I liked the A300 used is was in very nice condition and the leg room was reasonable. The cabin crew was above average. The pilots were smooth on take off and landing.

The departure gate announcements in English were hard to understand. The landing jetway was used to disembark, but then we had to use stairs to the tarmac and board a bus to get from the domestic terminal (we were an international flight) to the international terminal. Because of this many passengers, especially the elderly, were unprepared for this situation and their carry on luggage.

No baggage charge.

Tempting fare for a long haul flight. Luckily they had new air craft 787 on this sector.

One leg of the flight was a dreamliner.

Food was the worst I have had in memory. Crew are also the worst I have experienced in memory.

The flight destination is Beijing but we need re checkin at Shenzhen and the worst is we need to pickup bag and rechecked baggage

I've travelled extensively and ok many different airlines and Hainan is by far the worst. Not good communicating prior to the flight especially about delays. The food was in edible. Seats where uncomfortable and on each flight here was something broken on my seat. No entertainment on flights between Bangkok and Beijing. The crew was So unfriendly and wouldn't help at all when we asked them for help when one of our travel companions was ill.

Air India cancelled its Kochi Agati flight three times the week we planned a trip to Agati. Luckily our flight was not cancelled but there were people who got stuck on the island for 3 to 5 days. Always have a cushion of at least a day for your onward journey from Kochi. The aircraft is ancient and would have been out of service if it was USA airline company.

The breakfast served in the route Abuja to Heathrow was very hot and tasty. The hostesses were great. Good service overall

seats seem "cheap" plastic. They crackle as you move in them and don't seem to be a very high quality.

Could not check baggage through to Hue.

Very attentive to handicapped passengers. Which is me. Yhe flight is short yet they served a light lunch we seemed like a waste to. I had a coke. The plane was clean I love the hostess uniforms. Beautiful and very feminine. Refreshing in today's world

Everything. Flight was, as usual, late - a typical of Air India. No announcements informing that the plane was running late. People started lining up to board outside the gate, but with no ground staff on sight. 10 minutes past the departure time, 2 personnel show up informing Pax that the flight was running an hour late. Food was stale. I would rather you not serve any food and knock off a few $$ from the fare, rather than serving distasteful and stale food. Overall, bloody pathetic condition of the aircraft.

On board service of crew members and the plane itseld was extremely old.

we were stranded in aberdeen due to flooding and were to miss our connection to vietnam. we were expecting the worst when we called BA but the service representative could not have been more helpful or efficient. she had us booked in the next couple of days all the way to our door. she was positive and we could tell she really cared about our plight.

Every flight was on time and I sort of like the on line check in. The ground staff at LHR were exceptionally helpful and attentive to the needs of the passengers. I give them thumps up.

I pretty much liked everything about the flight.

Excellent service as usual in business class. Flights generally on time. Kayak price was amazing $3k less than anything I could find in BA's home site
