Pros: "The captain was very good, and we arrived early to our destination. We had to hold back before landing, due to smaller planes landing, so the captain pointed out some areas along our path! Loved it! The flight was smooth."
Cons: "We had to be in the boarding area an hour before the flight was scheduled to leave. However, because of the way that the flights are scheduled, people were still deplaning from the previous flight for 25 minutes after our gate arrival time."

Cons: "Woke up to a notice saying my flight was delayed 2 hours. So I took my time leaving. Then Got another notice saying it was delayed only 16 min. I live 1.5hrs away! Several people missed the flight because of this."

Cons: "the soda can was 2$ and for a rum and coke 20$, the plane was uncomfortable"

Cons: "Everything is extra, even water or soda. Seats are narrow so glad im not a heavier person"

Cons: "The airports restaurants closed and security shut down as well. We were prisoners in the airport with only a vending machine. Unbelievable. Believe the Allegiant Air stories from 60 Minutes. The stories are true."

Pros: "somehow after waiting on tamarac for half hour, we still got to Asheville, destination, on time."
Cons: "boarding in the rain, areas to check your bag and check in were so crowded you couldn't even find a proper line calling out names, some of the voices couldn't be heard no one available to answer questions what line a person should get in.som"

Cons: "Long wait due to plane speaker malfunction. Offered free drink pours on flight once we finally took off but it was a very small “2 sip” pour."

Cons: "Everything about Aligiant is horrible. Service, attitude, even the pilots can’t land smoothly. As a diabetic, they don’t even give you water withiit paying for it. Had my wallet in my checked bag and almost had a health issue."

Pros: "Kids board first and you dont have to worry about seating if u have a young child. Also, the nonstop flight was so relaxing."

Cons: "It was raining when we landed and we were told the guy didn't want to come out in the rain to open the door so we were stuck on the plane for a while. Being Florida, it rains. If it's your job to pen a plane door, I would think it's reasonable you do it in the rain sometimes. Then up to the passengers on board whether or not they want to get out of the plane when it's raining."

Pros: "The staff is always helpful and flights are comfortable."

Pros: "The crew, from start to finish were great. From gate to gate The plane was nice and clean. The phone app was pretty well done also."
Cons: "I know you have to make a buck but damn. Peddling food, drink all the charges and the credit card offer during the flight."

Pros: "Departure was on time and arrival was a little early! Nonstop flight was great!"
Cons: "Seats are a bit cramped and their is no pocket on the seat back to put your water bottle or book"

Pros: "The plane was clean"
Cons: "You have to pay to choose your seat, to have more than one carry on bag (literally of any size!!), and for any food. Nothing is complimentary. The seats don't lean back at all. No headrest adjustment for any sort of comfort. The seats are hard. We had a 30 min. Delay for some reason we were not made aware of and no apology was made. No Tv's or even a pocket in the seat-back in front of you. Basically if you can fly anything else other than this airline you are probably better off. Delta is basically the exact opposite of this airline and even American does way more. If I can help it I will never use this airline again."

Pros: "This flight was a return to airline travel in the 1980s in a good way! The plane was clean. The seats are among the most generous seats today. The best and brightest surprise was that each flight attendant was genuinely polite and welcoming."

Cons: "45 minute delay my 1st flight and a 2 hour delay on the 2nd. It's become so late so consistently that I don't even bother to arrive early anymore."

Cons: "The flight was delayed 35 mins. Then we couldnt get luggage when we arrived because of lighting. We were told to go one place and our luggage was taken somewhere else."

Cons: "I paid for 1A. Was moved because "the crew needed the seat" to the middle. There were SO many open seats. Was unacceptable."

Cons: "I didn't like how the air was turned off before we were allowed to leave the plane. It made it difficult to breathe with my asthma."

Pros: "Easy boarding, smooth flight, quick cart service, fast flying"
Cons: "Seats are so small I was window seat with two men who were jammed up so uncomfortably in their seats I felt bad. I was cramped cause they had no choice but to spill over in my seat. I understand safety is important but unless the plane is in middle of taking off or landing, or horrible turbulence anyone should be able to use the bathroom. We had landed and were just sitting and waiting on a gate to open. My fellow travler happened to be on her period n was told No she could not use the bathroom. After the 3rd time of her being sent back I got up with her and a tampon in hand n told the staff they had no choice she was using that bathroom. Of course they had to phone the captain and ask for permission which he ok it, but seriously , what are we supposed to do just sit in our blood. That was not cool."

Pros: "No lay overs"

Cons: "I paid more to be upfront so I could get off plane faster but there was no room in overhead because people had put their carry on and personal items. I also didn't like that drinks weren't complimentary, especially beings that it was a 3 hour flight."

Cons: "Having to pay for drinks. But, I didn't even not mind it that much. I'd much rather a cheaper flight"

Pros: "Very good flight crew. Cheerful. Nicely suggested a free adult beverage since we had the Allegiant credit card."

Cons: "Seats are ridiculously close, hard and incredibly uncomfortable. Round trip both flights delayed. First and last time"

Pros: "We had kids wound up from Disney and caused all kinds of problems. Normally the attendants are irritated, every single one of these remained genuinely polite. I really thought the staff/crew were great. Other than that the flight was fine, a little late, but all went well."
Cons: "First Allegiant flight, so I did not realize the 40 lb bag limit. Made for a last minute headache during checkin."

Cons: "long delay . actual usual delays with airline . with out exception get very sick every time i fly with allegiant . makes me question proper hygentic maintaince / ventallation system vac and clean. i fly jet blue,southwest and virgin, usually with out illness. if there are health checks by the airline , post them !"
