Cons: I ordered Asian Vegetarian Meal. But they served me only pasta.

Pros: Short flight so I can't really complain. It was no frills, standard small aircraft with no high tech entertainment system. Seats were fairly comfortable

Cons: Flight canceled, poor communication from the airline to the passengers. Møre than 5 hrs delay

Cons: There was a Force Majeur delay in Helsinki due to wings freezing that caused 20 minute delay to Amsterdam and made the interchange stressful.

Cons: when serving drinks, cabin crew limited to serve liquor only once and it was poor service.

Cons: It was delayed. I paid very expensive to fly on Business to be on the first row. Because every minute count for me on this trip. But it was delayed. I feel I should get a refund for sum of the money I spent

Pros: Helpful crew. They reset the screen, came around with blankets, headphones and generally tried to make the space habitable.

Cons: When I am asked to book my seat, I am usually shown a map which has no reflection on the overall reality. The seat I select is normally allocated to me but if the plane is not full (unusual) I am told there are unavailable seats that would provide more choice.

Pros: The tripulation are very nice people.

Cons: The space between seats are small.

Cons: Website was not intuitive with regard to baggage fees. Paid $100++ for ONE bag ans then they failed to transfer my bags to the connecting flight. Still waiting on the status of my belongings.

Pros: There was a major problem with my booking and I went through almost 2 hours or stress thinking I would not be let on the flight. This has never happened with Kayak. But it was really bad. TAP insisted they could not book me on as Azores Airlines from Pinta Delgado to Toronto was not booked for me. I had to call bothe airlines. With no help from the desk. I finally got both to confirm and at the last minute was allowed on the flight. I chose this route to have a nice couple of days in Portugal and I will have. But the flight start was really upsetting.

Cons: I like Kayak. But am very concerned about booking through in the future with this treatment.

Pros: The flight was not full and without prompting an attendant took a look at my long legs and led me to a row of seats for myself. A simple gesture that was greatly appreciated.

Cons: None of our 4 checked bags arrived with us. This was despite ample connection time (2+ hours) in Amsterdam.

Cons: Poor food, flight attend and finally baggage missing. Overall experience is extremely bad.

Pros: Friendly crew! More legroom, good entertainment and food was great! Smooth landings pretty much on time.

Cons: Crew was rude when I asked if there was a vegetarian option for the snack. I did request special meals for the trip. Even if they did not have a vegetarian option, they don't need to be rude!! Boarding was ridiculous. we were supposed to form a line and wait. Would have been a lot better if they boarded by seat numbers. Also they made me check in my fairly small and light carry on bag resulting in its contents arriving broken!

Cons: 10 minutes late to the airport....... No help, no refund, no nothing. Never using you again

Cons: There was someone that pooped themselves, another that threw up, and the flight attendants were so rude. They kept spraying stuff in the air and even those of us sitting, so much in fact I had an asthma attack and had to use my inhaler. When I told the attendant, she said "theres nothing I can do," and kept spraying the air with this awful spray. The flight harmful to my health, exhausting, and uncomfortable. BEWARE OF THIS AIRLINE! I would have preferred not gone on my trip then fly this airline!

Cons: I was surprised that BA charges for drinks like water. Flight from London to Warsaw is an international Flight after all. I may understand that food is not served but to pay for water is not a right thing to do. I asked the crew about this and I was told that bc other airlines charge for drinks/ food, BA also ask passengers for money. I have not had to pay for my drink like water on any other flight. I fly with all big airlines like American, Delta, Lufthansa, LOT, etc

Cons: I arrived 13 hours late, had two extra flights. I was delayed 3 hours first flight, 1.5 hours second flight after watching two flights that I “wasn’t allowed” to be on depart right in front of me at 9 and 10 instead of the 11 that they rebooked me on. Once I landed in Lisbon after the second flight that o wasn’t supposed to take. We missed the connection by 5 minutes and there were many people flying to my same destination. I had to wait 5 hours in Lisbon when I shouldn’t have ever went to Lisbon. I bought a ticket from Newark to Zürich through Porto 10 hours in total. I think TAP overbooked everyone and seated us on purpose. The secondflight was delayed due to “bad weather” and it was perfectly nice outside. Shame on TAP. I’m sure other people are complaining.

Cons: I am handicap, I travel with a scooter. We let them know months in advance and still they did not plan or assist. My scooter was not brought up in Brussels or DC, I refused to leave the plane in DC until they finally brought it to plane. They sat me in row 38...I can only walk a few feet so the airline failed in every aspect...epuc fail. I will never fly Brussels airlines again.

Pros: No surprises. On time. Courteous. I suppose the most amazing thing is their app. It tells you when your bags get on! Also I forgot that I had a knife in my pocket. I ran back to the desk and she went back, found my bag, put the knife in there. Wow. What service. Also I notice that Atlanta is a lot nicer than it use to be. Attendants are more friendly and loading is more organized. Way to go Delta.

Pros: We were able to fly standby on our original 2:30p flight but had to return to DCA for checked baggages later that day

Cons: Connecting flight from JFK to DCA was moved from approx 2:30p to nearly 8p, making our layover 7+ hours, as opposed to 1-2 hours. No reason for this change was provided. Delta crew member in JFK was rude and unhelpful. The second agent (who ultimately booked our standby tickets for our original connecting flight) was more pleasant.
