I was totally exhausted from the previous flight, not able to sleep at all and when I tried to stretch my legs by sitting sidewards on the aisle a crew member keep bothering me to keep my legs out"

When I got to my seat the first 30 rows were nearly fully, but the back of the plane was half empty. The whole time the gate agent was urging passengers to move faster through the aisle, but Delta should really rethink its boarding strategy. It shouldn't take 40 minutes to board a 757."

Got to watch bag handlers throw and drop luggage like true gorillas. Delta, this time you truely are the worst. Wont book you again."

In one instance, as they passed to pick up trash, they took two of my three items. They started walking on, and I tapped them as they passed to pick up the third. She brusquely turned and said: don't touch me to get my attention. No please; quite rude, and unnecessary."

Cons: "We had seats at first where there was what looked like bubble gum bits stuck on one of the food trays. The flight was clearly not cleaned although it landed 2+ hours before the departure. We had to ask for a wet tissue and clean it up. That was of no use too as it wouldn't scrub off. My wife was feeling under the weather and so we asked for a blanket. The blanket was hardly a blanket and more like a towel. We then luckily could switch seats as there were 2 vacant. But, the air conditioner was leaking water in the seat to our left. The crew was callous and just stuck the passenger with some napkins saying it does that. I don't fly Delta a lot and my experience in this trip isn't inspiring much confidence."

However, this year, because of my children, I found myself on this airline again and had a very positive experience. The flight was on time, luggage was transferred without a hitch, the food was excellent and in-flight entertainment had a great variety to choose from. The 747 provided a very steady flight experience. Personnel were reasonably helpful. Continue this kind of service - it will help you remain successful."
Pros: "The drinks were great, however the food specifically the salmon meal (Great Britain breakfast) seemed to be missing something. The stewardess mentioned my partner to have the chicken as there was only a portion of the meal. But, I paid £24 for the meal. Although, the vegan and veggie meals were great!"

Cons: "Non-A380 plane feels very old now and in need of an overhaul. My biggest complaint was the food. On the outbound leg (SFO-LHR) I had the pasta dish which was dry and poorly cooked so on the return flight I opted for the beef dish which was ok. I thought that the pasta was just a one-off issue. When the pre-landing meal arrived, it was so bad I had to look at the menu to see what it was (pea mousse with artichoke and almonds). It was completely inedible. Finally the amenities bag consisted of hand cream, face lotion and lip balm as well as the std toothpaste, socks, eyeshades etc. in the past there were far more items in the bag. Overall it feels like BA has cut costs and I had a reasonable deal on my flight price which I was willing to pay just to have a lie flat bed. I can't imagine if I paid $5K for this flight and had the same experience. I recently flew Emirates from SFO to Dubai in business class and it was comparable to first class in BA."

Cons: "the armrest between the seats did not go up all the way. the storage area next to the window seat was dirty on the inside with food crumbs. after the recent news about bed bugs, i was uneasy on the flight. the actual flight was smooth, some turbulence but not the worst. they have absolutely the worst food ever. i have no idea what the awful purple stuff is, but they really should get rid of it. it is really unappetizing by the look of it. the carpet was coming loose in a number of places, just in our seat area. how long would it take to put some tacks in, or even some tape? bathroom was nasty and the sink was clogged.and full of water"
Pros: "We could tell upon boarding that the crew was focused on making our fight of 10 hours as pleasant as they could. They got along well together, which aided in providing excellent coordinated care to the passengers. Not an hour passed without being offered food, drinks, snacks, drinks, and more food. Even a time delay at take off due of a passenger leaving passport in the terminal was made up mid flight, for an ontime arrival in SFO. Would definitely look to British Airways for my next European trip."

I can understand once and maybe for one of us but it has happened EVERY time. MOST IMPORTANTLY, I sadly left my laptop onboard and I called the number for SFO BA Lost and Found for 48 hours....every 20 minutes. NO ONE answered and no one returned my messages. I finally had to drive back to the airport to talk to a human....a 5 hr round trip. No laptop turned in and it didn't turn back up in London. So clearly, cleaning crew stole it. That in its own right is a problem but NO ONE returning my calls. Completely unacceptable. I got the duty manager's email and emailed him TWICE over TWO days before he returned my email. I highly doubt I will fly BA again, I'm afraid."

Therefore we waited in the airport all night because neither British airways or American Airlines would help us We waited here all night with no sleep no one would give us a hotel or a meal we have now will be getting into London 24 hours later than planned and we will be out about $1000 in hotels in two hours we had booked that were non-cancelable . Multiple phone calls to British airline Waze and to American Airlines for all of the helpful"
Pros: "Flight crew was incredibly nice and professional. They were particularly attentive to another passenger that had food allergies. The seats were comfortable, with neck support and low back pillows. The over-intercom announcements were just enough to keep passengers aware of relevant info. There were lots of entertainment choices on the tv in the back of the seat. The first meal was really good (pasta). Thank you for a great flight."

Other people were in the same boat. We had no chance to make our connection but others did. While the flight crew offered weak apologies advising they had no control, they made no effort to help connecting passengers in ways the could control. Such as asking all passengers to remain seated allowing connecting passengers off the plane first. Something I've seen done on many other airlines numerous times."
Pros: "This was my first time on an Airbus A380 and I must say that I'm still in awe of how an aircraft this large can be so quiet and smooth, let alone get in the air. Boarding was smooth. Entertainment was great and the food (depending on what you got) was okay. The inflight crew was nice and helpful."
Cons: "Economy seats are very uncomfortable. I am 6'4 and there isn't that much space. It's even worse when you have a kid sitting in front with his seat reclined all the way back - so the little room I had to start with became even worse. Not to mention he kept rocking his chair back in forth, passed gas about 5 times, felt the need to stretch his arm behind him 3 times so his hand was blocking my screen. I really never got comfortable in my seat during the 11 hour flight. For a plane this large, i would of expected a little bit more comfort, especially when I felt it on AA 777"
