went through security before I found out that my flight was delayed until 7:30. The flight kept getting pushed back. I waited 8 hours before the flight took off. There no outlets anywhere...leaving customers at a disadvantage because with our delay, our electronics were all almost dead or dead. There were no food options. We were supposed to get a voucher, and I have not received it. Lastly, after waiting over 8 HOuRS, we still had to pay for snack and drink. I was ripped off and will not be flying with Frontier again."
Pros: "There was a very sensitive situation that occurred with a passenger. She had been in the wrong seat, and was asked to show the ticket for the proper seat and didn't have a ticket. The steward asked very professionally and calmly for the passenger to cooperate for the situation to be resolved. She was not cooperative to be polite. The security came and the the pilot, and everyone handled the situation very well. The last time she was asked to cooperate, she finally walked off the plane, on her own. My understanding is that she missed her original flight and boarded this plane. Not certain of the details, but I feel that everyone involved handled this very well."

Cons: "The whole negative experience started with having to pay for my carry on. Yes, this was my fault for not knowing or expecting the extra $45 each way for my carry on. Water was not given during the three hour flight - you pay for all refreshments! The planes feel like a budget experience with cheap fold down trays and arm rests that slam down making lots of noise, and there is very little foom under the seat to put a small bag. My same small back pack that fits under other airlines seats wasn't even close to going under forcing me to straddle for the the entire flight. I will NOT use Frontier again. The airline feels like Alligeant that costs much less. I'll stick with Southwest!"
Cons: "At no time was I made aware during my booking that they were going to charge for a carry on. It ended up adding $75 to my flight. Paying extra for sodas and for your seats. Seats that made riding a city bus seem like first class. The plane seemed like they bought it at the used plane lot, it even made noises in Flight that sounded like they had to restart the engine. Flight attendants that were rude and unhelpful. I'd rather spend the extra $ for a more dependable/reliable airline that doesn't run their business a la carte."

Not easy to sleep on the plane. Seats were not that comfortable. Not able to recline. We were towards the back and the flight crew had the bright light on not to mention they were talking about their experiences with other people on different flights. We had to wait for 20 mins for someone to come get my husband off the plane even after notifying the appropriate people. The Atlanta staff when arriving was extremely rude and unfriendly during a non-busy time. That was the worse experience we've ever had!!!"

What is the point of prepaying for baggage on line if you still have to stand in line for over half an hour while you watch other passengers drop their jaws when they find out how much checking a bag costs, have the agents explaining the process and the price, fumbling for credit cards, processing the payments, etc, then, when you finally get to your turn, you are out of there in 30 seconds. There should be at lease one agent at all times who is dedicated to serving the passengers who do not need to pay. They should be in and out, not standing in line, when there is no payment to process. Then there is the total joke of the refreshments sales process on board the flight. It's not even worth going into that since I will never board another Frontier flight."
Cons: "I used to fly with Frontier regularly years ago without any major issues. So when I saw the cheap fares, i booked without even thinking about it. After discovering that they charge you for every little thing including a carry-on bag, i got a bit concerned. Then my flight was cancelled the night before my early morning flight, which Google informed me of at least 2 hours before Frontier did. After almost 2 hours on hold, I was told they could get me to my destination in 5 days...are you kidding me?!?! I ended up cancelling my whole reservation and booking last minute with another airline. Frontier sent me vouchers for my inconvenience, but I'm not sure I'll even use them as I'll be using other airlines in the future."

Cons: "Every part of Frontier's system seems designed as a screw-you to customers. For example, I tried to pay for bags online, but the website and app were both down. But if you talk to a person, they charge you more money. The phone system is awful - it is extremely difficult to get to a live person. If you say 'operator' or 'representative,' the computer can't understand you, and will hang up on you. Also, they strongly push you to check bags (as they charge for carry-on), and the waits were incredibly long to pick up bags. It was slow on one end of our trip, and on the other, our bags didn't come out for an hour and forty minutes. The headache is not worth Frontier's rates being (slightly) cheaper."

Cons: "Ignoring the fact that I had to pay $45 dollars for my carry on bag even tho it fit in the "tester box", I could barely fit on my seat and I'm not an overweight person. I'm just tall and my knees where touching the seat in front of mine. Without payin attention to that either, I spent my entire flight next to a kid that was constantly making noise, banging the tray, and hitting the sit with his heels for four and a half hours. Besides all that I was not offered water and I had to ask if I could have some."
Pros: "Not much to like other than the cost of the ticket, they kept us unmoving on the runway for almost an hour, before taking off, boarding was at 2:50 pm, flight was supposed to be 3:25 pm, we didn't actually take off till 4:15, scheduled arrival was at 9 pm, and we arrived 9:20, and weren't able to deplane till 9:35, and ended up standing around baggage claim for over thirty mins waiting for our luggage, frontier might have some good ticket prices, but next time I'm willing to pay more, if it means better service"

Cons: "4 hour delay due to a maintenance issue that we were not made aware of until 2 hours into the delay. The staff were INCREDIBLY rude and were mocking and making fun of passengers ( I was seated in the last row and could hear EVERYTHING! Also, the crew did very little during flight time. They instead sat in the back and played inappropriate games like Never Have I Ever and Truth or Daresnd spoke about topics like Sex...mind you that there was a 9 year old little girl seated next to me. By far the worst flight experience in my 30 years of flying ."
Cons: "Outbound flight: Delayed by 2 hours. Returning Flight: Waited in line 2 hours just to check our bag. There was only one person working the bag drop counter and we were nearly late for our flight (we had 15 mins to get through security). We had to sprint through the airport, only to find out our flight was delayed by 2.5 hours. The airline lost half of our planes luggage, we were at the airport until 2:30 am filing claims and still came home empty handed. Overall, terrible experience, terrible customer service, hidden fees all over the place - I would never recommend Frontier to anyone."
Pros: "I paid a bit more and got one of the seats with extra leg-room at the very front of the cabin. Not only was it great to not have someone reclining so far into my lap I couldn't read or do anything else, but the dividers between the seats were comfortable."
Cons: "The staff on my flight out was excellent, the one on the way back was okay. I had someone two seats away on my row who not only slugged down three vodkas in a row once we were in the air, complained about his lack of leg room, kept using the seat between us as part of his personal space and generally made himself obnoxious to me while the staff did nothing to help, but they offered to sell him more alcohol on their return pass. It wasn't as bad as the trip with the drunk white rapper who rapped at me all the way back from Vegas once, but I do wish the staff had encouraged him to move or allowed me that opportunity as the flight was not full. I do hate having to pay for a carry-on as well as a better seat, especially when some people were carrying on oversized bags and space was already very limited even though I boarded in Zone 1 and my luggage and purse were both stored several containers back and the staff did nothing to help me retrieve either after landing."

Cons: "I did not like the surprise that I had to pay ANY fee, much less such a high fee, for a carry on and luggage. Therefore, what I thought was an incentive to fly Frontier because I felt as though I was getting a great deal, became Just another money-grabbing corporation who I felt was insincere upfront about the added charges. This made My flight even more than I would have paid total for a larger and more well-known carrier. Therefore, no more incentive To use Frontier.... Disappointed... In addition, the tray table was so small it was virtually useless. At least the service Was good....Cokes should not really be at a cost, since the fare was higher than a larger carrier. Hmmmm....."
Pros: "The Customer Service telephone agent and the check in/baggage drop agents were all very nice and helpful. The pilots did an excellent job of providing an uneventful, peaceful, safe, and gentle flight. Takeoff and landing were great on both the inbound and outbound flights. I was able to get to my destination and return home safely on both flights which was my major objective."
Cons: "At least 1-2 flight attendants on both flights, in general, were quite rude and seemed uncaring at times to the needs of some of the other passengers. From chewing and smacking gum, using their cellphones while standing in the aisles amongst the passengers during boarding, and appearing quite irritated/short when interacting with passengers, it seems to me customer service was not a big priority in their training course and/or job requirements. I sat in an "upgraded" ($16 extra), economy, aisle seat, not located immediately in front of or in between the window exits on my outbound flight and in a middle, non-upgraded, economy seat near the back of the plane on my inbound flight. Neither seat was able to recline and both were quite rigid and almost painful to sit in during the flight. I have flown many times throughout my 46 year life, but these had to be the most uncomfortable seats I have ever had on a flight. I understand about saving money and using a no-frills airline carrier, but I think some of the issues mentioned could have been improved without adding any increased cost."
Pros: "I like the fact that I was a really really smooth flight. The attendants was pretty cool, very professional. I was able to get a seat in the front row which was super awesome."
Cons: "What was really a bit upsetting for me was, when I went to check in at the front desk, the airline attendant was helpful and very professional. My boarding pass did not have the gate number printed on it, and I didn't even notice it until I got passed TSA. I felt like it was the attendant responsiblity to make sure everything on the boarding pass was correct, and my reason for saying so is I was too busy or focused on getting to security and thinking about the rest of my travel. it was just my luck that I remember to check my online itinerary that was sent to me via email to see the gate number. I know this may not be the airlines fault, but On my flight we left ahead of time and landed super on time, but still spend almost an HOUR!!! due to some maintenance issue at the gate in Atlanta. It was an horrible experience, I had a meeting I was suppose to be at at 8am. Everything was going so right with the flight I felt like I was going to make it. I just felt that the entire situation could have been handle a bit better :("
Cons: "The crew on board seemed to think they were doing the flight a favor by doing their job. Carelessly pouring water into cups with excessive splashing. One reached over aisle seated passengers' faces to get trash from other flyers. One in particular stored her belongings in the overhead bin above me and proceeded to lean her body (particularly her pelvis region) on my shoulder which, considering the space, was understandable to some extent, but not even a simple utterance of "excuse me," "pardon me," or even fair warning. Then, we land, only to finally get to baggage claim to stand there waiting for my bag that "didn't make it". A older gentleman monitoring the belts suggested I go to the office and check there. Office was locked and no one was inside. So I wait in the checkin and ticketing line and a gentleman from Frontier's counter assisted me and checked the belt to ensure that my bag didn't get stuck or fall off of the belt. No luck, so we called frontier back in Denver to see if my bag even made it onto my flight. They give us a "it's not here" and we filled a claim. So I sit here, waiting for 9 am eastern, waiting on a phone call hopefully saying they've located my bag and I go to a wedding in Alabama in ill fitting jeans and a small blazer I had in high school bc no store is open and my suit, along with my other belongings are just laying somewhere: back in Denver and they just didn't check when we called, or on the wrong plane, or spinning on a belt in some random city, or soaked out on the airfield of Atlanta."
Pros: "Low fare was nice.. but the subsequent nickel-and-diming business practices left a bad taste in our mouths. No in-flight entertainment or proper meal options either. A gate change was poorly communicated, and passengers from 2-3 flights were congregating in the gate trying to decipher the poorly written message (illogical, broken English) on the display behind the agent's desk. That agent was nice enough, but she seemed very untrained and incapable of handling the situation. The boarding gate agent was even worse (see other review)."
Cons: "When asked, the boarding gate agent told us the boarding door was "closing in 1 minute" so that we would hurry up and board. We did, then while waiting in line on the jet bridge, we noticed on our boarding passes that there was another 18 minutes scheduled for boarding. This was infuriating because we wanted to stop by the grab-and-go cafe next to the gate, to pickup food for the cross-country flight (SFO>ATL), especially since Frontier does not offer proper meals onboard. We turned around and confronted the agent about this, and she admitted that she lied to us so that we would board. Lying to customers for any reason is totally unacceptable, and we won't forget this."
Pros: "This is my return flight. The cost of the flight was something like $90 round trip from ATL to orlando international. No brainer. I'll take it."
Cons: "After spending $90 on the flight I got to check in the day of and find that it is going to cost me $40 down and back to bring a CARRY ON. I then find some fine print that says how to get around the $80 round trip fee. Get a carry on that fits under the seat in front of you. So I pack in a small backpack that can "fit under the seat in front of me" and have less clothes than I want for my trip but am able to offset the almost 100% increase in cost. They didn't appear to care that people had carry on at the terminal despite saying it was going to cost way more to check at the terminal than online. So some people had paid, other didnt. That seemed to irritate some of those who had paid as we talked about this with other people on the flight. I probably could have brought a full size carry on and not had to pay for it, but who knows. On our way back, we were 30min early on 5:45AM flight from ORLANDO, GREAT RIGHT?...but because Frontier did not have their act together, there was no terminal for us to unload from. We actually then waited on the tarmac for over an hour waiting for Frontier to back a plane out that was not even flying until later that afternoon. Our seats in our row did not recline back. I dont know if that was part of the low budget thing or something was broken. We were not in front of an exit row. There was not actually a button to push, so I assume it was part of the low budget thing and they just don't recline. On check in, more cost issues come up - pick a seat...not just a seat for things like extra leg room or up front. They will make you pay for a middle seat next to the toilet if you want it. No one wants that seat, but if you want to sit next to the people in your party, you are going to have to pay for it. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. I was going to give it a little bit of a slide b/c I knew that it was a budget airline, but, after all the nickle and dime issues, when we had to wait for an hour on the tarmac, I blew an internal fuse and just made my overall bad experience, worse."
Cons: "I've never met such a rude staff. Every single attendant and ticket staff was horrific. By the time the flight ended, I heard at least four different people/families mention that the experience was so bad that they would never fly Frontier again. Everything was dirty and the Frontier workers treat us like animals. I've also never been on any other airline even spirit that made you pay for a duffel bag. By the time I paid for the small bag 60$ each way, it was more expensive than a Delta flight. I will continue to fly Spirit or Delta from now on and never again with Frontier. Horrible."

Cons: "I don't like paying for carry-on luggage, especially when I had no idea until I was about to board the plane. My seat was uncomfortable. I thought Row 5 on an Airbus 320 would have reclining seats, but to my disappointment it did not. I was surprised when the attendant informed me that most of the seats in the front front of the aircraft do NOT recline. Overall, flying Frontier reminded me of the one or two times I flew Spirit. I have avoided that airline ever since, and I will probably do the same with Frontier."
Cons: "Left the gate on time. Arrived at the gate in Atlanta early."
Cons: "The flight was delayed for nearly 4 hours. This caused considerable annoyance and a significant shuffling of the rest of my travel plans. The flight should have departed at 10:30. It was delayed until 2:18. Lunch vouchers were given to passengers, however these were not distributed until 1:15. By that time many passengers had already eaten lunch (including myself) and with the flight boarding in ~30 there wasn't really enough time to get something to eat anyway. If these had been issued 11:30 -12:00 it would have been much more useful."
Pros: "The only thing I liked about the flight is that we reached our destination safely."
Cons: "I didn't like how the airline didn't stick to their schedule. I understand that flights get delayed often.gut for a flight to get delayed 3 times is ridiculous. Our flight was supposed to leave at 5:20pm MTD and land on Atlanta before 11pm EST. We were notified about the delay about less than an hour before the flight. It was pushed to 5:50. Then 6:25. The actual flight didn't leave until almost 7:30 pm and landed in Atlanta passed 1am. This caused me south inconvenience. First, I had to take a half day off from work when I could've worked and got paid a full day. Next, the airline wasted hours of my time I can't get back. Time I could've spent with my family that I'm only seeing for a short period of time. By the time we got to the airport, which was way later than expected, the concourse trains were not operating anymore. What should've been a quick ride from concourse D to T turned out to be a 20+ minute walk to get out of the airport. Lastly, I missed my ride after getting of the airport. I was supposed to ride the train (Marta), but due to the delay, I missed the last ride. Not only was I inconvenienced but it trickled down to my family and had to wake up on the wie hours of the morning to pick me up at 2am. Overall, it was a terrible experience."
Pros: "That they held the plane to make my connection"
Cons: "My connection was late, then my ticket was not working and the attendant had to manually check is in. She was EXTREMELY unprofessional even sating tons customer " I can only work as fast as I can DUDE, I'm the only one here" in which I verbally reprimanded her for her unprofessional attitude. Then we sat in the plane for an additionaL HOUR for a "mechanical issue".... which appeared to be them filling up the plane. I am so highly dissatisfied that not only will I never ever book frontier again, but I made sure to review the company in social media and all my friends/family/clients. I don't pretend to understand the airline industry, but I do know BAD BUSINESS when I see it. Absolutely TERRIBLE."
Pros: "The stewards were polite on the plane."
Cons: "Flight was delayed 7 hours for maintenance. The passengers were packed like sardines into seats with so little legroom that even my 5'5 frame had my knees against the seat in front of me, the seats don't lean back and there's not even room to put your head down on the 2×3 tray which is only there for looks because it couldn't possibly be used to actually hold anything. Two screaming toddlers rounded out the worst flight I've ever been on. I would never recommend frontier airlines, you really do get what you pay for."
Cons: "First the flight was delayed but didn't say anything until after it was past time for the flight to have already left. The flight attendees were rude making people use the lavertories in the rear of the plane due to someone laying in the crew area blocking the front lavertory. Then had an attitude when I used the front one cause the rear ones were full. Arrived in Atlanta and it took 30 min to get parked which was the case on both flights. Then because we were late it took over an hour to get our bags to baggage claim. When frontier Baggage claim was asked about the delay the person couldn't put down their cell phone and look at me the customer when I was asking about the delay on the bags. They had a very rude reaction when I got upset about them not putting the phone down to address the customer"

Cons: "I didn't like that I was charged 40 dollars each way for a CARRY ON! REALLY? 80 additional dollars? I might have considered another airline if I had known you were going to bend me over at the gate.Very misleading on the fares. Should be in big flashing letters. "HEY IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE CARRY ON IT"S $40 BUCKS EACH WAY! The new SLIMLINE PRE-RECLINED SEATS were not comfortable. The fact that even a small snack or drink was charged for was also a disappointment. Why not just be honest about your fares and and raise them a little say maybe 5.00 dollars and allow 1 carry on with an additional laptop bag or purse? Very misleading in that respect. But I give them props (pun intended) for being on time. That was the best part. I'd give them and over all 3.9 just because of the misleading stuff. Otherwise they would have gotten a 5 out of 5."
Pros: "For a traveller, without any luggage or even a small carry- on, with a very nominal fee, it is the best & economical way to travel. For example, in my case, my son & myself had to take all his stuff like sofa, bed, dressers, chairs, tables, & kitchen wares other household items in a U-Haul & drove his car ti Cincinnati, Ohio (as he finished his studies in GMC & had to start his residency in children hospital in Cin......After unloading all the stuff in his apartment, I had fly back to Atlanta with only a small backpack, there was no sense to pay about $250.00 with Delta, it was a logical way of coming by Frontier costing less than $50.00. with comfortable seats within an hour."
Pros: "Read the fine print. This airline is cheap for a reason. There is a fee for carry on bags, and nothing is complementary. Seating is randomized unless you pay extra for a preferred seat. I opted for the cheapest option, no carry on and a random seat. This placed me at the back next to the rest room, but that's how it goes. Seats were very small, with the least leg room I've ever experienced. Thankfully, my flight was only 2 hrs long, and though we were delayed boarding 30minutes, we still arrived on time. Crew was very friendly and the plane was clean. I would recommend this airline for a short flight in which you have no luggage!"
Cons: "I'm 6'1, and I wish I would have paid extra for a "stretch" seat. No leg room in the regular seats."
Cons: "My flight was delayed for 6 and a half hours. On top of that the airline charges $35 each way to have a carry on so I had to pay $70 on top of my already $200 something ticket. Then they charged $2 on the flight for a soda which is normally complimentary on all other airlines I have flown on. Then when I called customer service they said there was nothing they could do or credit any of the fees I incurred from paying for carry on baggage and said it was too bad the flight was delayed they didn't care at all."
Pros: "For a cheap, quick flight under 3 hours this was a reasonable flight. It has the bare essentials, especially if you are traveling alone or without children. The crew was friendly and unlike the flight TO Miami (delayed by almost 2 hours for maintenance reasons---the a/c was not working and the airplane was very hot. Luckily everyone was told to return to the gate and wait for the problem to be fixed) this return flight was actually early! The plane was clean and in good condition."
Cons: "Aside from previous mentioned delay to destination, the unknown fact that you have to pay for your carry on luggage AFTER ticket purchase was a bit of a shocker...but for such a cheap ticket price I was expecting some hidden fee's along the way. Having to pay for something as simple as coffee or a small snack (what happened to free peanuts and pretzels?) seemed a bit excessive also so i was extremely disappointed at this also. Also, the trays on the seat backs were EXTREMELY small, just about big enough for a tablet so I am not sure who the airline is saving that space for?.. Again, this is a great airline for short flights but I don't know if i will be using them for a long flight in my future unless they have aircraft's with more comfortable options."
Pros: "It was an OK flight. Everything is a la carte. I didn't realize this because I have never flown frontier before. I was traveling light anyways, so it did allow me a cheaper flight. I mainly picked them for the departure time. In the future, I probably would pay the 49 bucks for what they call "the works". It bundles a lot of their a la carte services into a better deal. We did catch a tail wind and turned a 3 hour flight into a 2 hour flight. I guess the upside to the paid carry on rule was that there were a lot less carry on, which made boarding and exiting the plain easier."
Cons: "They want you to pay for everything. It does keep you from paying for stuff you don't want or need, which is good for me, but it would have been very bad if it had been my wife. I guess it is OK if you are aware of this, but I didn't realize until after I bought my ticket. You are allowed one personal item for free, but carry on and checked baggage are extra. Again, I only had a backpack ( personal item) but if my wife had been with me, it would have gotten expensive fast. The crew was kind of snippy. If you want food or drinks you have to pay with your credit card. Entertainment was non existent other than the in-flight credit card sales pitch."

Cons: "The flight was delayed for nearly 4 hours, without notice or explanation for most of that time - even though it was a foregone conclusion, because a replacement aircraft had to be flown from CA to FL for maintenance reasons. Then, the counter personnel were arrogant and offensive in dealing with disappointed passengers (who would not be arriving at their destination until 2 am). Frontier is absolutely the worst airline I have dealt with in the past several years, and I am not likely to ever book a flight on Frontier again - especially since the hidden fees tend to make the ultimate price nearly the same as other airlines."
Cons: "When I purchase tickets, I like to be able to compare prices fairly. They do not do a good job disclosing you have to pay additional for luggage. Carry on is more than checked bags and if you don't do it online, it is more when you get to the airport. If you want a seat with your fellow passenger, the only way to ensure you sit together is by paying for a seat which is additional. Also, the only beverage you receive that is free is water. Anything you purchase can only be completed with a debit or credit card. So you can add an additional $200 for a roundtrip to your purchase price!"
Pros: "They don't comply with thier own policies. Thier website says a carry on bag and a personal item (such as a laptop bag) is allowed free of charge. When i reach their with a very tiny suitcase and a laptop bag, the front end staff tells me I am fine and can go ahead with the sevurity line. But when I reach at the gate and just as I am about to enter the flight a frontier employee snatches my bording pass and says that I have to pay $60 for my one item, as only one item is allowed. And she was so rude that she wouldn't listen to anything. Says the gate closes in 3mins if you wanna get in this flight pay $60 or else she wont let me in. I had no choice other than to pay. This was through kayak. I would request kayak to not keep any kinda relation qith such ripoff fraud companies, if they don't want bunch of bad reviews them self. Frontier has already millions of bad reviews and one more added from my side just now. I would never ever travel frontier again. N by the way the flight sucked as well."

There was no entertainment, not even a magazine like Sky Mall, and the seat didn't recline, and the tray wasn't big enough for my two snacks and a soda... why did I have to pay for a seat, and then for my bag? Why didn't you just include that in the price, so it wasn't misleading. My ticket really cost $98 more than you quoted it at, and had I known that I could have gotten a cheaper flight from another carrier that was more than your listed price, but included the "extras" you charged me for, and it would have been overall cheaper, and I could have had a reclining seat and a full size tray table... I mean really? I've had better amenities on a military flight!"
