The bags arrived much later than expected. The boarding was done slowly. The taxi time was too long at SEA. It is a bad airport for international connections.

All airlines have just made flying harder and less pleasant. I think they care more about packages than people. Alaska is a bit better than others.

Snack was one little packet of twisted pretzels and there was no entertainment on the long flight

I like the crew Professionalism all the way from checking in, in the cabin. Very nice

It is like a no frills airline with good service. No seatback screens and no meal on a five and one half hour flight.

As I said, the gate agent cancelled my ticket to Seattle unbeknownst to me and I did not get on the connecting flight to Rome

My trip was delayed by more than two hours and missed my connecting flight to Fiji due to delayed they have to change my flight to United Airlines and stranded in San Francisco for 24 hours waiting for United next flight after almost 3 days I finally arrived in Brisbane airport but my luggage wasn’t here and now I still don’t have my luggage and still without my clothes and my needs. The first full day of my vacation is horrible because I don’t have any clothes and still trying to contact airline for luggage update and hopefully they will tell me the truth instead of misleading me and I end up waiting around without enjoying my vacation time here in Brisbane.

I was offered a selection of drinks and given a free snack. The flight was only a couple of hours, but we were trreated better than the transatlantic flight.

You guys did great, the only thing keeping me from the higher rating is the physical dimensions of the seats, which staff has no control over. Keep up the good job.

I had to gate check my luggage and it was a pleasant experience as I never done that procedure before. Everything went smoothly.
