The flight attendant and staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Japan airport is updated with excellent facility and flight transferring was easy.
Tickets were in the wrong name and the company that issued them refused to fix the problem. I ended up buying a second ticket directly from the airlines.

I had a seat with very little leg room. The food was rather bland and the boarding process was slow and delayed the departure time.
I had the seat 48A which was next to the emergency exit and no chairs front of me which made me very comfortable. Also I can drink anything i want as much as I want.
Out of the whole 13 hours flight we only had 2 meals which was not enough for me. I was hungry between the two meals during the flight so i asked the flight attendant for anything to eat and she gave me 2 hot peice of bread. I accepted without complain.
Food was tasty. Service was good, flight was on time and took a long time to land in Beijing.

The entertainment was horrible. I had to watch the same three movies over and over again, because the other choices were not good. The food was barely edible. If I fly with AirChina again I will have to bring my own food and download enough entertainment for the whole flight.

Who the heck decided to put shoulder strap seat belts into the planes???? Major fail. These are highly uncomfortable and a stupid addition. I can’t imagine you have the data to support this addition being meaningful. Fail! Fail! Fail!!!!!
Attendants are friendly and nice, their limited English makes them seem cold however I speak both languages and they have better manners than my experience with American carriers such as UA, American and Delta, particularly to the elderly and those that do not speak Chinese. Legroom is decent, seat cushions need more padding for long haul flights. Power supply working well, mediocre movie selection, on time departure and arrival. Food needs improvement. I was told my meal was beef and rice, however, it was fried fish.
Bathrooms need more attention particularly on long haul economy. Food Needs Improvement!

Rouge seats are notoriously uncomfortable, especially on a 9 hour flight. Rouge Player entertainment sucks, very poor movie selection. Irish immigration took 45 minutes... a ridiculous amount of time in this day and age. My time with the officer took about 30 seconds, so obviously the problem is that they are understaffed...not the best way to start your trip to Ireland after a long flight!

We were in quite a long line to take off and when we arrived in bmore there was no one to manage the jet bridge and we sat for a little while. Seems like these issues should be easy to solve - you know when the plane is arriving for over an hour!

My flight was delayed on the way to Puerto Plata on 9/9 which made me miss an entire day and I was billed for a stay at the resort. I was booked to a crappy room in MIA that I had to get changed to another hotel. THEN my departing flight from Puerto Plata back to the US was delayed 2 plus hours (as was the first flight) due to a flat tire that had to be replaced. I missed my connecting flight and had to be placed on the next flight to DCA which was the last flight. This experience was the worst. I do not have a favorable opinion of American, of which I have flown this airline for years.
Seats a little cramped
The flight attendants are attentive and know how to anticipate your needs. I used to travel from New York to Korea then the Philippines, and I choose to fly Korean Air. In my opinion, their service crew improved a lot Including their food.
Such good service with Korean Airlines. We even got a free upgrade to exit row seats just by getting to the airport a little early.
Overnight flight is brutal. But that can't be helped.

I only had an hour to catch this flight because my flight from Vienna to Chicago was half hour late to park at the gate, and was scrambling in the busy O'Hare airport to go through passport check, customs, catching the train to go from Terminal 5 to 2, passing through security (YET AGAIN!!!) and running to my gate They didn't even offer some water Took longer than usual to get our luggage
The personal entertainment is always great on United
This was a comedy of errors of United being terrible at their own airport. The first plane essentially had a check engine light that they couldn’t figure out. Finally got us a second plane but then got delayed because they couldn’t get catering to come service the plane. The food on the plane looked like it has sat outside for hours. The oils in the hummus and bruschetta has seperated. Good try United but if you can’t get it right at your base how do you expect to get it right anywhere else.
The United stewardess was lovely
The women in the Redmond/Bend security were less than friendly and helpful. In fact she seemed intent on delaying us for no apparent reason.

The flight information did not show the gate for the flight. We had to ask an employee which gate was being used. Unfortunately, it was a gate that required a transit ride. As a result, many passengers were late in fact, after pushback, the pilot returned to the gate to pick up one very late passenger. Also, the BA gate attendant was very rude. Her imperious attitude was a poor reflection on her employer.

Bad attitude of an attendant at the airport when inquiring about seat change for medical reasons. Complete ignorance during flight, no water or snack offered to me during 6 hour flight while a flight attendant paid a lot of attention to two ladies sitting close by.
British Air reps took us through security and to the gate for boarding which was most appreciated after our check-in. Once on the plane the flight was great and the crew helpful. I wheel chair was waiting for us when we landed in London.
We were told to check in at terminal 2A to British Air for our flight. BA was on the lower floor almost in terminal 2B and there were no signs indicating where we were to find their check-in. When we checked in they initially had no record of our continuing flight on Virgin Atlantic to the US. They checked our bags through to the US but could not give us boarding cards for the 2nd leg of our flight on Virgin.
The seats in business class were very good and the staff was also very good.
I've flown to Korea many times and this was the most turbulence I've ever had. The choice of moves wasn't good.

back-office support is very poor. for example their online flight info system is faulty, they cannot figure out the date the plane arrives! mo kidding.
one check-in crew (female) at gate was not very nice. My mom is disabled & in her personal wheelchair. The other check-in crew members told us (5 total) to go together to board the plane then this female staff told us we can only have one family member go in with my mom (to take care of the wheelchair then assist her on the plane) next time we board the plane. Their messages are inconsistent & her attitude was uncalled for, especially when she let other disabled passengers on with their more than one family members & the other Asiana staff members told us to go in at the same time.

Airlines staff took my complaint seriously and found the bag at Hongkong airport. Later the bag was brought to SFO and delivered at my temporary stay. Very good job done.
On arrival on 10th Sep at SFO, I found one of my checked-in baggages was missing. This made me bit worried. I made a complaint to airlines staff there. Some inconveniences caused since I kept my needed cloths in that bag.
There was nothing worth liking . Plane was dirty in side . Tray tables were broken. Used pillows without hygiene sealed bags. Toilets were missing basic supplies.
Crew was aggressive and impolite even with senior citizens . There is no point in speaking English with senior citizen of Asian decent. Making faces and giggling among themselves with a sarcasm.
Food for economy was great. Entertainment system great.

Liked that they moved me to a better seat - was sitting next to a cranky old Turkish man - who complained every time we brushed his legs getting into our seats- he refused to stand to let us into our seats- I said this is not gonna work and they found me a great seat with some normal passengers.
Food was just ok, plus it’s a longer trip - I understand they kill the lights to let people sleep but offering more drinks - soda and water would b nice - rather than having to go to back and beg- they know who is awake and watching movies - b nice to ask.

Honestly everything went really well. Like the title say, it was easy booking, a great price, and I got some wonderful memories to bring home.
I did think about changing my departure time but the ticketing agency didn’t relly quickly enough so I was stuck. Luckily it worked out.

The food was not of the quality I would have expected from the expectation created by the airlines marketing. We boarded close to a full hour later than scheduled and the boarding process was very slow.
The crew was attentive and polite. The flights were on time, and the entertainment options were good. The Doha airport is quite nice, with many eating and retail options. although everything is very expensive, even by airport standards.
My wife and I personally don't mind a selection that leans heavily toward Indian food, but I imagine others will not. The main courses were mediocre and the "sandwich" offered between meals on the 13+ hour flight was cold, soggy and inedible. The seats on our A350 were hard and not very comfortable, and the recline function was difficult to operate. Security at the Doha airport was confusing. We had to go through 3 separate checkpoints for our transfer, each with different rules and procedures. The final check at our departure gate was the worst, with impatient officials giving hurried instructions in heavily-accented English, and scolding if passengers didn't understand. I was sent back through a second time to remove my camera from the bag (and to be scolded by the agent), and was patted down a second time coming back through the x-ray, which had green-lighted me both times. It made me wonder if this was a reaction to the extra scrutiny that Arab passengers receive from our airport security in the USA.
Best airline I’ve ever flown. A lot more space and amenities for a great price. Boarding was easier and faster than any other airline I’ve ever taken
Wish there were a bit more movie selections but only because it was such a long flight
Cabin crew service was very good. Flght with Airbus 350 plane was really comfortable and quite. They put extra care for kids and babies and all of kids get gift bag with toys, chocolate etc. which makes everyone happy Especially kids. I personally like to watch new release movies and enjoyed to pass my flight time.
Their south indian food was testless in both inbound and outbound flight from Philadelphia to doha. Snacks was good but meal definitely they should have better to change it.
I am very pleased to travel with Qatar airways. Qatar airways and Singapore Airlines are the best companies.
I was a little bit annoyed with the staff at the Doha airport at the boarding gate because she did not let me get in to boardin in priority even though with my privilege club card, I do have to insist after the call for zone 1 to proceed for boarding.

The fact that my father was diagnosed with Cancer and they wouldn’t refund our 1300.00 for round trip tickets to the Philippines which is our vacation home. The airline required documentation from my fathers doc which I provided. He was not going anywhere for at least a year (radiation and chemo) and the denied even credit.I was able to get my parents tickets refunded by a different airline. NEVER Again. my father passed 8/12/2018. Our trip was scheduled for 9/13/2018. Very disappointing.see
I wish all long haul flights were like this. Very clean and well maintained cabin space, good quality food, very attentive, helpful and polite cabin crew. Never thought I’d be able to say this, but the 14 hour flight with two young children in economy was a really enjoyable experience with JAL!
