Cons: "Food was really just gooey goo."
Cons: "They did not have a “gate available” for our arrival so we have been waiting in the plain on the tarmac for over fourty minutes and still waiting. This is ridiculous. We purchase tickets at delta for a plain that had a departure and arrival gate. This should not be happening"
Pros: "Super friendly staf, big enough seat, good enough food, enough room for luggage."
Cons: "Seat was smaller than EVA and food not quite as good."
Pros: "Great staff and they worked hard to make the flight comfortable."

Pros: "absolutely nothing"
Cons: "The crew! So slow! Not helpful with your questions/request and the attitude! What on earth! Awful customer service!"
Cons: "Too many interruptions on the inflight entertainment."
Pros: "Loved the swift checking in at Seatac, being picked out of the Special check-in line, tended to by a Ndeye, smooth all the way through to the gate. Also liked that the plane's arrival at Schiphol was only 30 minutes later than initial ETA after long delay at Seatac. Also liked the many snacks."
Cons: "Prolonged delay of flight departure. Choices of entertainment, especially movies."
Cons: "Old cramped untidy and limited drink service"
Pros: "Good food, excellent service"
Cons: "Seats did not have enough storage."
Cons: "Seats a bit cramped"
Cons: "The crew appeared tired, scattered, and unhappy. The flight was delayed after boarding nearly 1hr while repairs were completed. 1st announcement by captains crew stated passengers could disembark during repair, then stated 10min later to take a seat. Very poor communication."
Pros: "Wifi for entertainment worked well"
Cons: "No longer have entertainment on back of seats"
Pros: "Getting to China, albeit two days late."
Cons: "The fact that the lack of knowledge regarding international travel visas by the counter staff and supervisor meant that two days of the vacation were lost. Upon arrival in China the 144 hour travel visa was granted with no problem within minutes, but the U.S. staff was completely befuddled by the possibility. The interrogation was completely stressful and resulted in a reschedule of the original flight and during the second attempt at flying even an email from the U.S. consulate with a link to the Shanghai/Chinese government immigration site was deemed "not official enough". i will be expecting proper compensation. I was once given an $850 travel voucher for voluntarily giving up my seat, and was flown first class to Hawaii, given 4 star accomodation and then flown first class on to China within 48 hours. This was an involuntary bump from our chosen flight time, all because of a lack of knowledge about current visa regulations and international law on the part of the check in staff. We have been loyal Delta users for over 15 years, and this was the biggest blunder ever. Also humiliating and extremely frustrating, stressful and a big problem with fulfilling our travel plans between son and father."
Pros: "The entertainment system had a wide selection of good movies to watch."
Cons: "The seat was busted and could barely recline at all."
Pros: "Great staff, polite and helpful"
Cons: "Small seats"
Pros: "Very attentative."
Cons: "Aircraft was smelling bad! Hygiene is the key"
Pros: "Helpful staff. Never felt rushed if I had a question. The special meal (VLML) was excellent. Tasty, filling and nutritious Plenty of foot room in economy."
Pros: "Nice Pajamas. Individual window seat. Decent food."
Cons: "Seat ptich could be/should be - wider. Snacks can be better and have better option.. ( only Apple for a fruit? Gimme a break)"
Pros: "Nothing. Delta sucks!"
Cons: "Poor management prior boarding"
Pros: "The movies."
Cons: "Horrible food and Very very uncomfortable seats. Absolutely NO leg room. One of these days Delta is going to be sued for deep vein thrombosis (blood clot)."
Cons: "Crew forget to feed quarter of passenger, and did it after reminder from passenger. No movies with Russian translation or titles. Flight arrived at Amsterdam 50 min later, and we missed our direct flight to Kiev"
Pros: "Economy seats are comfortable. I wasn't compressed in any way sitting in a window seat. Delta is my go-to airline. Not always the least expensive, but it's usually a pleasant trip."
Cons: "I was disappointed to be overcrowded in my seat. I sat next to a man who was too large to position the arm rest between us down. And as such, he took up about 1/3 of my seat. It was a really cramped flight and although I was polite, it's still very frustrating to pay for a seat, but only get access to 2/3 of it. I am 6'1, so every inch of my seat is typically used. It would be nice if there was a way to ensure this didn't happen. If people need more than 1 seat, they should be required to pay for more than one seat, and not 'steal' my space. Overall bad Delta experience. Sara"
Cons: "Must have been an older Delta jet. It had no entertainment. The wifi was poor."
Cons: "Missed original connection, booked on a three hour later flight that was delayed another hour, then three hours. Finally switched to Alaska 2 hours prior to departure. Was assured our bags would be on Alaska flight. They weren't. One eventually showed up in Spokane at 2 a.m. on a Delta flight the other on a separate Alaska flight at 3 a.m."
Pros: "Crew was very helpful."
Cons: "This flight was delayed 5+ hours past its scheduled 12:15 departure due to mechanical issues with the plane. Delta was only able to offer a $50 travel voucher for this huge inconvenience."
Pros: "Finally, a free movie! Now, whoever picks the movie needs to do a better job, but atleast it was something! Service was Excellent, first pass with snack and drink carts, then they came through with coffee, and again with water! Now, that's service! Great job! Very friendly staff."
Cons: "Bathrooms, once again... disgusting. Urine on the floor, smelled awful. Tiny bathrooms, only 1 up front"
Cons: "Boarding was 30 minutes late."
Cons: "I was surrounded by a basketball team. They all have terrible breath. I know that because they kept talking to each other and I was in the middle (literally) of it all. Thanks Delta airlines!"
Pros: "The gate agents were friendly and made the boarding process quick."
Cons: "This was my connecting flight, and also left late. I can't really rate the crew on either flight, because I didn't see them. It's also impossible for me to rate the food/beverage service, because there was none. I spent over 3 hours on planes, and no beverage service was provided. If you have connecting flights, are flying for business, or don't pack your own refreshments assuming that something standard services will be, well, standard, Delta is probably not who you want to fly with. I work in the industry and sm usually not this brutally honest, but the whole trip was pretty disappointing."
Pros: "Overall, the flight was good. It actually wasn't a Delta flight but an Alaska Airlines flight."
Cons: "The aircraft was new model 737-800, very nice! Except the seats are a bit hard. Not good for a 5 hour flight. What really made me angry is I paid for a Delta flight. What difference does it make!? On long Delta flights, you get a meal (you pay for it in the cost of your ticket), but I was put on an Alaska Airlines flight where the meals are $7.50! I think that if Delta puts you on an affiliated airline, they should pick up the tab for the meal. Entertainment is via your smartphone. Don't have a smartphone, no problem, cough up $10 for a 2 bit tablet to watch a movie!"
Pros: "I fly several times a year. I usually fly Southwest, I've never been happy with my experience with them. Delta has great customer service that makes me feel that I"m important to them. The flight attendants are very friendly, helpful, and genuine. It"s a nice added touch when the pilot stands there and greets the passangers. If I have a choice, I will never fly with any other airlines."
Pros: "On time. Came around with water often."
Cons: "Just said we were being served a meal on my ticket and we didn't get one. Probably just as well since it was a turbulent take off and landing :-)"
Cons: "Never got to fly it. The prior flight was so delayed I missed it."
Pros: "Crew was efficient and pleasant making for a good experience."
Pros: "Crew was amazing. Seats were comfo"
Pros: "We landed safely; Beautiful infotainment screen that did NOT work"
Cons: "Extreme delays; Beautiful infotainment screen that did NOT work; Sitting on the runway/tarmac for hours"
Cons: "Flights had to be changed due to a delay on first flight that would make it impossible to take the connecting flight. My route and airlines were completely changed, which caused a big delay in original arrival time. In addition to that, my luggage did not make it and I'm still waiting to find out where my suitcases are. Very disappointed."
Pros: "On time and the staff was great"
Cons: "Not enough time in London to change planes. We missed the flight"
Pros: "Crew made a special effort to find me a nondairy meal (which I had neglected to request)."
Cons: "Web page dysfunction meant we couldn't sign up for wifi. The page asked me to set security questions but the pulldown for the questions had no options to select from. I tried on multiple devices/browsers."
Pros: "The one flight attendant that realized how shitty of a situation they placed me in."
Cons: "American Airlines made me take all clothes out of carry-on, took my brand new AWAY bags, and made me stuff my clothes and other belongings into 5 plastic bags. All because they said my bag was illegal to fly on plane (whether it was checked in or not). Turns out they didn’t have to do that. What a crock."
Pros: "seats comfy, seemed like a newer plane, crew was lovely."
Cons: "usual complaints about domestic flights - not having free headphones and not having free snacks."
Cons: "Middle seat"
Cons: "Luggage allowance policy was not clear, so that they can try to charge passengers extra fee. Airline blames on one another when it comes to connecting flight if we purchased a one stop flight"
Pros: "Cabin crew attentive. Comfortable seat. Only 2/3 full. Easy boarding and embarking. Overall, value for cost."
Cons: "Food. No individual entertainment unit."
Pros: "I would like if for my return from Paris to Chicago, Chicago Seattle I would be greeted by the personal and offered to flight first class without extra charge to compensate for the bad experience on my way going in. Thank you"
Cons: "I was told I would be able to choose the seats only 24 hours before the flight by going online. I tried to choose the seats online but could not have access to the site. I then called the number provided to ask for more help, and was told that I could then only choose the seats at the check in time. I was at the airport 2 hours before the flight schedule to book my seat and was told them that I could only choose the seats at the gate. Once I got at the gate I asked the person to please give me a seat at the aisle for medical reasons but after waiting until the boarding process had started I was giving a middle seat. Not only I was treated as a stand by passenger that had not purchased the tickets I was put nt on group 8 and at the moment of boarding the gate personal aggressively grabbed my carry-on bag because they insisted there was no more spaces in the compartment above heads. Once I got inside of airplane I saw many empty compartments available for carry-on luggage. I wish I had not purchased my ticket with Iberia Airlines operated by American Airlines. It was not a good, pleasant experience and do not recommend. I wil certainly avoid in the future and not travel this way another time. Thanks"
Cons: "No food or entertainment offered at all - for a 5-1/2 hour flight. Seats uncomfortable. I don't like how it feels like you're nickle and diming us - charging for every little thing, including what seat you sit in."
Pros: "This airlines sucksI didn't really like much of anything about the entire trip"
Cons: "I didn't really like much of anything about the entire trip. Mainly, there was absolutely no entertainment except some overhead movie that no one wanted to watch. The plane was old and comfortable."
Pros: "loved having a movie to pass the time. Super friendly attendants."
Cons: "I paid for a non-stop from Seattle to Philadelphia. they cancelled it and only had options that dragged out the trip, caused an extra day of lost work. There was no attempt or offer to ameliorate the inconvenience, or refund the cost -- even an upgrade would have been appreciated. just here's what we have, take it or leave it. I am through with American"
Cons: "No screens, no wifi"
Pros: "Really? I just gave 1 star. Your feedback form should be smart enough to realize that."
Cons: "It's not finnair. It's American Airlines. The sears were so cramped that I have a horrible backache. Stop calling it finnair. Several airlines booked tickets on this flight. There's nothing good to say."
Pros: "Flight was ok, staff was professional and friendly. A good cleaning would be great. I'm average height and light build for a woman but I find the seats really are snugger than ever."
Cons: "AA didn't notify me of their change to my itinerary so I missed my flight, they cancelled my return flight from Europe, and only offered to refund my ticket when I spoke to a supervisor. I drove 5.5 hours to another city to catch a flight to Europe, believing my return ticket was valid as AA first told me, only later to learn they cancelled it. Thanks to AA, I currently I have no return ticket. Others on this flight and on my later Iberia flight were cursing AA loudly so I don't think my issue is an anomaly, but is more likely AA's new standard of conduct."
Cons: "Self check-in staff at Seattle was not that helpful."
Pros: "Crew were friendly"
Cons: "Ac was broke on plane, no wifi or entertainment options, lots and lots of being kept in the dark waiting and waiting after already boarding the plane or landing on the runway"
Pros: "Kind and attentive crew"
Cons: "Was a bit delayed"
Cons: "Your plane needs outlets to charge electronics. Unless your gonna show movies on your flights, ppl need a way to entertain themselves for the flight. If they burn through all their battery power, it's an inconvenience to try to charge it in the airport when they land. All of the outlet Chargers in Chicago, Seattle and Philly were broke as well. The U tied wing was amazing. Your prices are great but to keep ppl from rather paying more just for one or two more luxuries, try fixing this."
Cons: "The flight being delayed & then cancelled at the last second"
Pros: "The flight overall because we arrived early."
Cons: "The fact that we were on the plane and was not allowed to enjoy the entertainment as I did with my flight to Seattle."
Cons: "Too many levels of passengers"
Pros: "Very efficient boarding, comfortable coach seats, good crew"
Cons: "No food! except pretzels and sandwiches for purchase. I didn't purchase a sandwich but the two guys next to me did and were both vocal about their disappointment with what they received for $9. And they were strangers who didn't talk to each other the rest of the time, so I think they meant it. Also, entertainment: they had a movie on the pop-down screens, and 4 free movies to stream to your device using onboard wifi, as well as 2 tv shows. So maybe I'm being harsh. But it was a transcontinental flight and they didn't have headrest screens loaded with movies. Is this only for international flights? The movies were bad, or at least not appealing to me ('Keanu' and 'Zoolander 2'). It was possible to pay for additional movies, but who wants to do that? It was sort of the EasyJet model, where you get good basic service but pay for everything additional that one gets for free on Delta. Maybe that was reflected in the price I paid for the ticket, but I was expecting that AA would be in the same league as United and Delta. One nice perk: free wifi for T-Mobile customers, including me."
Pros: "It was very inexpensive and on time. And it was much more comfortable than those budget airlines like Spirit, Frontier, etc."
Cons: "The snack choice was unappealing."
Pros: "On time. No issues. The last two times I have flown Delta I've had issues. Smooth sailing"
Pros: "arrived alive"
Cons: "If you're remotely claustrophobic this is not the flight or aircraft you want to be in. When the flight was booked and paid for I was under the impression that I would have a seat on the plane. As it turned out in order to board the plane I had to pay extra to secure a seat. If this is not a "bait and switch" operation I don't know what would qualify."
Pros: "On time. Friendly crew. Good price."
Pros: "AA has been good to me--- Gold card a big help."
Cons: "The LAX concourse could at least 2 more coffee shops in addition to Starbucks. The wait was 40 minutes at Starbucks to get a cup of coffee!!! Get on the ball LAX!! We need our caffine in the morning."
Pros: "My window seat"
Cons: "I wasn't able to check in to my flight 24 hours prior to my flight on my AA app and or website. Also wasn't able to check in at kiosk at airport therefore had to wait in line to check in with a clerk which slowed my whole trip mood down."
Pros: "They switched my flight promptly when I missed my connection."
Cons: "I missed my connection for no apparent reasons. When asked for compensation they said there was nothing they could do and cited reasons Regarding the boarding and deboarding of a special needs passenger."
Pros: "Claudia was wonderful, I would love for more flight attendants to have her cheerful attitude."
Cons: "My snack was mini pretzels"
Cons: "I would not change a thing the flight was wonderful and the stewardess Virginia great"
Pros: "Seats were fairly comfortable"
Cons: "No in flight movie"
Pros: "Everything about the flight seemed fast. From the boarding process to the landing process. It was a very fast flight. Much faster than Southwest Airlines."
Cons: "It was a 6 am flight and the crew looked like it was a 6 am flight. No smiles. No energy. They looked like they didn't like their job. Maybe they needed coffee."
Pros: "Flight was on time. Bags didn't get lost. Pilot and crew seemed nice."
Cons: "Smallest middle seat I've ever sat in. Wifi was $40. Baggage Fees were pricey. No free snacks. No free entertainment options."
Pros: "I know AA and Alask are same company but I bought Alaska ariline ticket and everything I need to deal with is AA. It's too confusing."
Cons: "Too confused!"
Pros: "free entertainment"
Pros: "Not much"
Cons: "We sat on the tarmac for an hour after we landed. Missed my connection, no other flights that night. It wasn't even 10 pm yet."
Cons: "Our flight from Seattle to JFK was delayed over 11 hours, not because of weather or mechanical issue, but because a flight attendant fell ill and American Airlines had no one to take his or her place. They had to fly in an employee from Texas to cover the shift. Are you kidding me? I understand there are unforeseen events but any reputable airline should have a personnel contingency plan better than that. As a result, we lost a whole day of our vacation, missed our Broadway performance, and others missed their business meetings. All the alerts informing us of the delay were sent long after they already occurred. I will avoid flying American again at all costs."
Pros: "Flight attendants and boarding personnel are very friendly."
Cons: "Mediocre food and entertainment. Internet price are ridiculous compared to competitors ( just flew SouthWest - so much better). Cost at about $6 for a half-hour. They had to bring the cleaning crew back on to clean parts of the plane - it was to dirty for anyone to sit in one row."
Pros: "The captain of the plane did a phenomenonal job communicating with the passengers on board. He provided us information on location, altitude, and let us know when to expect turbulence which I thought was great, as many do not communicate much with the passengers. Also the plane was in good conditions and was comfortable."
Pros: "relatively quiet for a redeye, seats were made out of a decent leather like material, TVs in the back of each seat along with charging inputs"
Cons: "AA version of the 737 is very cramped, small seats with little room and very upright, barely recline if at all. Also, unlike other airlines they installed metal boxes underneath the seats for the life vests which take up a third of your leg room. Overhead air barely blows and the overall temp was a little too warm for comfort even while just wearing shorts and a T-shirt. Lights were bright for first half of the trip until they finished drink service even though flight started at midnight."
Pros: "There isn't much to like about a red eye flight. It got us home. We selected it based on price and schedule."
Cons: "Crew made one pass thru cabin with a mini bag of pretzels and one pass thru with beverage. Never saw them again but perhaps that is the norm for AA. No so with other carriers we have flown red eyes on. Always tough getting a good connection when flying west to east"
Cons: "5 gate changes and 1 hour 20 minute delay!"
Pros: "Everyone from the woman checking boarding passes at the gate to the pilot himself, was friendly, jovial, and light. Very relaxing trip, I just felt very welcome by everyone."
Cons: "Nothing at all. Well, it'd be nice if ALL seats were 1st class size, lol."
Pros: "I had really awful sinus pain on the flight and the crew was very helpful and sympathetic"
Cons: "The entertainment system was pretty lame (DirectTV) and of course the now-typical lack of food and beverage items for domestic flights"
Cons: "This was just so awful! I was so disappointed because I have heard good things about United. The seats I paid extra for were ridiculously small, no leg room at all! Then the plug for earbuds was broken, so I was unable to watch movies or listen to music. I am really dreading the trip back!"
Pros: "I was asleep for most of the flight so I missed any food & did not use the internet. I consider an uneventful flight as a great experience :)"
Cons: "At 1 am, SEA TAC had a 20 minute delay for air traffic!"
Cons: "Worst flight experience ever."
Pros: "Nothing great, nothing bad. took off and landed on time."
Cons: "paced seats, nit enough room for carry ons."
Pros: "Gates for connecting were close and even with delay, I made it on time."
Cons: "Flight delay, that made the short connection even shorter"
Cons: "Gate crew didn't help much with seating or connecting flights. Staff almost never smiled, and when boarding the plane instead of a, "hello" or "good morning", there were two attendants staring at their phones. They looked up when I greeted first, but seemed put off a touch. They also switched the seating without telling us ahead of time, so my husband and I had to sit in middle seats, apart from each other on our anniversary trip. Very unhelpful and unfriendly when I inquired to change."
Cons: "The plane was delayed in WA DC and the staff did nothing to help with transfers in Addis Ababa and I missed my connection."
Pros: "How they gave me exit row seats and flifht crew was good"
Cons: "Your check in ticket counter workers in SEA airport.. there was a married couple who was very rude and because i could not get a "prepaid card" but had 25 for my bag the man said "well i guess you are not going" excuse me?! I paid over 200 for my ticket!! Luckily there was a nice polynesian young man who stepped in and helped right away. That couple made my experience HORRIBLE! I do want something done about that! I almost missed a very important event and they looked to be arguing with each other! They need to keep their personal stuff at home! I was so mad.however, the flight crew was awesome!"
Cons: "Delayed because of no crew members"
Pros: "Access to in flight entertainment."
Cons: "Air vent pressure was lacking Cramped quarters but it is expected in economy."
Pros: "Delays 2 hours"
Pros: "Good flight and good crew."
Pros: "Everything went by smoothly, no problems"
Pros: "My other passengers in First Class. Your crew was also very kind and well mannered."
Cons: "I spent over 150 for an upgrade for a red eye for a flight I already spent over 500. Your crew lacked attention in service and one specific crew member (male) woke me up twice due to the loudness of his voice. Disappointed in the quality for the amount spent."
Pros: "The staff was pleasant and helpful."
Cons: "The flight was late but that was at no fault to the airline."
Pros: "The seat itself was comfortable but the leg room for my taller companion was a bit tight."
Cons: "It was a 5 hour flight and on the outgoing flight not even a snack was offered. On the return flight a very small bag of spicy pretzel bits was offered. When I went to get on the return flight I had a small sling purse, a small yarn bag (both hung on the same arm) and a bag of food for the lunch they wouldn't serve me. I was told I couldn't get on the flight with 3 bags, even though all 3 would fit under the seat. The free entertainment contained a grey box over part of the image reminding I could pay for more. Was only given a tiny glass of soda, I remember when they would give a can. I will consider another airline in the future."
Pros: "Nothing. The people were rude the flight was late, the seats were cramped."
Cons: "Everything. I can't say anything about how bad it was."
Pros: "Nice leg room courteous attendants"
Cons: "Pay to watch all tv? Not worth the charge"
Pros: "BEFORE BOARDING, THE STAFF WAS SUPER FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING"
Pros: "Boarding. Crew friendly"
Cons: "Uncomfortable tight seats. Overpriced entertainment cost"
Pros: "The captain kept us informed, the flight attendants were simply amazing, going above and beyond to ensure the best flight possible."
Cons: "The plane was delayed twice. The crew members at the terminal did nothing to explain why. I do know that in their world things like this happen, but in the customer's world, things like this can really mess up someone's day, so simple periodic updates as well as one genuine apology for the inconvenience would have made things a whole lot better."
Pros: "The slim seats are nice, but lack the wired head rests!"
Cons: "The overhead lights were SO bright that they were nearly blinding. Also, I was sitting behind the wing so it was so loud! Guess there's not much to be done about that on a small plane."
Cons: "Late, deplane, staff was unhelpful"
Pros: "Quick boarding"
Cons: "Lost my second flight because first one late, got a standby ticket for next flight, but the plane was full, was hungry, no money to spend in airport restaurants, United company should provide at least a breakfast for this inconvenience. Next flight will be with another company for sure."
Pros: "I am 5 foot 6 and my knees hit the seats in front of me. Seat did not recline. Sucked."
Pros: "The crew was very accommodating."
Cons: "I was seated in the economy section. It was quite uncomfortable for a four hour flight. I'm 5'9" and didn't have enough space to stretch in the 737. I felt bad for the middle seat section because there was no room at all. I had an aisle seat and still didn't have enough room the stretch. There was no food or snacks served but the crew did offer free drinks: oj, tea, water, or soda. if you can upgrade to economy plus it's definitely worth it. Spend the money for it. You will have more leg room for sure."
Cons: "Boarding was a nightmare. Minimal customer service."
Cons: "Rude lady serving and no tv options"
Pros: "Beverage service"
Cons: "The seats were so narrow and uncomfortable that it was impossible to enjoy the flight"
Pros: "They had a backup plane and tried to get us out of Seattle as soon as possible"
Cons: "How they were overbooked and we had a delay due to maintenance so some people missed their connection flight from Chicago. It was just a hectic flight."
Pros: "The flight attendant didn't address that someone else was in my seat when I got on the plane. I specifically picked two seats next to each other because the person I was traveling with has anxiety while flying. If other passengers hadn't willingly changed their seats then we wouldn't have sat together. I told the flight attendant and she dismissed me entirely. Also they packed is all in even though the exit row seats were completely filled. I think they should've just allowed some to have those seats for the comfort of the rest of us"
Cons: "It was very cramped. The chair barely reclined and it was very tight."
Cons: "There was so little space between our seat and the one in front of us that my boyfriend and I got no sleep on the red-eye flight. And I'm quite small!"
Cons: "The flight was overbooked. The attendants kept trying to offer gift vouchers."
Pros: "Flight was smooth"
Pros: "6 hour flight was a 6 hour flight"
Cons: "1st time going thru the convenience of prioritized seat grouping 1-5. I can understand the theory behind the grouping, but, by time it was my time to board, since I was in group 5, all the overhead luggage bins was filled up. Also, I am a big man that buy my tickets months in advance and choose my seating wisely, months in advance. Just to give it up to a family sitting next to me that wants to sit together. That was my choice in the matter though."
Pros: "The flight attendants were above and beyond. Both of them were very friendly and engaging. If all employees were on the same level as these two flight attendants everybody would enjoy their flying experience better. They are the type of employees that bring customers back."
Pros: "Check in was great. Crew was outstanding."
Cons: "Can't really complain about this flight. Was all around pretty good."
Pros: "What a great experience. I have flown alaska airlines all my life but this experience with united is a game changer. New planes that are clean. Service was outstanding."
Pros: "The crew was friendly."
Cons: "The flight was delayed hours before the flight, then again, then the second delay was revoked. The flight was from Seattle to DC to Philadelphia, and the layover in DC was too short. A delay that was at first 10-15 minutes, then changed 4 or 5 times until it ended up being a 30 minute delay caused me to miss my next flight because I only had a 50 minute layover in DC. No one could tell us why the flight was delayed in the first place, then I got off my plane, and was told that I had already missed my flight, and given a voucher for a hotel room, and it turned out that the second flight was delayed as well. Then I had to wait an hour for my bag to make it from the plane to baggage claim because they did not put it on the conveyor with the rest of the passengers' luggage, even though I specifiaclly asked them to do so when I got off the plane and got my hotel voucher."
Cons: "Two flights both of which had long delays that were not weather or passenger related. Plane had sardine can seating."
Pros: "The crew was great and friendly."
Cons: "Not a lot of leg room and the guy next to me infiltrated mine as well."
Cons: "That my flight was at 5:15am so I got there around 3am and no ONE WAS THERE TO HELP !! It took forever !!"
Pros: "The crew"
Pros: "Everything this was one of the worse companies that I have ever delt with. Both in and out of travel. Customer service was completely rude and inconsiderate and the "supervisor" that hung up on out phone calls 3 times was completely disrespectful with our issue. I will never be traveling with this company again."
Cons: "Everything this was one of the worse companies that I have ever delt with. Both in and out of travel. Customer service was completely rude and inconsiderate and the "supervisor" that hung up on out phone calls 3 times was completely disrespectful with our issue. I will never be traveling with this company again."
Pros: "Cheap and non stop, free chargers"
Cons: "Allowed people to put personal items and carry ons in overhead bins which forced some to check bags. Internet option is useless without Hulu, Netflix support."
Pros: "Good flight, love frontier"
Cons: "Our flight out of Denver got CANCELED along with a whole bunch of others. Seems there were having crew issues, not the BS reasons corporate was saying. Lots of stranded people in Denver. We stood in line for 3 hours to get a refund. (we decided to go with another airline, some people had been stranded for a week!) One sad items was a soldier had been on deployment for TWO years and was trying to get home. He had been stranded since Friday (it was now Monday). The agent just shrugged and said get in line. Frontier should have booked him on another airline! Finally, a lady in line heard of his plight and bought him a ticket right there on the spot! (on another airline of course). SHAME ON FRONTIER. We will NOT fly them again! #NEVERFLYFRONTIER"
Pros: "The prices were reasonable."
Cons: "Check in personnel didn't arrive until and hour before the flight was scheduled to take off which left myself and every other passenger waiting in line for over an hour. The new seats look very nice, but are just hard plastic covered in faux leather leaving passengers with an uncomfortable experience. They did not recline, which wouldn't have been a problem if the tray tables weren't the size of an iPad mini. The seats were so close together you couldn't even rest forward onto the tiny tray tables without hitting your head on the persons seat in front of you. I am by no means a large person at only 5' 3" so I can only imagine how awful it was for tall people! For a three hour plane ride it would be better to go with any other company."
Pros: "Checking my bag was quick and easy but it would have been better had cash been accepted."
Cons: "Charging for a coke? Seriously?!?! The stewardesses were not very personable and ate and chatted amongst themselves for most of the flight."
Pros: "What is to like?"
Cons: "They honey dick you with the cheap plane tickets then screw you over at the the counter when they charge an unnecessary amount for carry on baggage. I WILL NEVER FLY FRONTIER AGAIN. Not to mention the meal trays can barely hold a lunch-able... Go home frontier airlines.. your drunk."
Pros: "Seats were wider than most airlines and there seemed to be a couple of inches more legroom, but the seats were thin and not very comfortable."
Cons: "Unexpected fee for carry-on baggage. Who ever heard of being charged for a CARRYON? The airline provides no service with carry-on luggage- all the work is done by the customer."
Cons: "When I got to the gate, I was told that I had to pay $45 for my carry on luggage, which I found it to be somewhat insulting (if I had agreed to check-in the luggage it would have been 'cheaper' only $40). This was the first time I had ever been asked to pay for my carry-on luggage, and the basis for me to never fly Frontier ever again. They claim that it was because of the ticket I purchased through a third party, and I told them that they should not advertise any tickets where you intend to charge people for their carry-on luggage. To make things worse, it appears that Frontier does not participate with the TSA pre-check program, and even though I had my global entry card with me, the officer at TSA pre-check would not allow me through this line because of the airline I was flying with - Never again!!! I suspect that on my way back I'll be forced to pay another $45 for my carry-on luggage, which I despise."
Cons: "Frontier nickel and dimes you for everything: on top of the ticket price, you must pay for your seats, carry-on, you name it! The seats are horribly uncomfortable--no reclining!"
Cons: "Paying up to $60 for a carry on. Waiting on the runway for 30 minutes with no communication from the pilot when we landed in Denver."
Pros: "The plane didn't crash."
Cons: "Many years ago, I was an Early Rewards member who flew Frontier any time I could. No longer. The ticket price no longer resembles what you will pay. Now they charge $15-35 to get a seat, another $30-$35 to check or carry on each piece, and sit in uncomfortable seats that do not recline. These extra charges cause long delay at the check in counter even if I already checked in and only needed to check a bag because everyone else had to pay. Now I'll only fly Frontier if there is no alternative."
Cons: "Very uncomfortable seats, they did not recline. Crew kept talking loudly at the back and it was hard to sleep ."
Cons: "Fee's for luggage and carry ons. In other airline its already included Fee's for luggage and carry ons. In other airline its already included Delayed flight"
Cons: "What? Wouldnt you think your ticket would actually mean you'd purchased a seat on your flight? Not with Frontier. Extra cost for your seat - ANY seat. And for your carry-on bag. Seats are nearly unbrearably thin and stiff. No recline. No headrest. Miniature tray. Knees push against the seat in front. And not an inexpensive ticket to begin. Last Frontier flight for me."
Pros: "Easy on and off. Storage space available."
Cons: "The seats uncomfortable couldn't sleep. Over priced snacks and beverages."
Cons: "It's really hard to feel good and positive about a flight, when you get nickeled and dimed prior to the flight. No matter how good the service is, I feel slighted. I'll avoid Frontier as much as possible in the future."
Cons: "Seats do not tilt back and no TSA pre-check"
Cons: "I was charged $35 each way to bring a carry on bag. It would have been nearly twice that had I not checked the email the night before my flight and pre paid. I call that slimy. Seats were tiny, hard and did not recline. Won't book with them again."
Pros: "Getting off the plane."
Cons: "Everything else."
Cons: "They charged me for my carry on at the gate!"
Cons: "Charging for water? Really?? Charge me a carry on fee, a checked luggage fee and forcing me to pay a carry on fee for my PERSONAL ITEM that fits under the seat??? You've got to be kidding me."
Pros: "flight was pretty much on time, attendants were steady and pleasant."
Cons: "Seats weren't very comfortable and cramped, baggage charges were excessive, low class travel."
Pros: "The overall experience was ok, I was on time so I can't complain."
Cons: "Every time they have a massive line waiting to check in, they seem to only have one attendant available, causing massive delays checking in. We stood in a line for over an hr."
Cons: "Everything is tribble I will never fly with frontier airline again"
Cons: "My military plane showed up a little late so when I showed up to check in their was no one in sight due to there stupid 45 minute policy. So I had to buy a whole new ticket with another airline worth ALOT more then what the Frontier one was"
Pros: "From the moment I stepped to the tic counter in SEA, the agent spoke with me, not at me...so kind, so sharp and professional...She ( I wish I cold remember her name) set my expectations for my flights...What is incredibly amazing is that everything she drew for me to keep in mind, was exactly how it turned out to be. I think Frontier ought to clone this hard to find ( in this world of indifference) professional person...Although I took advantage of a great price for my travel, I felt I was trade as if I was traveling 1st Class."
Cons: "The walks at Denver's airport. And having to pay for general beverages, including water...not good."
Pros: "It was a beautiful flight and flight crew were friendly!"
Cons: "All the hidden charges were a bit much!!!!"
Pros: "Free snacks and water , tea and coffee"
Cons: "Paying for checked baggage. Nickel and diming us all over the place."
Pros: "Boarding seemed to be quick, staff seemed nice enough, must take some extra training to be able to deal with customers enraged over petty things your airline charges for."
Cons: "No seat recliner, seat more like a plastic bucket racing seat from a race car. Less room to store even my small backpack under the seat in front of me. Tray table was useless unless you want to put it down and laugh at how small it was.. Other airlines are putting in charging outlet for everyone whist you guys just take away commodities. If you're going to make stuff worse for whatever reason at least give a small commodity that improvs the customers experience. The fee for drinks.. I can understand alcoholic beverages, sort of, but just an average can of soda or life saving water... I mean come on, are you going to be charging for the quality of air we get to breath next? And don't even get me started on the $45 bag check fee and $25 carry on fee.. It's legitimately cheaper to have my bag mailed then it is to go through you guys.. Too bad I already made my returning flight with your airline, otherwise I would never be flying it again unless some serious changes are made. There's no warning of these fees either which I'm pretty sure is called... Ahh can't remember the word for it, but I'm pretty sure you guys know what I'm talking about."
Cons: "Flight was late, seats are incredibly small and plane was not clean"
Cons: "The seating was very horrible and tight and uncomfortable. Also the seats do not recline"
Pros: "Boarded on time. Friendly crew."
Cons: "No leg room. Should serve free beverages."
Pros: "**some** of the crew members made it somewhat comfortable for the flight."
Cons: "Everything from when I got there to when I got back home was one of the most uncomfortable and annoying flying experiences ever. Also be ready to take your credit card out every 5 minutes because frontier airlines charges you for just about anything you can think of, I was surprised the water was free. No joke. Almost every other flight is delayed so don't plan anything important within the next 1-2 hours of your final destination. I personally would never fly this airline again, hope this helps."
Cons: "Flight was canceled and frontier did not help me find a flight out. I was told to go to airport and try to get on stand by. When I got to airport they told me they did not do stand by. I will never fly frontier again"
Pros: "The price was nice, if it hadn't been a bait and switch"
Cons: "You offer a price for a flight to compcompete with other airlines and then when I get there surprise! You have to pay for carry on luggage! At $40 per bag which was more than non carry on with any airline. When I attempted to talk to the customer service rep about it she had a lousy attitude, was quite rude and just said well other airlines hide their fees in the cost of a ticket. That may be true, but Frontier hides it in general, you think you understand what you have agreed to, you think that you have been offered savings, but instead you are forced to pay for carry on and have saved nothing at all. I feel if Frontier airlines would deceive me about fees, there are other things that they would lie about as well."
Cons: "Didn't realize I had to pay for a carry on bag - AND it was more than the cost of checking the bag. Also, Frontier has turned into a budget airline. Small, uncomfortable seats. Tiny tray table. Only water. Great deals but I might pay for comfort."
Pros: "Actual flights were uneventful and pleasant."
Cons: "Flight from Seattle was delayed causing me to spend many hours in the airport. With more proactive communication from Fronteir I could have pursued other options rather than sitting in SEA all day. Secondly, when I had to stay overnight in Denver I was given almost no information about the shuttle or where my hotel was; the paper I was given only gave the chain name and there are two hotels with that chain name near the airport. Just my luck, I was carried to the wrong hotel even though I asked the shuttle driver and showed him the voucher from Frontier. This could be prevented by having complete written information available for a predictable situation like this."
Pros: "My first flight had in flight tv which was nice, and there was a bit more comfort."
Cons: "The flight was delayed due to weather in Denver, but luckily I made it just in time for my connections, but I can't say the same for some of my peers."
Pros: "Reasonably efficient, on time on the way out, 30 minute delay on the way back. Crew was pleasant enough."
Cons: "Seems like a good deal, but be careful! I expected a budget airline where one had to buy coffee or soda onboard, no big deal. I didn't expect that the carryon baggage, would cost nearly as much as the flight. I expect a charge for premium seating, but not a charge for ANY seat selection, etc. Seats were the worst I'd EVER encountered. No headrest at all, no padding, nothing. I'm not too picky, and at 150 lbs don't strain the capacity of most airline seats, but this was BAD."
Pros: "Space on plane sense nobody flies this airline."
Cons: "Ticketing agent denies a 6'6" traveler an aisle seat because it's, in their words: "Fully Booked". Once onboard, you realize the plane is half full and that the ticketing agent just didn't want to be inconvenienced."
Cons: "Seats don't recline"
Cons: "Seating was extremely uncomfortable. Staff was rude."
Cons: "Extra fees,luggage,coffee"
Pros: "I landed in Denver."
Cons: "Frontier charges $40 for carry-on, they charge for seat selection, their seats don't recline, they charge for food and drinks, the captain blamed the passengers for the delays in take-off...need I continue?"
Pros: "Not much, food selection was very poor!"
Cons: "I sat next to a very noisy toddler who kept banging the tray behind me! I sat next to a very rude guy to told me to turn my phone off! There is something called airplane mode!"
Cons: "$40 carry-on fee, $2 cokes... It seemed like frontier charged for just about everything they could think of."
Pros: "Crew was efficient. Just walked on board no waiting. Didn't eat. No entertainment, thus the average rate. 1 fault was main cabin door closed while cockpit door was open! Flight smooth. Good flight!"
Cons: "See above!"
Pros: "Everything worked good and in time. The price was low."
Cons: "The seats at the airplane are very uncomfortable."
Pros: "The price"
Cons: "delayed flight back to colorado"
Cons: "Small seats"
Pros: "Boarding went quickly, and the flight was smooth. Flight attendants were efficient."
Cons: "The seats are not particularly comfortable, but I did manage to sleep for most of the flight."
Pros: "Foot room"
Cons: "No internet, buy larger seats and don't get them"
Pros: "These seats should be outlawed for ergonomic reasons. No back seat pockets--just a couple of snap cords holding the menu and emergency info card."
Pros: "Cost, no delays. Got me there safe and quick. Great for shorter, daytime flights with very little luggage."
Cons: "Website and system is a little tricky to navigate (such as buying bags before hand). Read an online article before hand to know what you are getting into-- add-ons are a la carte and all cost extra. Seats are more cramped and uncomfortable than the typical airline, especially for sleeping (do not recline, no wings for your head, less leg-room)"
Pros: "Quick, easy and a la carte pricing!"
Cons: "Seats were not the coziest"
Pros: "Planes were on time"
Cons: "over charge on bag, small seats no space, I wont fly spirit again one of the most uncomfortable flights"
Pros: "Boarding was efficient."
Cons: "Bare bones is one thing but it was a flat out uncomfortable trip. Felt gouged by pricing policy despite being aware they are a budget carrier."
Pros: "On time departure, efficiency of crew, shorter flight times than expected."
Cons: "Seats don't recline, no in-flight beverage or entertainment services."
Cons: "I would never use spirit again. Pay for your carry on in so abusive and inconvenient and the price is ridiculous. The service is poor. Never again"
Pros: "Great crew with a sense of humor to go along with the service"
Cons: "They charge for everything. Charged as much for a flight change as a one-way return flight would have been."
Pros: "Liked the crew - polite and sense of humor"
Cons: "having to buy snacks"
Cons: "One checked bag within the weight limit and a carry on doubled the price of my ticket..."
Pros: "Captain Daniels"
Cons: "Everything else"
Pros: "Check in was quick. We were given option to upgrade seat to exit row which we accepted for more leg room. Lower ticket cost definitely gets offset by having to pay for seat selection and baggage fees."
Cons: "Flight was delayed. Then moved back to original time which made us scramble. Then we ended up waiting because flight was delayed again. There is also very little info in advance as to what the gate or even the terminal are going to be."
Cons: "The baggage fees are ridiculous. You have to pay to select your seat andthey do not offer a complimentary beverage even on a flight that is over 4 hours."
Cons: "Cost adder for bags, seat, boarding, snacks. Add these to the fare and Spirit would NOT have been my choice. Seats do not recline - very uncomfortable. Seats too close together. Rude Spirit employees at baggage check-in and on the plane - it was clear their job was to find some way to charge more money. A bag that weighed 39 LBS in Houston and had the same clothes weighed 43 LBS in Seattle and resulted in a weight overcharge fee as they only allow 40LBS Max for checked luggage when everyone else allows more. No updates during flight of ETA. No entertainment options."
Cons: "$52.- check bag!"
Pros: "It was a terrible experience start to finish and I will never fly with Spirit again. It started off with inefficient and confusing lines and then it was delayed over 3 hours with no posted updates at the gate of explanations. There were no apologies or offers to amend the situation. The seats do not recline and the space is very cramped and I don't think it is actually legal to not offer free drinking water when passengers are stuck on board for over 6 hours which was the case for this flight. Only because after boarding everyone they realized the door wouldn't close properly and had maintenance work on it for over an hour. on my return trip to Seattle the check in process at BWI was even worse and the flight attendants were late to the gate so boarding was delayed. They also told me there were no available seats to transfer too, but once on board I discovered there were over 80 seats available on the flight. So she completely lied to me for no explainable reason. Over all I was appalled on both trips and quite frankly, the tickets are not that much less than any other airline going from BWI to SEA and back - the benefit of reasonable comfort and human decency far out weighs the possible 30 bucks I saved and then spent on a carry on bag. Spirit should not be allowed to operate, it is a shady and mean organization and I have made sure to broadcast my terrible experience to everyone I know. As a travel site you should really consider you're role in promoting such a dismal travel experience/airline. I am loyal to kayak and generally trust the validity of the site, but i am disappointed that I was encouraged to purchase such a terrible trip through your site and may consider different options in the future."
Cons: "No part of this flight was an enjoyable experience."
Cons: "This airlines charges extra for everything. You can't even get water without paying for it. This wast last trip on Spirit Airlines. Ever."
Pros: "On time, and crew was funny explaining the exit doors, safety features."
Cons: "$52 to check your bag, I set up a resavation, shouldn't have to pay more for my bag. One bag under 29lbs should not cost $52 to check in. Other airlines give soda, or even water for free, yal charge for everything, was told a dollar for a cup of ice. Stupid. I won't fly with yal again. 4hr flight, seats didn't recline at all, window seat person has to have everyone move so you can go to bathroom.not enough space to move around."
Cons: "paying for a carry on bag is bullshit!!! and thanks for a complimentary water!"
Pros: "The crew were great, especially the main attendant, he was hilarious. On our first flight, I was surprised to find that we were sitting in first class, which was awesome for my wiggly 9 year old and me."
Cons: "We were on the same plane from Seatac, WA to Detroit to Atlanta, to Orlando, so no longer than 15 minute layovers. This meant no time to eat at airports and no time to charge devices. Since there was no in flight movie and nowhere to plug in anything on the plane, my son was extremely bored and it was stressful for me to keep him busy for 10 hours! On top of that, there were no in flight snacks and the food was overpriced. Also, the baggage fee is insanely high."
Pros: "Friendly staff"
Cons: "After 7-8 hours of delay after delay they boarded everyone onto the plane, let us sit there for 5-10 minutes and then asked us get off the plane. They then proceeded to tell us due to weather our flight would be cancelled. I stood in line for 2 hours for them to tell me the next flight our was not for another 5 days. They also did not place me in a hotel, thankfully I had a friend that lived close to the airport and I was able to crash there. I asked for my money back and rebooked my trip with Deta airlines. I guess I learned my lesson the hard way."
Cons: "No leg room, very unfriendly staff, and they charge for everything... The woman next to us had a bag which fit in the bag sizer but they ruled the wheels were a bit too long so she had to pay $65 to take it on the plane. I'll be paying more to take a normal airline next time."
Cons: "Someone kept farting for nearly the entire flight. It stank horribly. Some air freshener would've been nice"
Pros: "Clean. Efficient in and out."
Cons: "Cramped, no complimentary water, an hour late on one leg."
Cons: "Travelers beware! I was delayed getting to the airport and missed part one of a round trip. The airline's response was to cancel my return reservations as well (which I still needed) and when I called customer "service" they informed me that they were also keeping the entire fare that they had collected...including for my flight that was still 5 days in the future, which they cancelled. No wonder they were awarded the worst customer satisfaction of the industry last year."
Cons: "Beginning prices was awesome, but after the flight was book then there are charges for everything. By the time all was said & done the cost had doubled. The take off was delayed. Not impressed with the staff at all."
Pros: "The boarding was quick."
Cons: "There is no leg room AT ALL! Cheap means more money. I was lured in by the low base fare. After paying for 1 carry on and having to pay for a seat, I paid $50 than if I would have stayed with Alaska or Delta. I understand the "no frills" pitch, but this DOES cost more money. Never again."
Cons: "It didn't happen. Cancelled."
Cons: "Never EVER have I flown with an airline that charges you for carry-on luggage. If I would have known this and all the other extra hidden fees, including (extra chargers for checking passengers in..etc) I most definitely would have picked a different airline. To make matters even worse, they never once told me while checking in at their airline counter that they charge for carry on luggage. So.. when I arrived to my boarding gate, they announced that all carry on luggage was an additional fee of $100.00, unless already checked in at the counter for their base rate of $60.00 FOR A CARRY ON.... In order to board my flight, I had to pay $100.00 for one tiny little suitcase. I was beyond aggravated. It felt like this airlines entire intentions were to scam every passenger that boarded. At one point on the flights, as the flight attendants were going through the emergency procedures, a passengers behind me said "You will only give us our oxygen masks, for an additional charge" I will NEVER fly with Spirit Airline again. Every employee that I came across during my travels were incredibly rude, and very unhelpful. Spirit does have cheaper flights, but after all the up-charges you end up paying way more than you will if you just book with another airline."
Cons: "Had to pay $65 for my carry on. The info about paid baggage in Spirit is not very clear when you're booking from a third party website. Not to forget, everytime I've travelled with Spirit I've had my flight delayed."
Pros: "Friendly personable crew"
Cons: "The seats are TINY. I am 5'3" and I felt cramped. The poor fellow next to me was miserable. Also, not one complimentary drink or snack?"
Cons: "Will never get on one of their planes again. It may seem like a great deal until they start charging you for everything! And their service is subpar and their employees are disinterested at best."
Cons: "Price of drinks and snacks on the plane."
Pros: "Boarding was easy. Nearly empty flight."
Cons: "Our luggage was dirty."
Pros: "Crew kind of rude... you have to pay for a carry on 50$ ..."
Pros: "The original ticket price"
Cons: "Not even water is free. Checking our one bag was $80 total, and picking your seat is extra $$. So after all the after ticket costs, the price was right up there with other airlines. My husband is only 5' 8" and he had to keep his legs wide open so he could fit in his seat. The flight attendants carried on a loud, obnoxious conversation the whole flight, while half the plane tried to sleep. It's an airline for college students. Not taking this airline again!"
Pros: "No frills, comfortable flight, clean cabin"
Cons: "LONG delays!"
Cons: "I felt like there were hidden fees, I booked on kayak and did not realize I would be charged extra to bring any luggage or pick a seat or even have a drink of water, the plane was late, seats were uncomfortable, tray table was a joke, flight attendants were not funny and lackadaisical"
Pros: "Fast and convenient. Everything was on time and worked well."
Cons: "I wasn't aware of how little was included with you ticket. The seats weren't comfortable or adjustable. The plane was hot and stuffy."
Pros: "I had the entire role of seats to myself on my return flight from LA to Seattle"
Cons: "The amount of space to stretch out and sleep"
Pros: "The price of the flight"
Cons: "All the surprises about the cost it to bring the luggage on the plane and the fact that my first flight was cancelled and nobody offered me anything for a hotel room for an extra nigh t"
Cons: "TICKETS ARE CHEAP FOR A REASON.. FLIGHT GOT DELAYED A HOUR BACK. AS SOON AS WE GET TO VEGAS OUR PILOT TELLS US THAT ITS NOT SAFE TO LAND AND HES GOING TO WAIT TIL ITS SAFE WHICH IS UNDERSTANDABLE BUT HE DECIDED TO FLY AROUND IN CIRCLES FOR 30 MINUTES. AFTER THAT HE SAID IT STILL WASNT SAFE AND WE LANDED IN LA INSTEAD OF LAS VEGAS. 4 HRS LATE ON ARRIVAL TO LAS VEGAS, AND ON TOP OF ALL THE FUCKERY, U DONT GET ANY COMPLIMENTARY SNACKS OR WATER. AND IF U DONT PAY FOR YOUR BAGS ONLINE THEY'LL HIT U OVER THE HEAD WITH A 60-100 TAB JUS FOR ONE BAG."
Cons: "50$ each way for a carry on when the whole round trip was 120!!!"
Pros: "Very organized"
Cons: "Can't complain about anything it was a great value and easy flight that was on time both trips."
