Alaska Airlines has the best service of airlines I have flown the last couple years. I always choose them first.

I know there were a lot of delayed flights, mine from Portland to Eugene was delayed by 3 hours, but not from one employee was there a" we are so sorry about the delay or is there anything we could get you, I thought it was very un-professional and rude.

The crew was the best I’ve ever had HOWEVER when we arrived in Salt Lake City there were no Alaskan Airline employees to be found so we weren’t able to leave the plane until ANOTHER airline took pity on us. How could that possible happen?

They were all very kind, but misinformed. We came from Idaho to Spokane, Washington and were told that my husband and I could get passes to sit with William until his flight took off. (William has special needs.) When we got to the airport we were told only one of us could sit with William, so my husband and I were separated for 2 hours as I sat with William. What is WORSE . . . is I asked for a meet and assist in Portland and they NEVER showed up. NOR did they call me to tell me they hadn't met him. William's grandmother in Portland is disabled and can't walk into find him. Fortunately, some kind citizens helped him to find the meeting point with me on the phone in terror. I have a heart condition, complete with prior heart attack, this type of customer service is UNACCEPTABLE.

Overall good , very dependable Airline and all its staff, etc but what could have been improved was allowing more than 40 minutes during layover in Portland as ultimately that brief layover was reduced to about 10 minutes with delays and causes us to panic as we rushed thru the Airport to our connecting flight. The Plane arrives at the Portland Airport very far from one Gate to another but thankfully the staff waited for us at the last minute to Board and were very caring and compassionate and assisted us in every regard . Thank you

Our travels originated in Spokane to Portland, we left about 1/2 hour late, we had only 45 mins to catch the flight home. In mid flight the flight attend approached us saying that we are going to land after our plane home is going to start boarding. And not only my wife and I are on that plane, but 3 others. We ended up landing about 40 mins the plane started to board, they let us off the plane first, but when we got off the plane and started to go to the next gate, there was no one to guide us or aid us in how to get to the next gate! With that being said, the next gate was VERY, VERY far apart! We practically had to run to the next gate, which was at the end of the terminal. It was not like we took a different Airlines for both legs, but it was the same Airlines.

Easy and quick boarding. A bit of a hard landing at PDX

Alway a a breeze! And great mountain views on left side of plane during entire flight!

We flew from SeaTac to Medford, OR on a very busy Friday evening. Best part of our experience were the airport workers getting us to departures and then through TSA. Because the lines were long, we had a chance to observe these folks direct foot traffic and advise flyers to opt for a certain gate 2-5. They were efficient, professional and kind. Impressive! On our flight, the attendants were also friendly, professional and efficient. We did not choose to request a shot at the $250 standby voucher, but it was very tempting. Once you have made it through TSA long lines, it is difficult to want to wait a few more hours for a flight. We had a fine experience flying with Alaska. Thank you! Keep up the great work!

My flight was delayed by 4 hours in 30 minute increments. The gate agents were amazing but the communication was not. We were told that there was a maintenance issue but they didn't know what it was. That didn't inspire confidence. Then they said they found it and it was fixed and the pilot just needed to sign off. Then the pilot needed to talk to the other pilot from the arriving flight and we'd be fine. Then we were waiting for the pilot to call back. Then the maintenance issue wasn't fixed. Then they decided we were getting a new plane (why didn't they decide this earlier??). Fine. But then they announced we were changing gates AND terminals. And we were boarding in 20 minutes. So we all had to run to the new terminal gate. We could have taken off at that time, but we then had to wait for all the people who rebooked on a different flight to book this flight again. That took 30+ minutes because there was only one gate agent. When everyone ditched this flight, I saw it as an opportunity to upgrade to comfort. Delta, the greedy jerks they are, charged me $121. After their delay, their fault, their issues, couldn't even discount an upgrade. They only handed out $12 meal vouchers for the delay. I can't even get a snack from starbucks for that.

Fast, lovely scenery, great info on the Delta flight screen about landmarks we were flying over. Great landing!

It was fine. 55 minute flight. No snacks or beverage service offered. Boarding went smoothly and my walker was waiting for me on the jet way.

Delta needs to step its game up get a more reliable internet service. Internet service was non-existent for this flight.

Prior to takeoff, the pilot told us there was a possibility of not being able to land and going to Portland. Well that happened, we took off and then did 8 loops around Spokane before the pilot told us we ran out of fuel and had to go to Portland. So for a 35 minute flight we have now been on the plane for 3 hours (boarded at 6:50 am and landed in Portland at 10:30). Then, we just sat in Portland's airport with no updates of when we can start heading back. All of a sudden, our pilots and crew just left, leaving us stranded in a different city and state. We continued to sit in Portland until we finally got a new crew assigned and boarded the plane (This was from 10:30-2). We then sat on the plane for an additional hour before take off because they had to count us multiple times. We finally landed in Spokane at 3:55 PM. So a flight that should have taken at max an hour took us 10 hours and we missed the majority of the recruiting event we went for.

Most of my discomfort was going through TSA. However, the Delta seats had inadequate leg room and I tried my very best to connect to the wi-fi and it was a cumbersome process that finally gave me the info that I needed to sign in AFTER I had completed the flight...Why make it so difficult to use? That said I really really appreciate the pilot taking a little extra time to avoid a bad storm area and both landings in Atlanta and Orlando were flawless to my delight!!!

Bottom seat cushion is almost non existent. Very uncomfortable seat.

The Pilot was one of the best I've had, very informative about turbulence and got us to our destination early

First class? Seriously? We got a wider seat and a little extra legroom. The plane didn’t even have TV’s. Not a huge deal, but there was nothing first class about this except the price tag.

Friendly boarding crew. Better could have been a bit more substantial food for this 3 plus hour flight.
