We had to take the train to our next gate but had time to eat a meal. When to our next gate and asked employee about gate and got informed that gate had been changed so back on train to next gate. So thankful she was there and informed us of gate change. Because of the issue the boarding was slow but employees were there and busy helping all and keeping it organized.
Very pleasant and the flight felt like it went by quick
All flight entertainment is from your own device and there was an $8 charge to connect. also 1 drink and a small bag of pretzels was all that was given to us. other that that the seats were good and the flight itself was as expected.
It is very bad they do not give you money back
They lost our bag and it took them days to find it. Terrible communication and lots of lies about where it was. Their system hasn’t merged with Hawaiian yet they route people on shared flights with Hawaiian, creating an administrative nightmare.
Major flight delays, it was a 1.5-hour delay. The gate kept changing about 3 times in Seattle. very hectic and chaotic.
More leg room in back seats. Can you require people to smell good on planes? ha ha Staff was great! Plane was comfortable. I enjoyed the movies and TV. Smooth take off and landing.
The only problem was the time delay. Kudos to the counter agent in Seattle. Very helpful and gracious.

It’s a great flight. Service is good. Staff is awesome.
Boarding on time and fight was early but they didn't let us off the plane on time so we missed our connecting flight to Japan.
DFW-LHR Toilets not kept clean Too cramped. Aisles so narrow crew were constantly banging into people on the aisle seats. Even then, the carts used are reduced width. Other than that it was a decent flight on both legs
Eventless. It was a good flight and good crew. Can’t complaint.
Update.us on flight information in a more timely manner. Don’t say we are boarding on time ten minutes before the boarding time when the aircraft isn’t arriving for another forty minutes.
Several delays. Next flight was worse. Did not arrive home until 2am PT
The flight to Tokyo AA61 took off about two hours late, but then had to turn back. By that time the crew had to be replaced. Then they kept promising to take off in an hour, then in 3, then switch to the next day.
