Way too warm for that length of flight!! If the pretzel bag gets any smaller, there won't even be any pretzels to eat!! Crew didn't talk. $99 just for an aisle seat is ludicrous!! Probably won't fly Alaska again.
Had to go in the bus to board the flight. Was traveling with just a carry on, but Carry on luggage was recommended to be checked in and it took a while to come to the baggage claim.

There was no sense of urgency to get us to our destination on time. There’s just no such thing with this airline. It’s not my fault, they don’t have enough help. They sure as hell charge you enough for everything Nothing like being nickel and dimed to death. Money for bags money to choose a seat. You gotta be made for money to fly this airline.

I made a mistake. Read what I wrote in the flight from Dulles to SEA. The negative experience was from SEA to BOI. Total garbage. Wont do it again.
Need to get on train for second flight it’s much nicer when all the gates are together for obvious reasons
Cramped, crowded aircraft. Poorly organized boarding. Tasteless crackers to eat. 40 minutes late. A standard US air travel experience.
Delayed take-off. Very small plane so very scary with lots of bumps during the flight. Would never fly Delta on short flights in small 80 seaters plane again! Felt relieved when landed.
The plane was old with small storage areas that had problems closing/latching and not enough storage for everyone, and worn, damaged seats. Service was great but feel a little unsafe on such well used planes.
Great staff. Wifi is terrible. Signing up for skylines is a painstaking process. Had to call customer service just to get my flight itinerary and confirmation sent to me. Consistent delays. A well staffed company that is run so poorly. Upper management needs to be renewed.
The crew was wonderful and attentive. The seats near exit row were restrictive. Offer healthy snacks please
Boarding is, as it always is… horrible. Gate lice. Slow moving zones. Too many people with carry ons
Other then mechanical/ computer problem and 3.5 hours flight delay the flight was great. I guess that what happened when you fly an old airplane now a day.
I sat in comfort plus. It was fine. Seats were comfortable. I got drinks and snacks.

Everything was great except it became so hot on the plane I couldn’t sleep on my red eye flight. It didn’t really cool down till we started descending.
Flight was empty so had a whole row to myself. Still had to wait to get the bag due to the negligence at Palm Springs departure.
I flew out of Reagan National. My flight was delayed, delayed, delayed, and then canceled ...THREE TIMES over TWO DAYS. Staff were seemingly not empowered to provide information on why the flights were screwed up. A real nightmare.
The only thing is if Wi-Fi is available after you land and taxi to the gate. It takes forever to get to the gate, and having the Wi-Fi continue would be great to bide the time at least 5 minutes before you arrive at the entrance. That is my only comment; otherwise, everything was good.
Amazingly comfy flight - I had upgraded for a reasonable price and it was worth it. The food also was good.
Only thing that I liked it that I got to my destination safely, otherwise American Airlines stinks.
Ok. Got us there safely and a bit early. Need food available on this long flight. Almost 3 hours.
Flight was delayed multiple times and I chose to switch to another flight that had a layover. I finally arrived 7 hours later than I was supposed to.
