Flight staff and all was fine. Food always sucks on planes so nothing new.
Wonderful flight! The crew was good, check-in was good and orderly and the flight was uneventful and good.
This planes staff was top tier. Everything went great and had a great flight home.
The flight I was supposed to be on was supposed to take off at 1:50 from State College. It was delayed over and over and over again until somehow I had to rebook on a flight that was supposed to have left State College at 8 am that morning but didn't end up taking off until almost 6 pm. Not only was this completely unacceptable, the "token from United" was a 15 dollar meal voucher that has to be used by today. I would personally like some miles added to my account for this inconvenience. I was in transit for 8 hours from the time I arrive at State College Aiport to when I got home. I was supposed to be home at 3 pm and I returned at 8 pm. Unacceptable. I have not been on an on Time united flight in nearly 5 years.
Flight was on time, crew were excellent. For some reason our originally selected seats were changed. We had to re-choose our seats when we checked in online and options were limited. One of our two checked bags we placed on the wrong carousel. It was only be shear luck that I saw it. That cost us 20 minutes of wasted time. So much for the “priority” tags. They are meaningless, and have been ever since they were implemented. I wish you would do the save some money and stop using them.
Fantastic. Smooth boarding with an infant. Never experienced it with any other carriers.
Crew were fine, drinks and snacks were as well but we were delayed for around 2 hrs which made our entry into Mexico delayed as well with the influx of arrivals at the same time. Sort of wasted our first day of vacation. We left Pittsburgh at 630am and did not arrive in Mexico until late dinner time.
Apparently the WiFi you buy on on one flight doesn't carry on with connecting flights.
This was for the LOS to FRA leg of the flight Checking in and boarding was not good The staff at the gate were not helpful and targeted the customer and delayed the customers boarding unnecessarily The flight was delayed for about two hours and later for a change of boarding gate The waiting area was overcrowded with no seats available for passengers and lots were left standing for a long period of time
Sitting in row 31, you could smell the bathroom during the entire flight. It was pretty disgusting.
Flight attendant made the flight very enjoyable. He was courteous and gave great care to the passengers
This flight 1810 on 7/30 from EWR to DFW got 4 hours delay. this round trip experience is bad, my AA flight 618 from DFW to EWR on 7/28 was redirected to PIT and totally delayed about 9 hours due to mixed of weather and AA IT outage and then on the way back delayed for 4 hours. Lucky, i changed my flight to UA on the way back. i don't like AA anymore. i will consider other airline options in the future.
IT issues created a mess had you change my flight and your system never changed it
The flight was ok, i understand Houston-Dallas is a short distance. The plane is really small: no TV, no snacks, but other than that, all was good. We had a bid delay but luckily it did not affect my connection
My flight was delayed by 8 hours I arrived at airport 4hrs earlier but to see if they can reroute me to get my connecting flt to Hong Kong. They auto rebooked my flt. With no chance. Which I missed this entire reservation through kayak. My next flt they got me on was at 6 am. Misses an entire day of my trip abroad all my accommodations seat assignments were missed and missed adding my TSA precheck to my ticket as well as my vegan meal request so I didnt have meals on any of the flight....so not a comfortable experience. Please help me with accommodations upon my return.
Seat comfort was poor (no lumbar or lower back support).

If there was enough room for me to bring my carry on luggage with me on the flight.
After sitting on plane for 7+ hours, flight was canceled. And to makes matters worse, my suitcase is in baggage hell!
The flight was smooth & the landing was excellent. Your pilot did such a great job whereby I did not even realize we had landed-so soft & quiet. The staff was excellent as well.
