Delayed, for close to 6 hours and missed our connection
When the passenger in front reclines their seat it was in my face The legroom wasn’t terrible but I had a hard time even reading since it was so close
Boarding was fine. And service was good.
TV controls didn’t work. So I couldn’t watch anything for the 4+ hour flight.
Very grateful they moved me to an earlier flight when mine was delayed due to weather. Impressed with entertainment options.
Flight was fine. They were especially generous with the snacks.
My one complaint is the bathroom layout of the A320. Two tiny closet bathrooms in the back for all of coach and a much larger one much larger one first class (which is like 5 rows with a mesh curtain for separation). The coach bathrooms are so small a normal person can barely get in and turn around to close the door. I question whether a larger person would be able to actually use them. I also saw the flight attendant actively turn away coach passengers trying to use the first class bathroom when it was open (not standing in the aisle or anything annoying like that). That's ridiculous to have 2 tiny bathrooms for all of coach and also to make people walk all the way to the back of the plane when you are seated much closer to the first class bathroom.
No free food was offered. Movies were not free.
I’m starting to think that Alaska Airlines is the last remaining U.S. airline whose business policy seems to be authentically rooted in genuine good will to all people, customers, non-customers and colleagues. Or maybe it’s really always been in a class by itself. It translates to excellence throughout their organization, and, well, it most certainly doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you for another wonderful experience, Alaska Airlines!
Overall I liked all of it the food was nothing amazing but it's an airline I appreciate anything if I forgot to order anything from their fantastic shop inside the San Antonio airport.

I had only 40 minutes to get to my connecting flight. Then the plane was 15 minutes late. They wouldn't switch me to a seat that was open closer to front of plane and my bag was lost w important things in it that I need for this evenings show. I'm a full time musician.
Book the flight with Kayak never let us pick the seat and I’m not be able to sit with my husband! That the worse next time I’ll just book directly to the Airline website.
Smooth boarding, the crew was really nice (and it didn't hurt that they were generous with the wine).
American continues to surprise through their lack of consideration and cheapness Prefer to have seat empty on the front rather than move passengers that are loyal frequent flyers. The most important point for American is you have to pay for everything including for flight status. No longer miles flew but how much you pay them

Boarding was a mess. No opportunity for priority boarding. Flight crew no help. Just another hum drum experience.
The wait time for the connection was not too long. But on the way back to the US, I almost missed my flight from Miami to Washington-DC because I didint have enough time to go though imigration and also had to wait for my luggages. Thank you!
