The in flight service was good
The time it took to get the baggage. It took over 2 hours
12 hrs transit must give Hotel, without Hotel it was bad!
More than 10 hrs transit must give Hotel !!
Entertainment and food timings are odd.
Boarding at JFK very disorganized. Poor system. No vetting of wheel chair users many fakers.
Flight attendants very attentive and helpful, wheel chair provided at Doha airport by helpful and friendly staff, comfortable seating in business class. Overall I would give my flight an A rating.
I do not have any complaints, except one bathroom I used was not as clean as I would have preferred.
Crew, food and entertainment were good.
Still cramped esp when front seat reclines. Seats are very uncomfortable by end of flight.
Overall it was an excellent flight, delicious food, wonderful crew and flight mainly smooth.
To get to the gate for boarding was like going from Terminal 2 to Terminal 7 too far for many people to walk and to eventually find when you are not familiar with the airport, thought for a minute Qantas had not paid their airport duties.
Economy seats were comfy.
Food was terrible! Literally inedible.

Our first flight to LAX was delayed by 7 hours so we spent the day in Sydney airport, spending more money on meals that hadn’t been planned. Because of the delay, we missed our connecting flight from LAX to JFK. The flight we were re-booked on was also delayed for mechanical/paperwork issues so we arrived back home in NYC 8 hours later than originally scheduled. This caused us to spend more money on a taxi since it was too late to take public transportation. it also made it difficult to settle back in at home because both my husband and I had to get up early for work the next day and we missed several hours of unpacking and cooking time we would have had had our flight not been delayed.
Boarding was seamless and straightforward
Crew - Mostly men that looked like they hated their jobs. They were mostly unfriendly, and getting any of them to crack a smile was like pulling teeth.
The flight attendants were very nice & accommodating. Everyone made you feel welcomed and valued. The food was fresh and you could tell there was a lot of detail put into the trays, they were well presented.
No complaints, it was really a great experience.
My husband and I paid a combined $100 to reserve seats on our flight from LAX to London. When we got to check-in at LAX airport we did not get our reserved seats. Everything had been changed around. We did not even have seats next to each other. Upon complaining at arrival in London (there was no time at LAX to deal with this, as usual that airport was one chaotic mess) we were given a British Airways business card with a phone number that did not work/had been disconnected. I would like to get the $100 reservation fee back. Thank you.
The crew made your needs a top priority which was nice. This trip was my first time flying British Airways, I normally fly United, but the price was too good to pass up. I will definitely be using BA in the future from now on. Overall a great experience!
