Ran across the entire terminal to get there and they would not let me on. Last Flight of the night to Bismarck. Missed my uncle's 90th birthday party. Would not give me food voucher. Delta gate agent told me she would lose her job if she did not close the doors 8 minutes prior. However the Minneapolis flight waited for 15 minutes for people to board that plane. How does that compute? Why would they not wait 3 minutes for me rather than pay the money to put me up in a hotel?"

I’m not an abnormally large man - 6 feet 200 lbs - and there was no room for my legs or my shoulders in an “upgraded economy” seat. I fly weekly for work on another major airline, and only took this one in a crunch. But I am quite certain this was my last Delta flight and I’ll be advising others similarly. The service and entertainment aren’t sufficient to mask an awful seat configuration."

Pros: "During my experience on 19 November I encountered only wonderful crew members, from the gate attendants to the on-flight crew. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind."
Cons: "Earlier in the day when I was checking in, there was a prompt to be added to the list of volunteers to take a different flight should one of my later flights (it did not specify, I flew from DAY to ATL, and then ATL to ORF) was overbooked. My schedule was accommodating enough that I selected yes. In ATL I was called up as a potential volunteer as they needed 3 volunteers to take a later flight that day. I was told that I was not initially assigned a seat since I had earlier agreed to be a potential volunteer. I was okay with all of this. We were told that the decision would be made at the end of boarding, and we would know if our seats were needed. At the end of boarding they called for the 3 volunteers to board. I was the last one to board and was given my seat assignment. Once I got on the plane I saw that someone had already been assigned my seat and let a flight attendant know what had happened. I stood on the plane for about 10 minutes while the flight attendants and other crew members tried to figure out what had happened. My name was not listed under any cabin (main, comfort, etc) even though I had a ticket and a seat assignment. Eventually they had to open the doors again for me to get off the plan as there were no available seats. Once I got back to the gate podium I was booked on a later flight, as would have been the case had the normal course of action for volunteering to give up my seat taken place. Everyone was extremely helpful in trying to figure out what had happened, but it was still frustrating that it had to happen in that way. Luckily I don't believe the delay caused any major delay for the flight. In the end, things worked out fine, it just seems as though this is an issue that didn't need to happen."

It was delayed in 30 min increments, which made it hard to do anything else around the airport since I was constantly in a state of "about to board." A frustrating experience. Cons: "Long Delays, Over Booked Flights, Customer Service is not helpful, Wrong info delivered by Customer Service, No boarding gate info, Luggage was damaged, and I was charged a large premium with no added value. Delta sold me a 1st class flight because of their delays and overbooking their flights. This was because they could not fulfill the ticket I had. This was Delta's solution to their problem caused by them. I still have no idea why the flights were delayed. On top of all this, I overheard a walk-on pilot ask if there was room for him to catch a lift home. The flight attendant responded with "absolutely this flight is not full at all, you can sit right here". Wait I had to pay 200 bucks extra for an overbooked flight and you are having your Delta representatives say different. This was my first and last trip with Delta. I spent 1000 dollars for round trip ticket from Seattle to Spokane WA. No way is that OK or acceptable under any circumstances to treat your customers like this. The best part about all of this is, I have sent feedback and called customer service to talk to a manager to hear the blame put on back on me. Perception is reality Delta. Awful service, awful prices, awful care, awful communication, and awful value for the money."

Cons: "Flight attendant arguing and having words with a passenger BEFORE the flight even took off was very alarming, the attendant had walked past the seat, we saw her face change, she halted and walked back to the passenger and a very heated and negative exchange ensued, then another flight attendant came out and threatened to evict the passenger from the flight, this was before the flight even took place .... all passengers were like just remove them already ... t his is a short flight and most of use were connecting from a long flight from overseas ...."

One of my pet peeves: People boarded with out verification of their boarding pass location. By the time we boarded, 90% of the plane was loaded and we were in the middle. Luckily that had no impact but annoying bc people are trying to get their overhead bins before they run out, which they did."

Apparently, this flight had been dropped and completely changed to 5 hours later on February 2nd. Kayak didn't care to tell us until the day before. We ended up having to book a new connecting flight which cost us $250. Ive always booked with kayak and now I fear I will never again. I would like a refund for the $250 or a flight stipend. My name is sarah chambers"

They claim that the cabinet in the plan is full while actually there is plenty of spaces for multiple luggages to be there. The crew was rude and refuse to explain it in an acceptable way. When I asked why cant I carry it when there is enough space, she simply says because you just can't. Do you want to take the plan or not! This is unacceptable."

My husband has work at 5:30 in the morning as well as my brother who was supposed to pick us up and they are in the navy so being late isn't an option. My brother could no longer pick us up due to the fact that we did t get our luggage until 1 in the morning and he has work in a few hours so we had to wait for a taxi and pay a buttload to get home in Virginia Beach. NOT PLEASED!!"

I was told where to go with the wave of her hand and she did not want to be bothered more...got to the gated area and the agents there were way too busy chatting to be bothered. Cons: "Our seats were Infront of the emergency exit, couldn't relax. I'm 6'6" , so the incline if the back isn't comfortable and we couldn't recline. We had asked switching seats on our flight to Spokane because we were given the same seats. The airline told us seats were chosen at random and they couldn't control them so we had 4 legs of our two flights stuck in no reveling seats. I was very disappointed."

Cons: "Lack of leg room!!! After my bicycle box was inspected they failed to secure my bike the way I had it in the box. Bike was flipping around in box. Bent rear brake calipers. Bent brake hoods. Rear skewers were uncoupled. No way to treat a $10,000 bike! Very upset!"

We won't be flying United again."

I've never flown Frontier before so I asked the male Steward a couple of questions about the drinks (short bright from GEG to LAS) he was rude as if I should know the rules. The pilot stated that Sky Harbor doesn’t have deicing services which I personally know to be false because southwest and delta both have deicing services and their is a deicing location at the airport. Instead we waited for the sun to thaw the airplane and further waited for a fuel truck afterwards. Only the first three rows have reclining seats that you pay extra for. I only recommend frontier for SHORT commutes, as the seats really are that uncomfortable with very little padding. NEVER AGAIN!"

Cons: "After Frontier charged me $50 for a carry-on bag absolutely nothing was good about the flight other than the 1:30 flight time. I couldn't wait to get off of the plane. Frontier charges you for every little thing. It is no wonder the exit row seats were empty too. They charged an extra $47.50 on the flight to Orlando so I opted out for the return flight. No more flights on Frontier for me."

We must have sat on the tarmac for 40 mins before departing, and upon arrival waited on the tarmac for another 30 mins. The longest two hour flight ever. I know Frontier is a coach airline but why isn't there any televisions, or even a magazine to kill time?"

Cons: "Not worth saving a couple dollars. Front tier airlines does not allow you to pick your seats before hand nor does it allow you to select baggage and the app, it is recessed for whatever reason. The seats are extremely tiny the tree table is so small you can barely fit an English muffin on it. There is no entertainment whatsoever, there is no Internet on the plane, and if you want anything to eat or drink besides water you will be paying for it. I’m sorry to say but flying on frontier was more like a punishment for me. I always fly American and wanted to save a few dollars what a mistake! With American most the planes that I have flown in have free movie entertainment and everybody seat the seats are comfortable And recline. And the snacks are free along with the soda. Please think twice before flying frontier."

I would like a refund since I always take public transit and allowed for some delays to still be able to take the A-line train. With no explanations our flight was delayed over 3hrs which made us land after the last train and when I talked with frontier agents they said that public transport schedules were not their problem, however their delay prevented me from using RTD and accruing a large charge for a ride home."

This only applied to frontier. No other airline had a long line. Don’t fly this airline if you’re in a hurry or prefer not getting to the airport 3+ hours early."

How the flight crew didn't see that is beyond me. I noticed many, many people doing the same thing. People do whatever is necessary to avoid bag fees. $35 to use the overhead is ridiculous. Half the overheads were empty. Seats are very uncomfortable. You get what you pay for."

Get you on and off as quickly as possible so they can get the next herd of sheep on board for the next flight. No seat adjustment button. The refreshment tray attached to the back of seat in front of me one half to one third the size of trays on any other flights I have ever taken."
