Cons: Overall a horrible experience. Would never choose American Airlines given other choices. This was the second time this year I was held at an airport over 24 hrs due to plane maintenance.

Cons: Why do we accept this humiliation from AA, they charge for breading inside the plane, they don't give anything nice to eat or drink, and the tickets are more expensive than others. You know why?, Because we are stupid

Pros: Seats and layout was updated. More room in economy. Staff was personable 3 bathrooms in economy rather than just 2.

Cons: more room Im 5'5 and I felt like I was 6ft tall that how tiny the sits are....

Pros: The flight crew could have been more attentive. Jackets and coats were not collected during preboarding until last minute, by then I had already put mine away.

Cons: No food was offered, short flight though, that’s okay, but the crew definitely could have been more attentive to the first class passengers.

Cons: Reading lights did not power during first 40 minutes of flight. Had an aisle seat originally but after upgrading to comfort+ got bumped to a middle seat

Cons: The plane itself and seating was filthy, some unknown substance fell on me from the vent above, there was a bunch of crumbs in the seat buckle that fell out all over my lap when I fastened it. I'm not sure the tray table was wiped down, or at least not very well. The in-flight tracker was completely incorrect, I was on a 4-hour flight and it read 14 hours and counting throughout.

Cons: We were traveling international in Twitter after contacting we were told we can carry one checked baggage but then we were not allowed and at gate they didn’t know the procedure and repeatedly checked our passport Poor customer service

Cons: Upgraded to premium. Only offered cookes and drinks. Screens weren’t working for 5 hour flight.

Cons: Check in problems with precheck. There seems to be a consistent issue with seeing our precheck on our boarding pass. This has happened twice. Otherwise good overall. Time to fix the problem

Cons: Despite one piece of carry on per passenger they run out of overhead space. The boarding process is unbelievably slow. Far too many with no apparent reason to pre-board are allowed to pre-board . Wanted to buy food were nearly out of any of the choices by row 34 so no food 5:36 minute flight ridiculously poor planning in my opinion. Very little leg room as configured.

Pros: Most of the crew was great with the exception of curbside check-in in Denver.

Cons: Curbside needs to stop chasing cash tips and do their jobs. If they focused on that tips would be easy to come by. The curbside attendant that took my bag didn’t even bother to check my id. He asked me my name and asked where my destination was. I told him Cincinnati as a layover then LaGuardia where he said that was wrong. He then proceeded to print a boarding pass that wasn’t mine and load my bag into the conveyor. Not 5 mins go by when I realize what happened I wound up having to go to special services to rectify the situation. Which ultimately consisted of me waiting another hour in LaGuardia to get my bag. Please delta have these curbside handlers actually want to do their job and stop chasing cash tips.

Cons: Felt like a sardine. Knees were up against the seat I front fighting for elbow space with person in the middle. Worse seating than Ryanair in Europe.

Cons: The flight was delayed because one or more of the crew were late. I would suggest that when you board a large flight, start from the rear of the plane, not the front. Having to go past everyone to get to your seat is time consuming and somewhat stressful. The food was super gross. The so called beef bulgogi was not appetizing at all. For breakfast, the food was disgusting.

Cons: i was somehow ‘offloaded’ from a seat that i paid extra for.

Pros: While i normally fly AA i gave United a try & my flight to Austin was surprisingly comfortable & enjoyable. The trip back was another story. Seated between two very nice but 250lb people who spilled over into my seat. The Entertainment channel was best part of trip and that was uneven.

Cons: Incredibly uncomfortable. Inedible food that I had to pay for was another frustration. We had a 45 min flight delay. At that point food should be gratis. A good opportunity to create loyalty was squandered. Complete lack of awareness about human essentials.

Pros: Nothing about this airline. Will avoid flying through Delta if they allow their team to lie to their passengers. Both land crew and onboard crew were disrespectful to their passengers.

Cons: agent boarding delayed boarding because she wanted everyone to check their bags. A flight that was leaving 2 minutes later than our flight started boarding before our plane. It wasn't that the 2 planes arrived at different times. The agent was just horrible. In the end, she lied to the passengers that there were no overhead space left. When I went to get my seat, most of the overhead space was empty!! I had to check-in my bag and my bag was damaged by the delta crew.

Cons: I had a flight with a connection starting at 6 PM on a Monday. At 5 AM the day of the flight I received notification that the first flight would be delayed, making connection impossible, I was prompted to select another flight to arrive to my destination. I chose a flight with a connection staring at 7 PM. Upon getting on the first flight we began to prepare for takeoff. After about 30 minutes the pilot notified us that we would be delayed 40 minutes because we had nowhere to land at my connection airport. I realized at that point that I would possibly miss my connection, which was scheduled at 10:20 PM. However, I did arrive at the connection airport around 9:40 PM which would have given just enough time to arrive at the connection gate. Unfortunately, upon arrival to the connection airport the pilot informed us that we would have no gate to de-board the plane. The pilot stated that all connections "were aware of our delay" and gave us the gates for each connection. I got off the plane at 10:15 PM and ran to my connection gate arriving exactly at 10:20. The gate attendants informed me that my flight had left, my bags were on the way to my destination city and that I would need to spend the night in the connection city. The attendants, appeared disinterested and impolite but upon prompting provided us with a hotel voucher for the night. The next day we arrived at the airport 2 hours before boarding and waited at the gate. When it was near the time for departure we were informed that the plane had been downgraded and requests were made for some to give up their seats for a later flight or check carryon bags to make room for other passengers. While some lined up to give up their seats and bags, those who chose to remain on the original flight were forced to wait before boarding the plane. We were then told that we would have to wait until the pilot and crew arrived before boarding. Scheduled departure time was 5:46 PM but the time got pushed back until we boarded around 6:30, departure was rescheduled to 6:50 PM. We boarded the plane and waited for departure but a few minutes later the pilot informed us that "he just got here" and that there were mechanical problems that would cause further delay. After an hour we were informed that the plane was not able to fly and instructed to go to another gate for another plane. Departure time got rescheduled to 8:30 PM. The plane departed after 9 PM and arrived at 10:30 PM for a 5:46 PM scheduled departure.

Pros: Flight was on time and boarded and de-boarded quickly.

Cons: Video entertainment system did not work at first and had to be rebooted.
