Find cheap flights from Seattle to Tampa

I don't like that this survey shows Good for everything. Everything was not Good. I didn't eat any of the food. I didnt' have any entertainment. You need to have a NA choice. My flight was satisfactory until I debarked the plane and fell on the Jetway. The jetway sections had a slight inclined edge, which I tripped on. I was near the plane's exit door, but neither of the flight attendants helped me get up. I was helped by two other passengers. Also, I explained to the counter staff about falling and no one seemed to understand what I was telling them. I said I fell on the ramp, which was not the correct term. The passenger who was sitting next to me on the plane did a better job of explaining to your staff where I fell and that I was in a lot of pain. I also wanted to report the incident and no one helped with that. I was then offered a wheelchair. The passenger who helped me stayed with me until the wheelchair arrived. I asked the wheelchair attendant if there was anyone I could report the incident to and he said there was no one. Really???? My daughter picked me up at the door. I tipped the attendant for his service from the Alaska counter to her car. Before leaving the property, my daughter called the airport to report the incident. We were advised to go to the to a hospital ER. A Cat Scan showed I broke the 6th rib on the right side. My daughter was sent paperwork to complete from the agent with whom she spoke before we left the airport.

Flight attendant was excellent, pleasant and attentive. Announcements were clear and pleasant.

6 hour flight from Seattle to Dulles airport without any WiFi and movies, as well as now snacks is crazy. We were told no WiFi and entertainment 5 hours before departure.

Wifi would be nice. Unfortunately the particular airplane was not equipped with wifi.

I'm so glad that Alaska still keeps this little "puddle-jumper" route going between SEA>ALW; my daughter lives on Walla Walla, and it's so much quicker to be able to fly right in to Walla Walla than to have to fly into Tri-Cities and then make her drive 40 minutes each way. This flight is usually only 50%-75% full when I fly it, but that's because it doesn't get in to ALW until MIDNIGHT! But thanks for continuing to service the Walla Walla area, Alaska!

Seats very comfortable and legroom appreciated. All in all, it was a great experience.

Original flight was canceled, and the automatically booked second flight was immediately delayed. I arrived about 4 hours later than planned with only a $12 meal voucher that didn't fully cover a sandwich at airport prices.

I was expecting better service from Alaska Airlines. I registered for assistance since I have a disability. The terminal in Seattle, WA was very unprofessional and at times rude. The BWI location was the exact opposite. I will NOT consider Alaska Airlines for future flights.

It was very good and comfortable, Crew was also great
