Little bit of trouble getting my KTN and pre-check status onto the ticket, but otherwise the counter staff were friendly and truly concerned to get it right.

Plane was delayed for 3 hours, due to situation within aa control. Information was shared poorly. We sat on tarmac for over 40 minutes after the 3 hour delay.

Couldn't make the flight because connecting flight was canceled.

The flight could have actually taken place. Canceled flight and no option to rebook that day.

Missed connection from delays and times changing multiple times and then involuntarily booked on another airline next day

I had a carry on and a personal bag. I put my personal item under my seat and on way to the seat I put my bag up. I usually close my eyes and rest as I was on call for last 36 hours. I heard very loud announcements that someone needs to identify their bag. Pretty sure it was not mine until the hostess pointed out my jacket details attached to the bag. I asked why she got my bag out. I got berated and did not want to create a scene. But this person needs to be talked to.

American was having a problem with their kiosks when I arrived which made the check-in and bag drop process unusually long. Additionally, they only had one person working check-in. Eventually, the kiosks were fixed and everything else went smoothly.

Other than being delayed 5.5 hours and having to get a hotel because I missed my connecting flight, it was an okay flight. No in-flight Wi-Fi or entertainment.

The flight was short. However, my bag was delayed and was put on another flight.
