Cons: The boarding was processed by one agent. He did a fine job but took too long to board. Needed to have 2 people managing boarding the plane

Cons: include at least 1 checked back with comfort plus or some kind of discount.

Cons: Worse experience ever, flight delayed, lost connection, many hours in phone trying to fixed and anyway lost the flight, spent so many time at the airport with the front desk so disappointed

Cons: Working USB ports. On time departure.

Pros: United Airlines kept changing our flights and seating assignments even though we paid for 2 round trip tickets 4 months in advance. The ticket agents at the gate were very helpful in making sure my companion and I could get seats together.

Cons: Our luggage got left behind in Chicago. The luggage finally arrived at our destination 5 hours after we did.

Pros: The boarding was smooth. Flight arrived early into Frankfurt.

Cons: The food was mediocre. Economy seats are just uncomfortable.

Cons: I found the delta app to be less user friendly than the United one. I wish the in flight entertainment were in the Delta app versus downloading yet another app.

Cons: Cleaners had not done a great job. There were paper napkins left over in the seat pocket from earlier flight.

Pros: Good crew, kind and hard working staff. It is so nice to have inflight messaging and that was a pleasant surprise that made the flight go quickly.

Cons: I found the delta app to be less user friendly than the United one. I wish the in flight entertainment were in the Delta app versus downloading yet another app.

Pros: The crew and staff were friendly. The flight was full so they checked our bag at no additional charge.

Cons: They had no earphones for the flight from Cancun.

Pros: Flight crew was ok and boarding was really quick

Cons: Terminal 2 security at LAX is awful and inefficient Also plane had a malfunctioning switch and it took them 1.5 hrs to fix while we are on the plane. This was 1.5 hrs delay on a 58 minutes flight. :(
