the planes were beautiful!! crew was outstanding...flight on time and baggage was quick... can't think of ANYTHING that could have been better. thanks for a great trip!!

Terrible. We were bumped off our flight to another and weren't sent notice until we were on our prior flight. We got home four hours later and the airline couldn't have cared less.

Continuously changing delayed departure time. Too much waiting for a short flight. Driving would have been faster.

The crew was the best I’ve ever had HOWEVER when we arrived in Salt Lake City there were no Alaskan Airline employees to be found so we weren’t able to leave the plane until ANOTHER airline took pity on us. How could that possible happen?

Everything went well with all aspects of the flight. Honestly, if fares continue to compete with SW (which I always used to fly) I will fly Alaska if I can.

Don’t cancel the flight, had to spend a whole day sitting in the airport.

Flight attendant was awful, I felt second hand embarrassment with every one of her interactions with people onboard. She was so incredibly rude every chance she got

Great flight - efficient and cheerful team on board, at SFO gate. Also, PAE (Paine Field, Everett, WA) is a great little airport to fly out or in to!

Since the flight was delayed, snacks and water were provided.
